We had a truly amazing experience at Wilde! We were staying there after I did a surprise engagement and Cruz on staff there made the experience even better with some surprises for us! The restaurant was incredible for any meal of the day. The pool area and rooftops were really enjoyable as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa area, amenities, and staff. The massages were a bit over priced but we understand its sedona so it will be a bit pricer. Overall, highly recommend Wilde.

I love Rascals, the restaurant. The chef is a James Beard winner, and it shows in both taste and presentation. They have three signature cocktails that they infuse the liquor with various fruits. I think Lisa, the waiter, is wonderful...such a great sense of humor. They have real crab in their crab cakes and their Ruben is unbelievable, but my favorite is thd tomato soup and grilled cheese. It comes with a "to die for" salad. I highly recommend Rascals at the Wilde.

Great location, maximizing its space to provide a resort in your pocket, with some fantastic views of the northern red rock. Rascals is a petite eatery, providing an array of elegant options. The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, great water pressure, with comfortable and relaxing patio views. Bed was immaculate and very comfortable. This newer property provides and has a tremendous amount of modern, rustic features and options. It's difficult to take advantage of everything they offer when in one of the most beautiful locations in the United States. Please make note this location is away from traffic. We made it to our reservation at Mariposa with ease.

Absolutely heavenly. Staff were great. The room was gorgeous and had the best shades for keeping out light. The bed was wonderful, best night sleep we had our entire trip! Shower was huge with a regular and rain shower head. Lather brand products were awesome. Had our own little deck for coffee in the morning. The rascals restaurant within the complex provided a fantastic breakfast. Outdoor fire pits, water features, gardens. Good views and very close to several hiking spots. So glad we stayed here.

This seems to be a pretty polarizing choice of lodging, but we ended up very pleased with our stay. To address what seems to be the biggest complaint others have: yes, it is a smaller, motel-esque property located on a highway and overlooking a Safeway. If this is a dealbreaker to you and you'd rather be nestled in bougieness, drop your money on L'Auberge. If you're a reasonable person with reasonable expectations, Wilde is a great choice. The rooms are quiet and comfy, the location is safe and walking distance to food and sundries, and the property is small but very cute and peaceful. Booking a room in "The Grove" is worth it, as this gives you the best view and quietest location. We had massages at the spa; while you are paying resort prices, we felt it was well worth it for the ambiance & additional spa amenities. Check in was easy & the front desk staff, especially Cheyenne, went above and beyond to take care of us and help us celebrate our special occasion. Overall we were delighted with our stay & would happily stay here again.

We booked this on last minute whim. We arrived early and we're accommodated for early check in. We were greeted by friendly staff and welcome beverages. The room had fantastic view a walk out to the larger solo spa, fire pits and hammocks. We enjoyed all. The spa was a bit too warm so we didn't stay long. It was cloudy so we didn't check out the roof top deck. Our patio chairs were very comfortable. Overall the resort is quiet and beautiful. The bathroom had an amazing soaker tub and the rainfall shower was large and relaxing. The room was clean with comfortable king sized bed. A small fireplace was cute added touch but definitely not a fireplace. We enjoyed a couple of cocktails at the bar which we're expensive but good. I guess equal to other similar resorts. The quesadilla was very good. They also has ping pong table and other outdoor games. We did not have time to checkout the spa. Overall, we were happy with our experience and plan to return.

My husband and I loved staying here for our first Sedona trip! Very close to hiking spots we wanted to go to + had everything around us like grocery stores, restaurants, shops. For being a little off the main road it was very quiet. I am a clean freak and the rooms are extremely clean and spacious. This is a wonderful place to stay!

Google
We were blown away by this hotel. So nice and so many amenities and events to go to. Property was beautiful and a five minute drive from some great trailheads. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance too. If you have an Amex, strongly suggest booking through their travel portal as the hotel collection benefits were awesome.

