Great hotel. Rooms are nice, clean and very very comfortable! Breakfast is delicious, but lunch and dinner were a little disappointing. Notice there are only 3 elevators, and one didn’t work when we stayed, so sometimes you have to wait more than 10 minutes to go to your floor..

Overall, the stay was ok. The check in and check out processes were smooth and no issue. However, when I first used the bathroom, I noticed that two of the towels were not clean and had yellow spots. To be positive, the cleaning service was excellent. Lastly, while the breakfast was delicious, the selection was limited.

It is a good hotel with spacious bright rooms. The location is not too bad, about 2km from the old city centre. The breakfast was very nice too. Rooms are clean and the staff is polite and accommodating. Not a fan of the decorations and style, but that's just personal preference. Overall, had a pleasant stay.

Location , service and lounge are all outstanding. Rooms are great elevator is super fast but stops a lot at different floors when going down in peak times. Definitely one of the very good hotels I have stayed in.

Sadly the worst customer service I have ever received in a hotel. The reception staff (young men) were extremely rude from the first moment of check in. My room key and paperwork was literally just thrown down in front of me and told “sign this”. Then my room key didn’t work twice, so had to go all the way back down to the lobby. No apology, just the key thrown back on the desk with “here” and sent on my way again. For such a large and apparently premium brand hotel, I expect much much better. I do not recommend this hotel as it is completely let down by the staff.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station and a bit longer walk to main attractions. The room was spacious and had good view. The bed was comfortable. The lifts are fast. However, a 5 star hotel needs to have a proper coffee machine in rooms and there bio posh looking teabags are horrible. Breakfast was average with only 1 type of ham. Although they serve the poached eggs they cant do them right. The staff was polite. Pity it doesn't have a pool.

It was my first trip in europe and poland ever and westin is the first hotel ever i stayed in in europe. Place is in the centre of the town and it takes 28 mins to get to old town warsaw by foot. Place is clean and well organized, rooms are clean and everything works, staff is friendly and helpfull, food was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Westin for the first time back in 2009. It was always a good choice if you wanted to combine tranquility with comfort. It is really close to most main attractions although just not on the main street so you avoid any unnecessary noise and stress. Everything was good but Jagoda in the reception really stood out with her professionalism and welcoming attitude. Minor details at the breakfast, maybe some more choices on some things would be good in comparison to the breakfast of other 5 star hotels but nothing to really complain about. The staff there could also be a bit more attentive (saying hello to you in the morning, except the guy standing at the front did that absolutely) but as I said..nothing to really complain about..this is details.

Yelp
Very nice hotel. The staff keeps it very clean. My room had a reasonable amount of space and the bathroom was cleaned every day and towels replaced daily. A special shout-out to Orthodox Jews: This hotel is only a 7-minute walk from the Nozyk Synagogue, and similarly it's very close to the two kosher restaurants, Kosher Delight and Galil. For Shabbat, it's easy to walk down without tripping any circuits, and the hotel staff is so familiar with Orthodox Jews' needs that they'll take you upstairs and open your door (with electric key) for you without you having to tell them directly.

Yelp
Unfortunately this hotel has bed bugs. My colleague was bitten - and the hotel manager confirmed it was bed bugs. I found a dead bed bug in my room. It's a shame because otherwise I felt the hotel was decent. It's in a good location and the breakfast was good. I hope they can get the bed bug issue under control.

Yelp
Staff is super Friendly. They know the area very well. They make the best recommendations. I was there for the Christmas Eve dinner. Staff is pleasant. Food is delicious. Can't imagine staying at another hotel in Warsaw.

Yelp
Probably the best hotel in central Warsaw. Reception was excellent. Breakfast was great every morning. Restaurants were not great but good. Location was great. View from 19th floor was very nice. Will stay again.

Yelp
Overall nice hotel, centrally located to historic downtown. It's a 30 min walk. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is great, probably one of the best breakfasts I have had across Europe. Rooms are great very quiet. Gym is really nice too. Good choice for Warsaw.

Yelp
I really love the design of this hotel. Very clean and modern. It seems like it most things were well done. I was upgraded to the 16th floor, so my experience is from there. For example, the curtain rails overlap so you can close the curtain completely so there's no bright sliver of light in the morning stabbing you in the face. I've never seen this in any hotel in the US. Even small touches, like how the extra roll of toilet paper is in plain sight and within arm's reach, and the easy design of the toilet paper dispenser. Everything works as expected, with lots of lights everywhere, multiple power outlets on the desk, and not inconveniently placed on the floor like other hotels, and power outlets next to the bed, along with special reading lights for each side of the bed. There is a variety of different types of tea and the little creamer things were high-quality. Of course, designers can't design to fit everyone's needs 100%, but I was surprised on how thoughtfully done this hotel was. This hotel has the standard bed found in all Westin hotels, which are amazing, with feather blankets and pillows, and good quality mattresses. Really divine. There was a separate bathtub (large!) and shower. Good quality fluffy towels, and bathrobe, and bath slippers (in the closet, so may be a bit hard to find). There's a WhatsApp channel you can use to request services from the hotel, whether it be room service, complaints, or requests for more towels, or whatever. They were responsive and competent, overall. Front desk check-in staff, concierge, and bell hops were a pleasure to interact with, and all seemed to know their job well. The hotel is only 15 minutes walking from Warsawa Centralna, the main train station and where a lot of airport buses stop. If you have a lot of luggage, it's an inexpensive taxi ride to/from the train station from/to the hotel. Bathrooms: Oftentimes a separate bathtub and shower. Clean and modern, with fluffy white towels, a bathrobe, and bath slippers. The sink has plenty of counter space and there are plenty of bars to hang towels.

