This hotel is a nightmare. I am not sure why people are giving good reviews here. I came along with 100+ of my colleagues and we booked the whole hotel for 2 nights. The level of service from the reception initially is super poor. Except for one lady her name is Zofia, she is amazing and knows exactly what she is doing and apparently she is the only one who can speak English there. The rooms are really small, mine was noisy (literally 0 isolating) and were not worth of the value. They even did not put tooth brush in there and when u ask for it you will have to go get it yourself. Dry cleaning: this is my first time in my life see a hotel asking the guest to bring the laundry to the reception and handover a bag to put the clothes and refuse to take the laundry before payment. And then, even after paying they charge additional because the receptionist has no clue what to put in the sheet, not to mention that it took him forever to put something in the sheet just to make me pay. Massage: I have tried the massage there and i can tell you it is the only thing that i liked about the hotel. The person who performed the massage was absolute legend and knows exactly what she was doing. And it worth every penny i paid.

I was visiting Warsaw on business for a couple of days. Westin is ideally located near the warsaw central station, less than a Km distance. All the Big 4 consulting firms are around and most guests are either on business work or consultants working for the firms around. Service is top notch, rooms are very good and cozy. Breakfast is excellent and they serve cold as well as hot food, there are many options to choose from. Frontdesk team is very efficient and helpful. Housekeeping maintains the rooms spotlessly clean. Only downside is the beds are not as soft as I expected. Turndown service is great too. Club lounge on the 19th floor is a bit busy, it is fully is stocked with snacks and fruits for the eligible guests. My 18th floor room had amazing views of the city and it was noise free. Loved the place very much and will always return.

The rooms are spacious, handy and clean. The view is amazing, you can really feel the soul of the city. Front desk staff is very helpful and professional. Mr. Pawel truly understands hospitality and is very welcoming. Restaurant and lounge staff is nice. The gym is pretty big, only issue is it misses a barbell. It is a truly 5-star experience. Very convenient and sincere. Thank you!

One of the best hotels in Warsaw! The moment you walk into the lobby, you’re welcomed by that signature pleasant Westin scent — it instantly makes you feel relaxed and at home. The check-in process is absolutely perfect — smooth, quick, and effortless, handled by a truly professional Front Office team. What I love the most about this hotel are the beds. I’ve honestly never experienced such comfort before — the bed is so soft and cozy that it’s really hard to get up in the morning! Compared to other hotels, The Westin Warsaw has an excellent Executive Lounge offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is always fresh, tasty, and of great quality.||Overall, a fantastic stay every time — highly recommended!

Google
Amazing central location and amazing food selection in the members lounge. Lounge has service for almost the entire day including breakfast lunch and dinner plus full complementary bar with liquor, beer, wine for dinner time. This is much more lounge service than what other marriott locations typically offer. I ate like a king and would come back again

Google
Luxury. Great room, bedding, air quality. I woke up without a stuffy nose after running the heat. Great breakfast in the restaurant. Something for everyone. Vegetarians. Carnivores. Sugar addicts. Had an excellent omelet made fresh. Also spent a fair amount of time in the Club Lounge. My only real criticism, food offerings less impressive at dinner. Overcooked dried out fish and potatoes. But good salad choices.

We stayed here two nights as part of a tour.|We arrived early and waited for our room |The room was spacious with a tub and separate shower. There was a mini fridge as well.|We had a dinner buffet the first evening and the food was wonderful.|Breakfast is unbelievable. I could not believe the good choices. I wish I could have eaten more |There is a wonderful fitness center which includes everything one would want in a gym.| It is located a bit over a mile from the Old Town. It was easily walkable.| There are a few small grocery stores within a five minute walk to pick up snacks, alcohol, fresh baked goods, fruit, etc.| It is best to change money at the kantor in Old Town.It offers the best rates. Credit cards are accepted at most places.| Thank you to the Westin for a wonderful stay.

Google
The staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is above average, but there’s no a la carte menu, only a few egg-dishes made on spot. There’s also no table service, not even for coffee or tea. The rooms are outdated and what I found most problematic was very low standard of cleanliness. Dust, hair on beds and towels and even a dirty cup was found in the room, which is a safety hazard. I reported these issues to the front desk and they were really helpful, but the issue was not fully fixed as the hair in the bathroom was still present. Overall, this hotel needs to improve cleaning standard and probably general refurbishing and I would not stay here again.