Yelp
I absolutely loved my stay at The Wilde Resort & Spa. It's a boutique hotel with all the comforting amenities to relax and recover from a long day exploring Sedona. There's a spa, a stargazing lounge, a temp-controlled pool, four hot tubs at 100+ degrees, fire pits galore, giant gemstones and crystals, an onsite "modern diner," a game room area, a meditation walking path aka a labyrinth, and a lot of daily activities. During my stay, we took a free yoga class, did a guided meditiation; we missed a few of their vortex discussions, a holiday cookie bar, and botanical drink demos. We stayed during a non-busy season (December) so our double-queen room was $300/night... comfy beds, two vanity areas, coffee/tea, fridge, a very large private patio that opened up directly to the fire pit area. Staying there two nights just wasn't enough for me. But I look forward to going back!

Yelp
Booked through the American Express Hotel collection, we were treated well with a welcome cocktail and daily credit of $100 to spend. Overall decent experience here during our stay. It is in the middle of town so everything is near, has Safeway is just opposite to it, and plenty of food/drink options nearby. Rooms were clean and an upgrade was provided to us as well. They have a full schedule of daily activities and my wife went for Yoga one day as well. They have a restaurant called rascal on the premises and the food was good there. The staff has been very nice to us during our stay and they are very responsive too. For the price, it may not be the best we stayed but no bad experiences here.

Yelp
Staying at the Wilde Resort for an anniversary weekend. When we first drove up we didn't think it looked like much as it was very close to the main road. My first impression was that it didn't look like the pictures online. After having stayed here for 4 nights I can say that it was the perfect place for us to stay. As you go further into the grounds there are some really cute touches like the Grove which has an area with fire pits that are turned on every evening and you can sit around it to stargaze. The here are also hammocks and a meditation circle. I believe they also offer some yoga classes which we didn't participate in. You are greeted by the friendliest staff everyday who give you complimentary water if you just ask. The pool area was also really nice with a bar and you can order food from their on site restaurant Rascals. We also booked a day of massages at their spa and it was wonderful. My massage was outstanding just the perfect amount of firm and deep pressure that I asked for. They have jacuzzi tubs and a lovely sitting area to wait with snacks and lovely teas. At the end of our couples massage there was a Mocktail bar set up in that area which I thought was such a cute touch. Overall we had a lovely anniversary weekend and we would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would change is that we would stay in the units further into the property at the Grove.

Katie B.

Yelp
The perfect resort for unwinding after long days of hiking. The beds are comfy, the jacuzzis are soothing, and the fire pits help you zone out in the evening. The diner is delish and they have some nice programming (yoga and meditation) to complement the take a beat vibe of Sedona. The location is also ideal for most Sedona activities!

Lauren M.

Yelp
This is THE place to stay in Sedona! It's in West Sedona to be exact but the only thing you miss is the traffic. The rooms are cute, comfortable, clean and spacious. The entire property is the same way! From small sitting spaces with fire pits to larger ones in the Grove, there is no shortage of special spaces to enjoy. There is a labyrinth to calm your mind, hammocks to enjoy the weather either day or night, and yard games. There's a spa on site as well as a pool and spa area. There is also a second larger hot tub spa on property to enjoy the stars at night. This is what we did! The starry nights can't be beat! The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are huge, which was perfect for our family of four. We even extended our stay by an extra night. Check in was quick and easy. The canned drinking water is free throughout your stay. There are also activities for all ages throughout the week. There is lots of parking in open air lots. There is a good restaurant on site called Rascal. Check out that separate review. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to visit again.

Ellie Z.

Yelp
Even though we had a little trouble finding the main entrance, I must say this place is quite lovely. My friend and I stayed here for a night because it was her first time visiting Sedona. They had nice facilities and a lot of different things to do. Everyone we encountered working there was super friendly and polite. Our room was clean, everything was stocked, and when the TV is on when you arrive at your room, you know you're in for a treat. They have several activities you can partake in, but if you're the only ones who show up to them, it's kind of a letdown. But that's not any fault of the resort. The hammocks are god tier. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Ashley D.

