Google
Fantastic local amenity, even more so now with the new Dent Loop Extension. Great for walking, running, cycling. Very large dog pen. Great place to walk off the calories after brunch in Windham. (Also an excellent low elevation / low effort spot to soak in fall foliage.)

Google
Beautiful and not too long. Did the whole thing twice on bike even at 92 degrees. I saw some people pushing wheelchairs and while it’s possible, some areas are very steep and some are rocky

Great walking path and area surrounded by beautiful mountains. Lots of birds and animal life in a picturesque setting. Great for bird watching and photography, particularly around the water and streams. Also found it to be a great spot for a sunset and moonrise. .

Google
This is a serene setting for a brisk walk. Well maintained trails, Mountain View’s and river paths. Out space with respectful visitors. The trail is a circular loop that’s relatively easy to hike. If you are lucky, you might see some wildlife. Great activity to get the blood flowing.

So beautiful you can propose to your lover here! Picturesque scenery throughout. I suggest you study the walking distances first. It can get distorted on the path trail. Parking was easy but there are other parking sites on other sides of trails. No bathrooms.

Hiked this trail in the early evening hours with my husband, who has knee problems. This trail is relatively flat, so it is easy for those with walking issues. It has nice views, flowers, and streams throughout the entire hike. Parking is big at 2 different locations. If you take your time and really enjoy the scenery, covered bridge and other sites, it takes about 50 mins to walk. Highly recommend.

Google
Beautiful! Easy pathway to navigate. Plenty of parking. A good sized dog park and sprawling landscape. A covered bridge is a nice feature.

Google
Very easy trail. Very flat, it’s gravel but easy to walk. Not a lot of shade so be prepared for sun! It’s a cute path; I’m from out of town and this is near my Airbnb so it was a nice thing to do for an hour.

Yelp
Such a beautiful place for nature walk. Great place to bring your dog. Serene rivers and benches along the path to rest and retreat. Parking is right at the start of the trail, I had no problems finding a spot. Definitely check this place out if your looking for a moment to relaxation.

Yelp
Beautiful views all around. Paths go through large open fields and brook side woodlands.

Yelp
This place is amazing- highly recommend it ! Such a beautiful, scenic and relaxing walk. The path is in impeccable condition and it is beautifully manicured between natures wildflower landscape. My husband and I as well as our dog loved this path. There is water along the path and beautiful bridges to cross.

Yelp
It's Windham, it's obviously beautiful. Mountain views, field, stands of trees, stream, covered bridge, and lots of seating areas along the way. The path is not as wide as I would've expected, but it is beautifully maintained - flat and even and smooth. Mowed a foot or two on either side of the path. The parking lot is always overfull, and people park all over like idiots, but overall, a really nice place to stroll.

Yelp
Relaxing path to walk with the family. Truely a walking path and not a hike. Enjoy tranquil scenery around the loop. 2 available parking areas- main lot on rt23. The other across the street from Higher Grounds, behind the Windham pharmacy. Depending on your walking speed loop takes approximately 30min. Open year round, dogs welcome on leash. Please make sure you clean up after your pet to ensure everyone can enjoy the Windham Path.

Yelp
Just returned from a very pleasant, invigorating hike on the Windham Path. Congratulations to the community for putting together such a wonderful project. Along the path were benches donated by community families commemorating loved ones. What a wonderful idea! It was so nice to be able to enjoy natural beauty. This happened to be Spring. We saw robins along the way as well as budding trees. I would like to come back during the other three seasons each will have beauty of their own. The pathway was nicely kept and we were able to walk with a baby stroller. I especially enjoyed the covered bridge! Also along the way were gazebos so that you could rest and meditate. I would recommend this for any family that enjoys nature. It is a great way to relax as well as get some exercise!

Yelp
Nice walking path that spans about 1.5 miles. No matter what the season, the scenery is awesome. Whether you're talking a nice leisurely stroll alone or with the family, or kicking up your cardio, you'll enjoy what nature has to offer. Happy trails!

Yelp
Nice easy path to warm up on.. beautiful fall views. Very level and clear walk areas. Very easy walk, my wife's first hike and we were done quickly.

Yelp
What a gift this pathway is for all who enjoy it. The path is well-maintained, winds through fields, a covered bridge, and with mountains in the distance and flowers close up, as well as benches to relax on. This is the perfect, easy, daily walk. Enjoy!

Yelp
My wife and I enjoyed the walk yesterday . Beautiful as described by previous commenters and their posted pics. Our only issue/ difficulty was using the directions/gps listed on the Yelp site. Google directions yourselves.

Yelp
A nice walk. About 1.5 mile loop through park...some pretty wildflowers & streams...several foot bridges to cross...very peaceful. Nice views of the mountains at the parking area. Nothing at all strenuous. A good warm up for other hikes in the area.

Yelp
This is a lovely 1.5 easy walk, good for kids. My boys(4 and 8) only started to whine at the very end. Incredible views of forest, mountains, streams, with several bridges, including one amazing covered bridge. Everyone we met was very friendly and greeted us. The path is well maintained, and there are plenty of benches sprinkled throughout for breaks.

Yelp
How can anyplace this beautiful be any less than 5 stars? A perfect place for a scenic stroll, with cleared paths lined with wildflowers, waterways, bridges, log bench seating areas and picturesque mountain views! The sounds of silence resonate here! A truly peaceful place to retreat!
