The Windsor Boutique Hotel

We loved staying at the Windsor Hotel. It is located close to the center of Asheville with convenient access the a number of restaurants on Broadway Street. The interior of the hotel has the charm of an older well renovated house. We stayed in the Luxury Suite wich comprised of a large living room with built in kitchen corner, a separate sleeping area & a spacious bath room. The room was clean. We loved the hands off service on demand concept of the hotel & the free coffee and bottle of wine. Hotel parking is included and located around the corner. The friendly personell in the reception was very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Windsor. A true “boutique” hotel in a perfect location to explore downtown and nearby surroundings. Our King Suite was spacious and beautiful; felt more like a stay in a home rather then a hotel. |Only one minor complaint was that they suggested moving to a paid parking lot for Saturday night due to a farmers market that could potentially block your car on Sunday morning. This was fine, but I think the hotel should have set up complementary parking elsewhere.|With that said, I can’t imagine staying in a nicer hotel in Asheville—-I would HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!

Absolutely perfect! Location cannot get any better. You are right in the heart of downtown Asheville walking distance to everything! Rooms are like another reviewer stated “just like home”. The room feels more like a Airbnb. Has a small kitchen, living room area, washer dryer, and a separate master bedroom. I really like that your room has a PIN number to enter your room as well as the front door. Extra step in safety. Very clean unique in every way! Completely drinks in the lobby is a nice touch as well. Farmers market right behind the hotel on Saturday morning. Breakfast, lunch dinner and amazing desserts everywhere you look! Can’t recommend this place enough.

This hotel was conveniently situated in town with shops and restaurants walkable. The staff was very kind and gracious. Coffee, tea, water and other beverages were there for guests to enjoy along with some snacks. Parking was included which was a bonus. Our room was a small apartment and nicely appointed. Toiletries and in-room coffee/tea were provided. Everything was so comfortable and very clean! Would definitely return and highly recommend this boutique hotel.

We loved our stay at The Windsor! Awesome decor, great bed and bedding, amazing hospitality, incredible artwork! We especially loved the attention to period pieces mixed with the art installation between the windows (really cool). Highly recommend! Beats the large, transient, name brand hotels by miles! This hotel gives you a feeling of old world Asheville with modern amenities! Well done Windsor!

We had a great stay. Rooms were super nice and very spacious. The location is great. Couldn't get any better. There's so much to do around the area. Highly recommend 👌

If I could give 10 STARS I would! Take this from a traveler who is particular and pays attention to the details, this place is a GEM! I cannot think of one thing we didn't love! From the super sweet front desk gal, to the FANTASTIC ROOM that's a fantastic deal - the amazing furniture, spacious accommodations with a living room and kitchen! The bed was wonderful and like you're in your own well appointed luxury home. The thoughtful and plentiful complimentary snacks and beverages, the super cool and retro MCM Boho lobby and decore with an element of old, is perfection. We truly felt right at home! We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and I requested a special touch, and they left a very sweet hand written card with a bottle of wine and a bowl for our pup with an awesome packaged treat as well as a bone poop baggie holder! They LITERALLY thought of EVERTHING! Even CHILLED Beer glasses in the freezer, and champagne glasses in the cabinet! This was a Dog-Friendly stay to boot! We COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER!! HIGHLY recommend the Windsor Boutique hotel! OH- and it's IN THE HEART of Downtown Asheville!! Spectacular!

Beautiful boutique hotel in downtown Asheville. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Next door to a wine bar/ gallery. Very spacious and felt like home with a full kitchen and separate living space. |My only issue was no one was there at check in. There was a fellow traveler there who helped us. Not sure how common this is.