Yelp
The staff were very friendly and attentive. The views of the rocks were beautiful, they had plenty of outdoor things to do as well as indoor things. The pool was very nice as well. My favorite part was the spa. I got a facial for the first time in my life and I loved it! Diane gave me such great information about what to use on my face, what my skin needed and the whole thing was calming and relaxing. One of my favorite things about the room was the giant shower! Some of the alcoholic mixed drinks we got weren't very good and there were some minor things we weren't crazy about. The refrigerator in the room wasn't cleaned out so we had to clean it so that we could put stuff in, the comforter on the second bed was dirty, dirty stains on the carpet, and a few normal wear and tear type things. But overall I would love to come back!

Jimmy A.

Yelp
Really great spa experience in Sedona! The spa itself is very clean and well apportioned with amenities ...pool, hot tub, healthy snacks, tea. Additionally, the staff is friendly although their check in/check out system is goofy. Not a deal breaker though. Our massages were great and they use high end products. Changing rooms were super clean and the staff were around to help. Prices aren't cheap but relaxation always comes with a price.

Y S.

Yelp
We stayed for 3 nights. It was a nice experience and good location. We used the pool twice and it is dog friendly. We wish they had ceramic mugs in the rooms bc they had a microwave and wine glasses, but no mugs, only paper cups. When asked for mugs the lobby attendant said to use the paper cups. We wanted to save paper and not waste. Enjoyed the yoga class with Dia.

Heather H.

Yelp
The property seems to have been renovated. It's next to a grocery store on one side and a chain link fence on the other. There is no "view". There is no shuttle. There is limited room service. No concierge. It's a three star property at best. Clean but not worth what they charge per night.

Alexander A.

Yelp
We are locals and we went to the Wilde Resort for the outdoor screening of Led Zeppelin's "The Song Remains the Same" tonight. Alcoholic beverages had to be purchased from the pool bar. This was not a problem except for the fact that Sarah, the bartender on duty, was too busy flirting the only other customer at the bar to take my order, after my repeating it to her three times. Flustered as I was by the disrespectful service, I left the bar without my credit card only to turn around and find that Sarah made no effort to stop me from leaving without it. Not an asset to the company for sure.

Maria K.

Yelp
This is review for the spa - we did not stay at the resort. We decided to treat ourselves to a massage on our last day after a week of hiking in Arizona. Spa was clean, nice amenities, and kind, polite staff. We enjoyed the complimentary tea and hot tub before our massage. The massage was very nice, although you could hear the guests in the waiting room from time to time (I do feel though those guests were talking particularly loud for a spa setting). Would recommend stopping in for a nice afternoon.

Manny A.

Yelp
My wife and I stayed here during the month of June 2023 for a weekend trip. We checked in Friday evening and were met / greeted with very professional and kind staff who were very informative about the resort and our stay. The room was very clean, spacious, and the grounds around the resort were well kept. The location is prime as its close to many of the trails in west Sedona, yet close enough to Uptown where driving isn't a chore. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it. PS: We brought our mountain bikes. Some rooms have balconies big enough to put them out onto the balconies - but ours didn't. Our room, however, had a spacious hardwood floor entryway which allowed us to put our bikes inside the room near the entryway without them being in the way.

Yelp
We had a nice stay at The Wilde this past week. We weren't planning on staying in our room very much so we weren't that concerned with location. However I was a bit surprised to see that we were on a main road, across the street to a Safeway and a shopping center. That said, the Safeway was convenient. The room was spacious, clean and nicely appointed. We had a nice view. The walk-in shower also had a two direction shower head (one regular, one that "rained"). The tv allows for casting from your device. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect but did appreciate the low-key nature of The Wilde. I would compare it to a nicer Courtyard by Marriot in amenities, etc, with the added spa, which we did not try. The property was nicely decorated with fire pits, hammocks, and outdoor sitting areas. The pool could have been bigger. Overall a good value, and we would consider staying here again.

Johnathon W.

Yelp
Had an amazing experience here while visiting Sedona. This resort is gorgeous and has friendly staff. I was welcomed with bottled water and a even a welcoming cocktail. The rooms are clean and have the best smelling soaps and lotions. We had dinner at the onsite restaurant and it was delicious. Can't wait to return in July.

