Absolutely appalling!! I was here for my sisters WEDDING and the rudeness my family and I experienced is disgusting and so unprofessional, especially the price we paid per night! If I could rate this a negative star I would. First of all, we booked this hotel 5 months ago for a small wedding block for three days. The rooms were paid in full and booked directly through the website. Upon check in, someone in my party was informed that the hotel “accidentally” overbooked the hotel and gave their room to someone else! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? The front desk lady was rude and nasty and seemed to think she didn’t have to lift a finger to help us figure out a solution. Second, we called down to the front desk to ask if 4 champagne glasses could be delivered to the room. The front desk rudely told us that they don’t have champagne glasses / ANY time of glass and that they don’t allow requests like this to be made. Excuse me? There’s a BAR in the lobby and you’re going to tell your guests that this can’t be accommodated, especially for a wedding party? Thirdly, my elderly grandma had called down FOUR time for a change of towels and was told that someone would bring the towels up to her room. She had to wait FIVE hours for someone to bring them. How does this happen? For upwards of $300 a night, this is completely repulsive! The front desk lady should be terminated, her attitude and apparent annoyance of anyone going to speak to her is the most disgusting behavior I’ve ever witnessed at any hotel establishment. Mind you, again, we had a WEDDING party stay here, you would think the hotel would have done to make our experience better, but, no, we only received attitude and annoyance from the front desk lady. I’ve had better experiences at a holiday inn than I did here! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! And to sum it all up, none of our AC units were working properly. 90 degrees out and no one was able to help our rooms cool down!! I’ll be filing a complaint with corporate immediately.

Well, this was one of the best experiences that I've had in a long time. We were greeted by Kiara (manager) and Cat (GSA) at the front desk. Cat was very friendly and full of wonderful suggestions for eateries in the area. The amenities were wonderful, especially the rooftop swimming pool. Beautifully maintained and great views!|I would have no hesitation in referring others to this establishment. Thank you for all of the care you and your whole staff gave us during our stay.

Reading some of the reviews before I arrived made me wonder if I was making a mistake. Not at all is the answer! This place is wonderful. Whilst, yes, the decor is dated in places, the rooms are large and spotlessly clean. My room had a very usable kitchenette and plenty of space. The views of the city from my balcony were spectacular and the location was ideal to access all that I needed. Sadly it rained for my entire stay so I didn’t get to enjoy the pool! The property was quiet and felt very safe. Oh yes, I particularly want to mention Benjamin who checked me in. He was everything I would ever want in a warm and efficient welcome! What a first rate employee.

Wow, stellar hotel and customer service! Didn't expect much for a one night stay but the team truly made it feel like family. Friendliest valet staff, great help from lobby host Louis and of course front desk Kat was extremely helpful, welcoming and accommodating. Clean, modern rooms, tons of amenities to include a very nice pool and sky view lounge. Did I mention the location if in the middle of everything? Definitely the spot to stay in Philly from now on.

I came across this hotel by chance...and what an amazing experience. Upon check in, I was greeted by an amazing customer service rep, Benjamin Jones. He was friendly, professional, accommodating, and made me feel important. I was soooo tired and he made check-in a breeze. The hotel is in a great location--walkable to all the sights. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen to store water, leftovers, etc. The restaurants are both delicious, with great food and drinks. I will stay here again and again!

we had a fantastic stay at Windsor. I canceled a more expensive hotel to book here for 4 nights. The deluxe king room on the 11th floor was spacious and quiet, and a great value. A full kitchen was an extra that we didn't use much other than the fridge and microwave, but nice to have dishes. There are 2 restaurants at the entrance to the hotel and we enjoyed both. One is an Irish pub, but we had a nice meal here. The hotel was also easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, including the Franklin Institute, City Halll, Thanal Indian restaurant, Chris' Jazz Club was great and .5 miles from the hotel. Can't say enough about how convenient it was-- Uber drivers knew exactly where to pick us up. Ask for a quiet room on a higher floor-- we didn't hear anyone and played music with no worries about neighbors.

The location is perfect if is your first time in the city. I had a great stay , my room was actually bigger than expected with a balcony and a kitchen included. The staff was super friendly and helpfull , especially Gia who told us she was really happy to welcome us all the way from Brasil and was excited about the soccer game. I definitely recommend this hotel .

Google
Our stay started out with amazing customer service from Catherine. She was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. We needed to extend our stay at the last minute and met with Catherine again. She was able to move us to a beautiful 24th floor suite and was extremely helpful and once again so friendly. Besides the wonderful staff, the pool and loungers are great and the room is beautiful. The restaurant is also really fun with great food. We would definitely stay here again!

Yelp
Was in town for a funeral and decided to stay the night! I wanted somewhere with a view and amenities as I knew I would need to relax following the day's events. I tried booking a room through the app but was unsuccessful due to page malfunction. I called the hotel and was greeted by a very pleasant customer service representative who booked a double room cheaper than any of the travel sites. The rooms were amazing with great views from the balcony. They have a rooftop deck and pool which could get crowded but is aaa nice feature. Try here are two restaurants adjacent to the hotel offering a variety of food. The hotel is walking distance to many attractions or if your room has a balcony (and kitchen) you may choose to stay in and enjoy the views. Note: parking is $45/day and is deducted from the incidental cost.