Yelp
Unfortunately this hotel has bed bugs. My colleague was bitten - and the hotel manager confirmed it was bed bugs. I found a dead bed bug in my room. It's a shame because otherwise I felt the hotel was decent. It's in a good location and the breakfast was good. I hope they can get the bed bug issue under control.

Yelp
Staff is super Friendly. They know the area very well. They make the best recommendations. I was there for the Christmas Eve dinner. Staff is pleasant. Food is delicious. Can't imagine staying at another hotel in Warsaw.

Yelp
Probably the best hotel in central Warsaw. Reception was excellent. Breakfast was great every morning. Restaurants were not great but good. Location was great. View from 19th floor was very nice. Will stay again.

Yelp
Overall nice hotel, centrally located to historic downtown. It's a 30 min walk. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is great, probably one of the best breakfasts I have had across Europe. Rooms are great very quiet. Gym is really nice too. Good choice for Warsaw.

Yelp
I really love the design of this hotel. Very clean and modern. It seems like it most things were well done. I was upgraded to the 16th floor, so my experience is from there. For example, the curtain rails overlap so you can close the curtain completely so there's no bright sliver of light in the morning stabbing you in the face. I've never seen this in any hotel in the US. Even small touches, like how the extra roll of toilet paper is in plain sight and within arm's reach, and the easy design of the toilet paper dispenser. Everything works as expected, with lots of lights everywhere, multiple power outlets on the desk, and not inconveniently placed on the floor like other hotels, and power outlets next to the bed, along with special reading lights for each side of the bed. There is a variety of different types of tea and the little creamer things were high-quality. Of course, designers can't design to fit everyone's needs 100%, but I was surprised on how thoughtfully done this hotel was. This hotel has the standard bed found in all Westin hotels, which are amazing, with feather blankets and pillows, and good quality mattresses. Really divine. There was a separate bathtub (large!) and shower. Good quality fluffy towels, and bathrobe, and bath slippers (in the closet, so may be a bit hard to find). There's a WhatsApp channel you can use to request services from the hotel, whether it be room service, complaints, or requests for more towels, or whatever. They were responsive and competent, overall. Front desk check-in staff, concierge, and bell hops were a pleasure to interact with, and all seemed to know their job well. The hotel is only 15 minutes walking from Warsawa Centralna, the main train station and where a lot of airport buses stop. If you have a lot of luggage, it's an inexpensive taxi ride to/from the train station from/to the hotel. Bathrooms: Oftentimes a separate bathtub and shower. Clean and modern, with fluffy white towels, a bathrobe, and bath slippers. The sink has plenty of counter space and there are plenty of bars to hang towels.

Yelp
We stayed here 3 nights. Location is great for walking around Warsaw. We had breakfast downstairs. They have a nice buffet with a wide variety of food choices. Comfortable rooms with nice views. Uber was easy to access and taxis were available. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Yelp
I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it. No hassle to check in. Room was clean with a spacious bathroom. The views around the hotel were nice. Great location, within walking distance of quite a bit. But it was also easy to just get an Uber. I'd recommend getting breakfast added when you book your hotel room, otherwise it seemed pretty pricey, and wasn't worth that price. They did have a decent menu for room service though, for those late night meals that might be necessary. Staff was very friendly. The bar downstairs near the lobby was pretty nice too.

Yelp
Very nice hotel. The staff keeps it very clean. My room had a reasonable amount of space and the bathroom was cleaned every day and towels replaced daily. A special shout-out to Orthodox Jews: This hotel is only a 7-minute walk from the Nozyk Synagogue, and similarly it's very close to the two kosher restaurants, Kosher Delight and Galil. For Shabbat, it's easy to walk down without tripping any circuits, and the hotel staff is so familiar with Orthodox Jews' needs that they'll take you upstairs and open your door (with electric key) for you without you having to tell them directly.

Yelp
Excellent accommodations at the Central Warsaw hotel. Located not far from the Central Station of Warsaw. Get a easy, and cheap day pass on the local transportation system located in front of the hotel. Excellent Executive lounge for members and guest. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating to my needs. This will be my continued choice for elite hotels when visiting Warsaw.