Yelp
Came up here for a week and getaway to celebrate our anniversary. I booked by calling directly in to the hotel versus booking through an online service. Told them in advance. I'd like to check in at 3 o'clock.. when we arrived close to the room is not ready, which again is not a complaint. We went over to the restaurant to have a drink and early hors d'oeuvres before our dinner. Our room had a good view of the mountains and a fireplace in the rooms. However, the price we paid per night to me, should've been a much more boutique type hotel. Paid over 600 a night. on Saturday, we were sitting at the bar, making small talk with the poolside bartender. Incredibly nice, and by himself handled the entire pool area, which had quite a bit of people. He pushed out the drinks and the food to everybody. One thing that stuck out is he asked if the hotel was aware that I was coming there for my anniversary and if they put a small bottle of wine or champagne in the room. Which was a really good point almost $1400 and they couldn't put a small bottle of champagne or some flowers in the room for us. I've been to hotels and spent a lot less and received better service. I want to say he was the bell Mann randomly walked around the hotel, saying hello to Folks, which was a little weird. Likelihood of returning for another stay here will probably be pretty low .

Florie F.

Yelp
Clean and large room for a reasonable cost compared to others in the area. Large shower with rain shower head. The location is perfect with great views. There is an excellent restaurant right on the premises. We stayed two nights and it was plenty of time to see Sedona.

Brian J.

Yelp
Very nicely appointed rooms, a super helpful friendly staff, a very nice spa, and Rascal's is one of Sedona's best restaurants!

Dawn M.

Yelp
Stayed two nights at resort for me and my husband's anniversary weekend. Arrived around 9PM with friendly staff. They greeted us with complementary water when checking in. We stayed on the first floor next to all the patio areas with firesides. Very cozy! The room was very inviting! Clean, fresh and relaxing. The resort staff left a nice anniversary gift in the room-chocolate truffles, a bottle of Prosecco, a crystal, and a nice card. Even though we were in the first floor, it was quiet. I was worried we might hear a lot of noise from the patio areas. The next day, we had a couples massage at the spa. Arrived to friendly staff to show us around the amenities. The spa served while fruit, hot tea, and plenty of water. Inside the locker rooms, are comfy robes and slippers. The message alone was so relaxing, I almost felt asleep. I enjoyed the hot towels on my back, feet and head. The music was soothing. We felt so refreshed after the massage. Afterwards, you are able to take advantage of the sauna inside the locker rooms. Overall, great experience! The only down side was the small state/local tax fees they hit you with after the stay. Also, I wished I would've scheduled our spa time earlier to take advantage of more time in the pool and relaxing areas.

Jen R.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I recently booked deep tissue massages for a girl's day at The Wilde Spa and can only say the most wonderful things about our experience. I had June as my masseuse, and my friend had Noria. Both women were truly gifted and delivered the most wonderful, healing massages. We both regularly have bodywork and massages and described these as some of the best we have had to date! We would highly recommend this place.

Lacey G.

Yelp
Overall, if you are avid Spa go-er locally or someone who travels for spa destinations this place isn't it. The website and online presence really portrays an amazing resort experience that didn't live up to the expectations, so that was a little disappointing. I went with 5 girlfriends, 2 who don't spa often loved it and 3(including myself) who do spa regularly and seek out amazing spas. Us 3 did not have the best experience. All of us, expect one received massages and then the one who didn't received a facial. I received (marketed online as): Ayurvedic Healthy Hair Scalp Massage 15mins, Sedona Forest Signature Massage 60min-75mins I went into my appointment at 9:10am, and came out at 10am. So, they didn't honor the full time I paid for. The masseuse was a little rude/tone was off when I told her I had to go to the bathroom before we got started, so I made sure to go as fast as possible to appease her. Feeling uncomfortable that she was upset about it. The forest massage, marketed as " Breathe deeply and experience the magical essence of Sedona's forests in this aromatic, detoxing relaxation massage" - All that happened was watered down Essential oils on a towel near my face. Sadly, I couldn't smell anything. I asked for heavier pressure and nothing changed. She asked if I had problem areas/ places to focus on and there was no focus on those areas. The scalp massage was nice, but was definitely shorter than was I brought. I was in the room for a total of 45 mins, and I brought a 60min massage and a 15 min hair massage. For the spa itself: The waiting area is cozy and cute, and they provided tea and water. Steam room- it was very small, like room for 2 people. It didn't have a strong eucalyptus scent. They have a spray bottle in the room, to spray yourself and to provide the room with the scent. It was almost empty. I tried using the bottle, but it wasn't strong and just smelled like nothing. No sauna or any other healing areas. The outdoor spa is small, and you can hear the air conditioning- so doesn't really feel serene or relaxing. Front desk women were very nice! However, they add on a 22% gratuity, which I didn't think was necessary since I didn't really enjoy the masseuse or the services. Also, maybe if this was included and the client getting the service got to choose the employees giving the services would have had a better attitude and provided a better service? kinda of felt like a fool for picking this spa for my girls trip. Overall, this place may be good for you if you've never been to a spa- but if you love trying to spas out across the country or internationally, choose another place.