Yelp
I have stayed twice at this Hotel and it is by far one of my favorites in Philadelphia. It also helps that it is a block away from my son's apartment and away from all the noise, craziness and chaos of the convention area. Building is tucked in a side street of the City Central area of town which makes it a great location but quiet. Building is both an Apartment and Hotel combined which gives the rooms a large footprint and kitchen area. The rooftop pool and fitness room gives this hotel an A plus rating. Staff here are friendly and very helpful which also makes for a great experience. I do have to say they are working through issues with their website and did have issues with getting my feather free request addressed but they addressed on both visits with a smile.

Yelp
I have never felt compelled to review a place until this experience. This place is extremely overpriced and overhyped for the care and comfort you receive. I was staying here because it was one of the recommended hotels that partner with CHOP. I stayed here 2 weeks leading up to my induction and days after my delivery . My plan was to stay here in the entirety of my sons stay in the NICU. I unfortunately couldn't bare to stay here one more night with everything I was going through. To start off our stay we were put in the wrong room and was promised it would be ready the next day at a certain time and when that time came it wasn't ready and we were given so much attitude about it. There were several days my key card didn't work to my room or the lounge. Our scheduled housekeeping time was never at the time we had spoken about. Our bathroom had rust and mold growth on the metal doors on the ceiling. Shower curtain was covered in random stains. Microwave would only work if you cooked your food 3x as long as you should. The stove would wreak of gas when turned on. There was constantly people smoking cigarettes and weed and when I complained about the smell because I was pregnant my concerns were brushed off. I hope CHOP removes them as a recommendation going forward. I would not wish this experience of accommodations on any other emotionally vulnerable parents who have to spend their days at CHOP.

Yelp
Downside was valet parking only, but this is a nice hotel. We came by to drop off our car and ask if they could hold our luggage, but our room was ready early which was great. The front desk agent was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view of Philly. It's a great location in walking distance of City Hall and the Franklin Institute and also downtown historic area if you're in the mood to walk (it's like a mile). There's a seasonal rooftop pool but it's also a nice view when the pool is closed. This was a really nice place to stay in a good centralized Philadelphia location.

Yelp
This seemed like a really amazing hotel, despite being a little older. Great location, within a 5-15 walk to most major sites. Well maintained, updated features, great security measures. Full suites, with a eat in counter and kitchen, long table tops to open luggage, or even put refreshments if there is a small gathering. The staff was professional and friendly. Everything went pretty well until the people down the hall decided to fill the air with old grease smoke at 11 PM! I think they were frying foods for a lot of people because apparently the it had been happening for hours. The front desk could even smell it..... from the 9th floor! I know that part of this building is residences. But this was something else, lol. When it's warm out, get to the pool early. It gets crowded fast.

Yelp
Stayed for one night at the Windsor Suites for the first time and it was an amazing experience. We were in town for my partner's birthday and to watch a basketball game at the Wells Fargo Center. The hotel was about a 15/20 minute drive from the stadium. The Hotel is absolutely beautiful. When you first w her the lobby you notice the giant curved couch and Benjamin Franklin quote on the wall. Our room was huge and to my surprise it came with a full mini kitchen. The customer service was amazing.I called a few days prior to checking in and mentioned it would be my partners birthday on the day of Check-In and they offered to comp our parking fee and leave some drinks in the room. When we arrived, Our room wasn't ready so the front desk provided us work complimentary food and drink waivers for Con Murphy. The only hiccup was the Bathroom- while spacious and beautiful the shower knobs were a bit difficult to figure out. All in all, I will definitely book this hotel again and I highly recommend if you're looking for a hotel to stay while in Philly

Yelp
We came here about two weeks ago and we had a good one-night stay here. We arrived to the hotel early (~11am) and we were able to check-in early. We also got a room upgrade and our room was very spacious, clean, and huge! Our room had a kitchen area with a stove which we didn't use. They also had cups and plates in the kitchen cabinets. There was also an outdoor balcony with seating. The only thing that I didn't like in our room was the shower. The handles were a bit confusing to use and the water temperature fluctuated when I was taking a shower. We also informed the staff that the shower had the water dripping when even we turned off the shower knobs. The staff was very friendly and kind. Overall, positive experience. Btw, it's about an 15 minutes walk to this hotel from the William H. Gray III 30th Street train station. From the hotel, it's also walkable to many landmarks (i.e Love Park, Reading Terminal Market, Rocky Statue, Philadelphia Museum of Art, US Mint Museum)