Yelp
We stayed here 3 nights. Location is great for walking around Warsaw. We had breakfast downstairs. They have a nice buffet with a wide variety of food choices. Comfortable rooms with nice views. Uber was easy to access and taxis were available. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Excellent accommodations at the Central Warsaw hotel. Located not far from the Central Station of Warsaw. Get a easy, and cheap day pass on the local transportation system located in front of the hotel. Excellent Executive lounge for members and guest. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating to my needs. This will be my continued choice for elite hotels when visiting Warsaw.

Yelp
I truly did enjoy staying here, but it had so much rig-a-ma-row. have never had so many problems. The hotel is beautiful and very very nice staff, we were In town for a big convention and they were very very nice. However, their key system is terrible. We had to keep keys away from each other, away from phones and away from other cards and anything electronic or magnetic, we did ALL of that. At one point I was putting them in my bra! And every morning they would work fine but that night they would stop working every single night. They also failed to mention that after so many cards (which they would give to us by the double even when we said we needed just one) they started charging... and we were here for 10 days. Also they have computerized fridges in the rooms, so we can't keep our things cool with out being charged to some of the obscenely priced snacks. However it is within walking distance of the bus stops and metro and everything we could want. It also has markets and restaurants and bars all around it. The location is incredible. If you stay here know that even if you do have problems, it is still a very nice hotel. I did only give this 3 stars however, because of the key situation. It was such a problem every single day sometimes multiple times a day.

Yelp
I stayed here on vacation for 5 nights this summer. Beautiful hotel - very modern and clean. If you are a Starwood Gold member or above the wifi is free and you get complimentary bottled water. Right now there is a ton of construction going on outside in the square, so walking around is a little tricky, but the location is central and very convenient to public transportation. Staff is just ok, didn't really go above and beyond to impress me by being especially helpful. I asked for directions to a nearby historic landmark and they couldn't tell me where it was. But I would definitely stay again. They also have a very reasonably priced car service option from both airports (Chopin and Modlin). Modlin is going to be more expensive - I paid 250 PLN (around $80) but keep in mind it's over 40 km away.

Yelp
Gross. After getting stabbed in the foot by something sharp, I felt around on the carpet to see what it was. Turns out it was a broken toothpick. But in my search I also found broken glass and toenails. Toenails.

Yelp
a decent hotel with good service, but a bit expensive for Poland. As expected the Westin hotel is clean and offers the expected amenities for that level. The rooms are standard with a soft box spring bed. The view is ok, depending on the size your room faces. The free wifi and free water bottle is definitely a plus. The hotel gym is ok. The hotel bar is a bit small, but offers a good selection of drinks to fair prices. The continental breakfast buffet offers all different kinds of cold and hot dishes. The concierge was always helpful with useful tips and organising taxis. The location is about a 10min walk from the old town. Its ok for 1-2 nights but I would probably change it if there for longer.

Yelp
After dealing with a huge flight disaster that involved 48+ hours in airports, I ended up in Warsaw a day early. Good start to a honeymoon, eh? Anyway, the husband and I needed to find a place to stay for one night. So, while sitting in the Amsterdam airport, we found a room at the Westin available for 63$... on a Saturday night.... insanity! We snatched that room up. We were able to take the bus from the airport to Warsaw's central station and it was about a 20 minute walk from there... very convenient and close to the city center. I can only imagine what we looked like as we were checking in, but the lady at the desk must have felt pity for us because she upgraded us to a room on the 16th floor with the most amazing tub, which was separate from a shower with a rain shower head..... awesome. The bed was the most comfortable bed we slept on in central Europe. I would highly recommend this hotel.... for the price, you can't beat it.

Yelp
Clean, Good location. Great price, less than $90/night. Hotel arranged for private car from airport, about $30. Nice bar/lounge with friendly and helpful barstafff. No complaints.

Yelp
Nice hotel. I was expecting something a little nicer from a five star but for the price I can't complain. I loved the beds they were very comfortable. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. One of my pet peeves is when hotels don't offer bath slippers and they didn't have any :/. Fitness area has floor exercise area for yoga/Pilates etc and they had five treadmills and some ellipticals and weight lifting equipment. I would stay here again!

Ayron M.

Yelp
Great room, fantastic perks for executive level stays and really great customer service. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Overall great experience.

Yelp
Nice hotel in a central location - clean, quiet, with a good breakfast. Service at breakfast is inattentive at best - you have to find someone to get coffee. We stayed several nights. Within walking distance of many restaurants. The shower is the size of a telephone booth, adding to the adventure is continuously fluctuating water temperature between very hot and very cold.
