The White Ark Villas Santorini

Well managed and maintained, the White Ark is everything you can hope for. Not only is the view spectacular, but the staff and service are extraordinary. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, and the cave pool was such a cool feature. We enjoyed every minute and can highly recommend staying there. Absolutely worth it!

We could not have dreamed of a more beautiful place to stay for our 30th anniversary in Santorini. Where to start? The place is breathtaking. We had the 2 bedroom with swim out pool/jacuzzi. Spacious enough for 2 couples, but we had the whole place to ourselves. Everyone who works there is absolutely lovely, kind, warm and gracious. They made our stay amazing. The view - can't beat it! We had the premier spot for sunsets. And we even got to see the volcano fireworks show. We actually spent far more time at our hotel then we had planned because it was just the perfect location for peace and quiet and the view. A great place for an afternoon siesta and afternoon swim. Location was close to everything and yet felt quiet and peaceful like you were away from everyone and everything all at the same time. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It was perfection.

My partner I recently stayed at the White Ark for a week and we were very sad to leave. The villa is super spacious and the pool and the view are 10/10 - simply perfect.||Breakfast was served every morning and the villa cleaned whenever we wanted. Check in was easy as well as check out and we arranged transportation with the owners of the villa. ||We absolutely loved out stay here and will be back next year! If you're looking for the perfect villa in the perfect location, this is it.

I couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to stay in Santorini! The villa was magnificent, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond, from arranging a driver from the airport to having someone meet us at the road and carry our bags up the steep hill and steps. The office manager, Stavroula, was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any requests. Nikos was helpful with many things and is the muscle of the operation, carrying our bags for us. The included breakfast on the patio, with its stunning views of the volcano, sea, and caldera, was a daily highlight. The sunsets from here are hard to beat too. Even though you are in the heart of Fira, it is still very quiet in the villa. 10 out of 10. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you, White Ark, for an unforgettable stay!

Two Aussie couples travelling Europe needing a luxury break. White ark did not disappoint. Picture perfect like the advertising. Location, view, and pool amazing. Felt like rockstars. To top it off our hosts Stavroula, Nickos and Joy were accommodating, helpful and charming.

We booked White Ark for our wedding weekend and I can wholeheartedly say it was a 10000000/10 experience. The views are incredible, the pool area perfect for relaxing, and we had so much privacy. The villa and private balconies were even more spacious than we expected, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The staff, including Stavroula and Nikos truly went above and beyond for us. We often messaged Stavroula for help with transfers, amenities, or recommendations and she was extremely responsive and helpful. On our departure day we even left a box at our transfer pick up point and the team personally drove it to us at the port 30 minutes away. We will be back! Thanks for an absolutely incredible stay.

At White Ark we organized our wedding, just the two of us, and spent a few days there in September 2025. From the very beginning, when our booking was handled by Stravroula, we felt truly taken care of. Upon arrival, a very kind gentleman (unfortunately I don’t remember his name, but thank you so much for everything!) was waiting for us where the airport taxi dropped us off, carried our luggage, and walked us straight to the villa. There we were warmly welcomed by Stravroula, who, with her amazing positive energy, gave us a tour of Villa Kivotos and made sure we felt as comfortable as possible. She also took care of our breakfasts every day and fulfilled all of our requests and wishes. We have a varied diet, but everything was thoughtfully arranged for us – from soy yogurts and soy/oat milk to fresh avocado and more. At check-out, the same kind gentleman once again carried our bags and escorted us to the taxi. The property itself is, of course, absolutely beautiful, the villa spotlessly clean, and everything of the highest standard. The pool was wonderful. TOP location! We couldn’t have imagined a better way to spend this special time. We highly recommend it, especially to couples planning their wedding or honeymoon. Stayed here for 5 nights and what can I say, everything about The White Ark Villas screams luxury. From the incredible views and private infinity pool, to the incredible services of the staff, to the indulgent daily breakfast brought to your room. The stay here was the highlight of my partner and I’s Greek holiday. 12/10 would recommend. P.S one of the, if not the best accommodation for sunset views of Santorini 😍
