I stayed at The Westin Valencia for four nights in November with my family and would absolutely come back.||The location worked really well for us. It was a short walk to the Turia Gardens and had easy access to buses/metro, so getting around the city was simple. The hotel felt very safe and calm, and even when it was busy, the elevators were never crowded or slow, which I really appreciated with a tiny, impatient human being.||We used a Marriott Nightly Upgrade Award to book a larger room with a patio and outdoor jacuzzi. The room was genuinely spacious and comfortable, and the hotel had already set up the rollaway bed for our five-year-old before we arrived. Our room faced a school, so there was some daytime noise from kids playing outside, but nights were quiet and we all slept well. We didn't get upgraded further because of capacity, but it was fine and the room was excellent. No complaints!||What really stood out was how kind everyone was to our son. Staff consistently greeted him, treated him like a “real guest,” and were very sweet and patient with him at breakfast and around the hotel. As a parent, that makes a huge difference in how a stay feels.||As a Platinum Bonvoy member, we got free breakfast — and it was excellent:| • Fresh churros| • A waffle maker that our child loved (it makes a waffle out of hearts!)| • Super fresh orange juice| • Plus the option to order egg dishes in addition to the buffet||Service overall was AMAZING. I accidentally left my headphones on the bed when we checked out, and housekeeping found them and arranged to mail them to my next hotel in Madrid. I am so grateful they did this — I was already trying to figure out what to do without AirPods and whether I needed to go to the Apple Store to rebuy. They responded quickly to my panicked message, found them, and immediately solved the problem.||All in all, it was a very lovely stay — comfortable room, great breakfast, genuinely kind staff, and a good base for exploring Valencia. I’d happily recommend The Westin Valencia and would stay here again.