Yelp
I stayed here on vacation for 5 nights this summer. Beautiful hotel - very modern and clean. If you are a Starwood Gold member or above the wifi is free and you get complimentary bottled water. Right now there is a ton of construction going on outside in the square, so walking around is a little tricky, but the location is central and very convenient to public transportation. Staff is just ok, didn't really go above and beyond to impress me by being especially helpful. I asked for directions to a nearby historic landmark and they couldn't tell me where it was. But I would definitely stay again. They also have a very reasonably priced car service option from both airports (Chopin and Modlin). Modlin is going to be more expensive - I paid 250 PLN (around $80) but keep in mind it's over 40 km away.

Yelp
I truly did enjoy staying here, but it had so much rig-a-ma-row. have never had so many problems. The hotel is beautiful and very very nice staff, we were In town for a big convention and they were very very nice. However, their key system is terrible. We had to keep keys away from each other, away from phones and away from other cards and anything electronic or magnetic, we did ALL of that. At one point I was putting them in my bra! And every morning they would work fine but that night they would stop working every single night. They also failed to mention that after so many cards (which they would give to us by the double even when we said we needed just one) they started charging... and we were here for 10 days. Also they have computerized fridges in the rooms, so we can't keep our things cool with out being charged to some of the obscenely priced snacks. However it is within walking distance of the bus stops and metro and everything we could want. It also has markets and restaurants and bars all around it. The location is incredible. If you stay here know that even if you do have problems, it is still a very nice hotel. I did only give this 3 stars however, because of the key situation. It was such a problem every single day sometimes multiple times a day.

Yelp
Great Morden Hotel, central located. We had some cocktails before sleep. Love Warsaw, love Poland

Yelp
a decent hotel with good service, but a bit expensive for Poland. As expected the Westin hotel is clean and offers the expected amenities for that level. The rooms are standard with a soft box spring bed. The view is ok, depending on the size your room faces. The free wifi and free water bottle is definitely a plus. The hotel gym is ok. The hotel bar is a bit small, but offers a good selection of drinks to fair prices. The continental breakfast buffet offers all different kinds of cold and hot dishes. The concierge was always helpful with useful tips and organising taxis. The location is about a 10min walk from the old town. Its ok for 1-2 nights but I would probably change it if there for longer.

Yelp
Gross. After getting stabbed in the foot by something sharp, I felt around on the carpet to see what it was. Turns out it was a broken toothpick. But in my search I also found broken glass and toenails. Toenails.

Yelp
After dealing with a huge flight disaster that involved 48+ hours in airports, I ended up in Warsaw a day early. Good start to a honeymoon, eh? Anyway, the husband and I needed to find a place to stay for one night. So, while sitting in the Amsterdam airport, we found a room at the Westin available for 63$... on a Saturday night.... insanity! We snatched that room up. We were able to take the bus from the airport to Warsaw's central station and it was about a 20 minute walk from there... very convenient and close to the city center. I can only imagine what we looked like as we were checking in, but the lady at the desk must have felt pity for us because she upgraded us to a room on the 16th floor with the most amazing tub, which was separate from a shower with a rain shower head..... awesome. The bed was the most comfortable bed we slept on in central Europe. I would highly recommend this hotel.... for the price, you can't beat it.

Yelp
Clean, Good location. Great price, less than $90/night. Hotel arranged for private car from airport, about $30. Nice bar/lounge with friendly and helpful barstafff. No complaints.

Yelp
Nice hotel. I was expecting something a little nicer from a five star but for the price I can't complain. I loved the beds they were very comfortable. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. One of my pet peeves is when hotels don't offer bath slippers and they didn't have any :/. Fitness area has floor exercise area for yoga/Pilates etc and they had five treadmills and some ellipticals and weight lifting equipment. I would stay here again!

Yelp
Great room, fantastic perks for executive level stays and really great customer service. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Overall great experience.

Yelp
Nice hotel in a central location - clean, quiet, with a good breakfast. Service at breakfast is inattentive at best - you have to find someone to get coffee. We stayed several nights. Within walking distance of many restaurants. The shower is the size of a telephone booth, adding to the adventure is continuously fluctuating water temperature between very hot and very cold.