Yelp
I would definitely stay here again in the future!!! The 2 ladies that work the from desk on Sunday June 18th were exceptional!!! We got early check in n a little late check out n also they gave us cold refreshing water. They were both so sweet n kind!!! The grounds are very clean, pool with the bar n food was most excellent, fire pits in the back part of the resort was nice n hot, they also had games back there, our room was such a surprise. Yelp
PLEASE GO HERE. This was the most unexpectedly beautiful resort. The mediocre outside of the resort is misleading because the interior, spa, and rooms are fantastic. Also, I am only writing this review because the spa staff are unbelievably kind. Catherine, Bridget, and Diane are gems of human beings. Catherine worked the spa's front desk, Bridget worked in the women's locker room, and Diane did my mom's spa treatment which was a transcendent experience for the both of them. Also, their workout room was very clean and had a peloton bike! Ernesto, the resort's owner is also extremely kind and receptive of constructive criticism. I have been to many hotels in my day, but this one sticks out because of its beautiful scenery and truly genuine, kind staff.

M C.

Yelp
This review is for the spa services only. Do not waste your money. I only gave two stars because the spa is nice, the staff were friendly and my masseuse, Lisa was very kind and cheerful. I live in LA and frequent a lot of spas all over whenever I visit someone and locally so I'm experienced in a good service. I had the Phoenix Rising for $295 which included several things including dry brushing. The dry brushing was a joke. She literally brushed my arms and legs with 2 -3 strokes each. Mind you I'm not a big girl but I'm not toddler size either. I didn't pay that much just to have my forearm partially brushed I really thought it would be more to it. I was trying to relax and not get upset thinking about it because tensing up would ruin my service. Needless to say everything after that was also mediocre. The body wrap was barely a blanket and I honestly wasn't sure if I received the glycolic acid peel, but towards the end she was wiping me so I assumed that was it. The facial was fine but that was the mini part of the service. Luckily for me I have my own dry brush at home but it always feels better when someone else is doing it to you. Unfortunately I didn't get to experience that at this spa. But I did get to keep the dry brush that was used on me! Tip - If you're looking for a good exfoliation of your skin I recommend looking up traditional Korean spas. Not sure if they are in Sedona but they are great and your skin feels like a newborn baby when you leave. Oh also we were supposed to have access to the pool, hot tub and steam rooms, but I guess because we weren't staying at the resort we could only use the hot tub and steam room. The prices just don't match the amenities abd service.

Daria S.

Yelp
This is a soothing and relaxing spot to have a treatment. You start in the tea room with fruit infused water or tea and then out to the patio for a dip in the hot tub, then back to the tea room to await your aesthetician or therapist. Treatment rooms are upstairs and very comfortable. The massage table is heated and my 60 minute massage was exactly what I wanted it to be. My therapist, Carmen, checked in with me several times during my massage to make sure that she was hitting all my sore spots, and digging in to the right level. Lots of attention was given to the areas I needed, including a hot wrap on my feet. The massage started and ended with a lovely scalp massage. My daughter really enjoyed her facial as well.

Yve R.

Yelp
Was wonderful place and the people thank you Las Vegas people a was wonderful spa was great the pool was warm has a bar too no complaints go visit Sedona the Wilde resort spa thank you I love it come in check out you won't regret room are big the bathroom was big you can get massage too

KD K.

