Amazing views, plenty of space and huge balcony where you can watch the sunrise and sunset. Breakfast was delightful and staff was lovely. There's a cat in the hotel, Alika, who is the sweetest cat ever! The hotel staff takes care of her. So, if you stay at The Windmill Kimolos, please be nice to her!!

Just very special. Thank you, Mila, especially and Valentina, for making our stay so comfortable. Breakfast is out of this world and included. The bed was so comfortable. Beautiful sheets. Attention to detail 10/10. Great to stay in a historic, restored building. Lots of history. Great views across the Choria, the port and the countryside. Walk down the hill to secluded, pebbly beach.

An absolutely amazing hotel, once a windmill now a hotel with unique charm. Amazing views over the port of Kimolos.

The best part of our stay was the lovely Demetra who served us a breakfast fit for a king - homemade cheese or spinach pie which was fantastic, fabulous omlettes made to order plus freshly squeezed orange juice and the usual croissants, cereals, etc. Breakfast was served in the adjacent Kimolo Breeze which doubled as a fantastic bar at night with panoramic views - thank you Yiannis for the Aperol spritz. The room was well equipped - nice bathroom, a fridge and a wonderfully comfortable mattress. A problem with the TV was sorted quickly and efficiently by the manager Panayiotis and Eleni who gave us the key to our room Apomero was friendly and helpful and went out of her way to tell us about the beaches and restaurants on Kimolos. All in all, a wonderful experience. Thank you team Aria.

we stayed in the Apagio room for 3 nights. The accommodation was of a high standard- albeit the bathroom on the small side. it was clean and fresh looking. Outside the seating area consisted of a large stone sofa area plus three extra chairs and the view was fantastic- overlooking the sea and port area. You need to be reasonably fit to walk up to this place as its on a steep incline- either that get a car. being high up it can also get windy.||Breakfast is included and typically greek with fresh fruit and yoghurts, breads and local pies and cooked eggs. Service is a bit hit and miss as the man serving was on his own, and he did like to chat with I only assume some other greek guests that were also staying there.||However, when in Greece - chill!||||The walk down to the port area takes approx. 10 minutes and the walk to the village at the top will take you about 15 minutes. Again this is a reasonable climb. however, once up there its worth the walk around the lovely village.||||This lovely windmill is ideal to sit and relax and take in the views and read. It does not offer a snack bar- and once breakfast is over the bar area does not open again until 6pm. So I would advise you stock the fridge in your room with your choice of beverages.

We have spent a week at the Windmill, room for two, name "Agnantio" . The view is amazing however, the air-conditioning was not working. However, the hotel has given us a refund and free drinks. Kyriaki, the hotel manager, is very helpful and does her best to help guests. The room is way overpriced for the value offered. There is a nail above the bed supposed to have a painting but there was no painting. There is also a hole in the wall and there were no bathrobes, no slippers in the bathroom. Shampoos and soaps at first were given to us at very limited quantity and they were not branded as advertised but cheap ones, easily found at the grocery market. 1 tiny bottle of shampoo for two was given to us. We have had to inform the cleaner lady Litsa to give us more which she actually did. The view from Agnantion is amazing, however, the balcony is tiny tiny. ||Breakfast was horrible for the price paid for staying at a boutique hotel. Cheap marmalade and butter imported from other countries, horrible filter coffee. No Greek products, no buffet, limited and measured quantities even of imported products. Avgoustis, the waiter, is excellent. He did his best to satisfy all our needs however, the quality and quantity of breakfast is a management decision. Plus, the management should take care that a waiter cannot be a cook at the same time. ||I give 5 stars for the view and the staff (Avgoustis, Litsa and Kyriaki) but three stars for the room and two stars for breakfast.

We visited Kimolos in September when the summer winds are off and the Windmill was charming! amazing view, amazing architecture, a unique experience! The breakfast was delicious and the personnel was effective and very kind. Maybe is the best hotel in Kimolos! A must visit!

The view from our studio on the top floor was amazing, but what made our stay special was the host Dimitra who welcomed us with a broad smile and willingness to help be it with luggage, local tips or extra coffee over breakfast. The Greek coffee she made in the morning was excellent! What a great ambassador for the hotel and Kimolos island!
