Visited The Winchester Hotel today and was shocked by the poor service and lack of basic hygiene. I was served a visibly dirty, sticky cup twice. I returned the first, only to receive another just as bad. No apology, no accountability. I raised the issue with the hostess, who ignored my concern completely. The manager never came over; it was the waiter who eventually informed them. For a high-end establishment, this was unacceptable and unsettling, especially when you’re trusting them to prepare your food.
The only saving grace was our server, Linda. She was kind, attentive, and tried to salvage what was left of our experience. Sadly, the overall service and attitude from the staff left a lasting bad impression. Would not recommend.