Yelp
Great resort. Loved that it was all adults in and around the pool. Great poolside service from Robert. Made it very relaxing. Comfortable bed and nice sized rooms. Very clean and comfortable all around. The service here is top notch. Didn't partake in any of the spa services. Good location just about 5 minutes away from downtown.

Houston M.

Yelp
My wife and I came to the Wilde Resort and Spa this weekend for our honeymoon. Start to finish it was a perfect experience! We were greeted with the nicest bellhop who, after helping us get set up in our room, brought complimentary champagne for my bride and me. We got the deluxe king room with the fireplace and it was immaculate. Anthony at the front desk was so great, the restaurant downstairs "Rascal" was phenomenal and our couples message at the spa was such a relaxing, perfect time. Thank you management for running such a beautiful resort and making our honeymoon unforgettable!

Brian M.

Yelp
Overrated for the money . Room outdated , location close to the highway , only decent view is from top of rooftop. Restaurant on the property part of other restaurants in the area is nice . Good service, good food .

Altovise L.

Yelp
This is a wonderful resort. We only stayed there one night and didn't take advantage of the spa. We did go to the pool and bar. Everyone was so friendly there! The room was nice and the walk in shower was so big. I recommend this place.

Daniel N.

Yelp
I hate writing negative reviews. That being said my experience with this resort has been aweful. Not because we didn't ultimately get a refund, but because of the customer service end. 3 months before our reservation we had to call to cancel our appointment. Unfortunately our pup got cancer. It took over 2 months of calling more than 3x a week to get a response back.I left so many messages with staff and on the voicemail. Even with the terrible customer service they wouldn't work with us on a refund. Ernesto the manager just doesn't care about their guest. Our airlines refunded us and even sent a nice note. They couldn't be bothered to return a call. To this day they have never returned a call. We ended up finally calling and getting ahold of the night manager- who is the only staff member who gave us an ounce of empathy or respect. Will strongly recommend looking somewhere else. You do not matter to this resort. Definitely will never book here again. I can see from the comments below that I am not the only one who has had this experience either.

Jill H.

Yelp
Beautiful resort! Lovely grounds. Nice rooms. Spent time at the pool. Good drinks and food from Rascal's. Delicious! Our room had a sliding barn door on the bathroom which was super awkward, but we made it work. A bit overpriced, ($350 a night!) but it was a nice stay. Good location- close to uptown. Not really walkable- but there are a lot of businesses nearby. Probably wouldn't book this again unless prices were a bit more reasonable since we didn't spend much time at resort. Friendly front desk. Allowed us a later checkout when we called from the trail!

Kassidy K.

Yelp
The visit to the Wilde resort was incredible. Despite it being full for the holiday weekend, the resort was serene and peaceful. We relaxed by the pool, enjoyed the steam rooms and hot tubs in the spa, and played various games throughout the grounds. The location is central and very accessible to downtown Sedona and various trails for hiking. The restaurant on-site was delicious and had amazing live music during our dinner. Even with all of this, the part that made the experience so memorable and perfect was how kind and helpful every staff member was. We are definitely leaving people out, but some that made our visit extra special was Randy, Maria, Anthony, and Francine.

Al I.

Yelp
I stopped in briefly, because I was getting a shuttle to the airport (which would also be super convenient if you were a guest here). This resort is beautiful, relaxing, and very conveniently located. But what inspired me to write this review was Hollis! He's such a treasure and really made me feel welcome during the brief time that I was there, even though I wasn't even a guest. His hospitality gave me an instantly favorable impression of the entire hotel. Five stars for Hollis!

Judee D.

Yelp
time of our lives. What a beautiful hotel. Ernesto and Nina are outstanding with customer service our suite was beautiful- perfect location...one of the best vacations I've ever had. The restaurant rascal 5 star also. we ate there morning noon and night. Ask for Heather or Carrie

Sofie T.

