The general appearance of the once prestigious hotel is beginning to fade. Need for an urgent face lift. However, a lovely quite stop over for lunch or taking a work meeting! Was served by my namesake😊 she was sweet and lovely. Great, friendly service.

WOULD RECOMMEND!! Had an absolute disaster with a prior hotel, but this one was perfect! Before even being a guest, the Reception Desk provided me with some contacts for a Safari. When I eventually did stay at the Hotel, the staff were absolutely fantastic. The rooms were massive, and although some wear and tear here and there, the hotel is beautiful. The staff are top notch! Making sure to help whatever your random request. Would recommend to anyone visiting Nyeri, this hotel is one of the best, if not the only, one I'd choose.

No hot shower in a cold town like Nyeri!! food -nothing to look forward to, nothing captivating . Just another place for those without an option. Would not recommend,would not go back. But Brian the receptionist was so kind really kind.

NO HOT SHOWER....I CALLED TO ENQUIRE ON THE SAME AND THEY LIED THAT THEY HAVE HOT SHOWERS ALL THROUGH!!!!!!!! NO TEA STIRRER AS WELL!!!! KETTLE NOT WORKING BUT GOT REPLACED !!!!!! CURTAIN RAIL SPOILT!!!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!

Old hotel. Was very famous. Great architecture. Within Nyeri town n on main road. Food is great but service slow n not coordinated well. Huge parking.

Disgusting service from the staff and very rude. I would not recommend going to white rhino I would rather recommend going to naro moru river lodge