Yelp
The absolute best experience I could of asked for. The team quickly answered my emails as my trip approached & even gave me a price match to a promo that started after I made my booking. Accommodating is an understatement. To be honest we had requested a second floor room & when we were given a first floor option they worked on getting us to a second story suite and even moved all of our bags for us. We were celebrating what I thought was our anniversary but I ended up getting engaged while in Sedona. The staff worked with my fiancé to surprise us with flowers & champagne. Everything was excellent. Seriously not one complaint. Staff was great, restaurant was great, the bed was so comfortable and they continued to check in with us and make sure our stay was enjoyable. I cannot thank them enough for helping make our week extra special!!

Yelp
The hotel has been recently renovated and the room was clean. There were complimentary drinks on the rooftop at sunset. The outdoor amenities were very nice. Fire pits, hammocks, yard games and multiple hot tub options.

Yelp
My husband, daughter, and I stayed stayed at The Wilde Resort and Spa for 3 nights. The service was excellent at the front desk for check in and check out, at the Wilde Haven Spa, and at Rascal's. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. We had a view and easy access to The Grove for cornhole, connect 4, a mediatation area, and 4 firepits. My daughter and I recieved facial treatments. We were greeted kindly and received excellent attention during our treatment. The spa facilities itself were pretty small, but clean and relaxing. Overall, we had a wonderful relaxing time a The Wilde Spa and Resort, and we would definitely recommend it.

Yelp
Recently took my Mom to Sedona for a lil girl trip. I chose to stay at The Wilde. Everyone was extremely friendly. From the moment we pulled up, we were greeted bellman who went out of his was to load our luggage and see us to our room. He told us all about the hotel along the way. The Spa was beautiful. Staff were amazing. Barbara was amazing. Rascals the restaurant was very good and staff were very friendly as well. We will definitely be back to Sedona and when that is we will be staying at The Wilde.

Yelp
The Wilde's motto is that memories are meant to be shared and we couldn't agree more. My first trip to Sedona was so special and memorable. I had been shopping for an engagement ring and found it in Sedona. I decided I would propose to my girlfriend on the property. The staff was so helpful and instrumental in our engagement. Big shout out to Nina from Venice beach who was awesome enough to capture our special moment. My finance had no idea she was capturing all of this on her phone. This place will forever hold a special place in my heart! Thank you Nina and the staff at Wilde!

Yelp
This used to be a really nice property with great customer service when it was Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa.. They've went completely downhill. The name The Wilde definitely fits the chaotic and negative energy of how you will feel and be treated when you stay here! Never again

Yelp
Fantastic stay, highly recommend. Lisa at the spa is a treasure. Lovely seating areas on-site, very good restaurant, again... the spa is fantastic. Small workout room.

Yelp
I recently spent three nights at this beautiful resort. While there I used the spa and meditated in the labyrinth. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely beautiful, fire pits and water features, plenty of comfortable seating that was very conducive to visiting with friends. My room was very nice. Bigger than I expected and it had a fireplace! There was a balcony with a view of red rocks. The bathroom was nice too, the shower was huge with a rain shower head and a regular one. There were a few things related to the cleanliness of the room that kept me from giving this 5 stars. The bed, linens and pillows were extremely comfortable. The housekeeping did not change the linens at all during my stay. I know this because I dropped a slice of tomato on the bed and the stain was there the whole stay. In addition, the bathroom towels were not refreshed either. The used ones were folded and left on the counter. Finally, the wonderful balcony really needed a chair to allow for enjoying the view. At an off season price point of close to $300 per night I was expecting more detail to the room cleaning. There was a wonderful observation deck that I used while I was there for painting and stargazing. Overall the resort is beautiful and relaxing.

Yelp
Our room was great, except for the view and barking puppy. The resort is beautiful and the restaurant has great food. From check in and throughout our stay, the front desk was not very helpful and at time down right rude. When I checked in the front desk (male) person said "oh we have you in a spa building suite" and I asked if there was a luggage cart back there because we have a bunch of luggage. And he responded "I will take one back for you!" So we drove around the back and went up to our room to check it out. The room was beautiful and spacious. We returned to our car only to find no luggage cart anywhere. So two by two we carried our heavy luggage up to the room. By the way, there were very few cars parked at the resort and very few people in the restaurant too! So, I am assuming they were no where near full capacity. The next morning I opened the window blinds to see the spectacular Sedona view that this resort is famous for, only to find a view of the Safeway store across the street ! I was so disappointed because my wife and I looked forward to having coffee on the patio and enjoying that view! The first night (and every night) we were so tired that we literally fell into that beautiful big & comfy bed. In the middle of the night we were awakened by a screeching & barking puppy down the hall. I called the front desk and nobody answered so I left a VM about the barking dog. Nothing happened. We enjoyed several days at this resort and speak highly of the spa and restaurant staff. We can say that everyone except the front desk staff was friendly and courteous. When we went to check out, after breakfast I went to get a luggage and someone who appeared to be a bellman grabbed my cart and said "can I help you?" And I said, I need this card to load my car! He said you call me when you need it and I will load things for you. I told him that I need it multiple times this morning off and on, his grip got tighter and said you give me a call. As I turned to walk away, I said "okay!" This was one of the weirdest interactions in three days at this resort. Great place to stay, great restaurant, great views if you pick the right room-we found out the hard way that you must book a room with a view of the grove. And beware of the spa building rooms too!

Yelp
Very beautiful resort with friendly staff. The location is convenient and the rooms are clean and spacious. It's close to a Safeway in case you need snacks and other essentials. Down side is that there is one pool and it gets a little too crowded with kids in the afternoon. Poolside drinks and food are awesome. The restaurant on the premises is very good and its staff is friendly.

Yelp
Great hotel with a resort feel. A beautiful view and central to all the stores. Good areas for dogs and very clean. Hotel staff is lovely. Would highly recommend staying here with your family and pet!

Yelp
We loved our visit staying at The Wilde Resort. Rascal was fantastic and the grounds were wonderful to enjoy in the evenings. Fire pits, jacuzzis. Large comfortable room and new all the main attractions. Magical visit!

Yelp
I would start by saying that you need to bring money if you will stay in this resort, per night was 232 taxes and fees, my family and I stayed for 2 nights and when we checked out they charged 32 resort fees and housekeeping fees plus city and state taxes. per night you will end up paying at least 270. We got charged 8 for breakfast food but we didn't order any food all we did was to take the bottle of water that they gave us when we arrived and made one coffee in one of the room. One of the rooms didn't have the bath glass door so you will shower and the water will be all over the floor. too dangerous to have the the water splashed all over the restroom The good thing about this are the pool, the terrace view, everything is beautiful and calmed, the patio was perfect with the jacuzzi, the hammocks and games and the fire pit people where friendly and so close to the store, restaurant. We left additional tip to the housekeeper. I do recommend this place but you must tell that additional cleaning fee and city and state tax will be charged!!!

Yelp
From the moment we set foot on the property we were wowed! It is very pretty and well maintained. I walked into the lobby a couple hours before check in time as we arrived in town much earlier than expected. I was totally ok with waiting til 4 but figured it didn't hurt to check and see if our room was ready. We wanted to go eat and had our bikes with us so checking in early would give us the opportunity to drop the bikes off and not have to worry about them. The woman working the front desk who I'm sorry to have forgotten her name was wonderful! She actually upgraded us to a better room and we checked in right away! She gave us the entire skinny on the resort, the spa, the restaurant and even other great places to eat. Someone showed up at check in as well named Ricardo who helped us bring our bags in and he even told us they have a storage room for our bikes but we didn't need it as we had a great patio outside our room. Our room was beautiful! Clean and smelled good! We took advantage of taking a bath in the large tub as well! When we needed an extra comforter, housekeeping brought one and they were absolutely the sweetest couple! I loved the mini fridge as we could chill our favorite drinks and left overs from eating out. Wish they had a microwave but no big deal. All of the fire pits were fabulous and we enjoyed many while we were there! We also caught a drink by the pool on the last day the bar was open outside for the season. Our bartender was great and has lived in Sedona his whole life off an on so he told us about some great spots to drive to. On our last night we took a soak in the jacuzzi and it was wonderful! This is a wonderful resort and we will definitely be back! Thank you to all the great staff and thank you for such a wonderful experience!