Yelp
I arrived here early on a Sunday, and was just hoping to drop off my bag, but they were able to give me my key and an upgraded room without an additional charge. So that was already an awesome way to start my stay. The room itself was very large. I had the King with a balcony, though it was just a bit too chilly to use it for more than photos. There's a full kitchen with a fridge, stove, and dishwasher, and some plates and cups available for use, though I only used the fridge. Would be very suitable for a long term stay, particularly with closets bigger than what I have at home. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of desk space that you could use if you needed to get work done, and the tv was well positioned and large enough that you could watch it from any of the seating areas. Oh, and they had a brilliant clock radio that had the time both on the front and the side so you don't need to inconvenience yourself when you blearily try to check the time when you wake up. Location is convenient to the subway, walkable to Amtrak and many museums. Also, if you're there for a conference, you're close enough to walk to the conference center and Reading Terminal Market, but far enough away to avoid the noise. If you're in town for a sporting event, it's an easy walk to hop onto the Broad Street Line and head to what I think are all the stadiums. It felt safe enough to walk back after the Flyers game. The one thing to be wary of here: they do have a rather large deposit ($250), but they refunded it within 3 days of my stay. Just try to put that on a credit rather than debit card so you don't overdraft yourself. Loved my stay and will recommend it for others.

Yelp
From checkin to checkout it was a wonderful stay! Nyeesha and Chanel were warm and welcoming and made us leave with a smile on our faces. Parking is very easy with the valet. The views are spectacular and the infinity pool on the roof makes the entire rooftop a utopia!

Yelp
I would have given one star, but the staff at the front desk were really nice. The common areas of the hotel were nice - but my room was a different story... Before arriving I paid for an early check in and a room upgrade. They upgraded me to a dated dirty room.... In room 1109 - there were stains and dust everywhere. Crumbs on the stove, in the microwave, and a loud dirty fan in the kitchen that couldn't be turned off. The room looked like no one stayed in it for a while and it was not properly cleaned. I was only there for a night, so I didn't want to go through the process of changing rooms as I was so exhausted. Thank goodness I bought antibacterial wipes and was able to wipe down surfaces. The room also smelled like stale cigarette smoke when I entered. Ironically, there are no smoking signs and sprinklers all over the suite. The towels also smelled really musty and like stale cigarette smoke. I had to use the paper towels in the room to dry off. Upon arrival, I was unable to check in early because of the madness happening the lobby. There was a long line of people trying to check in and by the time I reached the front desk, it was the normal check in time. They didn't the rooms ready for most of the people checking in. They at least changed it so I could check out later instead so that was cool since my flight was in the late afternoon. I would give them another shot so long as they didn't give me a room like this. If you stay here you're really gambling with the type of room you get.

Carl R.

Yelp
Nice enough in a good area central to everything. The room has full kitchen with freezer and refrigerator. Attention to detail, the air conditioning heating unit full of dust easy to clean but never attended to by cleaning staff. Parking out right brutal cheaper parking using spot hero is recommended.

Yelp
A suprising gem for a last minute stay in Philadelphia on a holiday road trip. The service was courteous and friendly, the room was impeccably clean, and the accomodations overall were above and beyond what we expected for the price. Parking was $45 a night, but the room was so affordable at $120 a night it made it very manageable. We ended up in 1 bedroom suite that was so roomy and well appointed that our young child asked if we could move in. We had everything we needed and were within walking distance of some good eats and points of interest. With a balcony and a nice view, what more could you ask for? We will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
My cousin and I stayed here to attend the Pliny the Younger charity fundraiser at Monk's Cafe. A few blocks away. It was wonderful. Staff is super-friendly, the room war immaculately clean, and we were close to everything. Two blocks from Suburban Station and the Victory Brewpub is right across the street. The deck on the roof gives a lovely view of the city.

Yelp
The hotel was nice in the lobby but the room was less than expected. The kitchen wasn't anything like the pictures the dishwasher was so old it was yellow and the other appliances were white I was expecting stainless steel like the photos I seen before booking. The bathroom had rust spots on the calling and stains in the bathtub. The sink had layers of caulking and the Cabinets looks like there were falling apart. It was rust spots in the bathroom floor also. The vents were flirty . I feel like they tried to update the room and it was nice at first appearance until you started really looking at detail . I went to the front desk and was told the pics online are not updated and they have been having a lot of complaints lately they were sold out so couldn't give me another exact room . He did offer us a downgraded room for but after looking at it; it wasn't any better than the one we were in I feel like they tired to make the rooms nice it just wasn't up to my standards and

Yelp
I don't care about the spending just looking to live and enjoy the company of my love ones. For the money spent here at Windsor suites, I would much rather have camped out in my car. The beds were uncomfortable, stiff, cardboard like... as per my 11 year old states " it felt sleeping on an unfinished floor. The room was unkept. Hair all over the bathroom. I must say the rooftop view was extravagant. Very peaceful. Def an experience. But not my moneys worth.

Yelp
Windsor suites is a decent hotel in a great location. It's only a few minute walk to the Franklin institute and lots of bars and restaurants. When we arrived, it was confusing to try to find the valet since there was no sign on the street. But we were able to check in early which was nice and the staff was really helpful. Our room was big - compete with 3 closets and a kitchen with a stove, microwave and refrigerator but yet the bathroom was small. A lot of people have commented about the air - ours was fine and was pumping out the ac but the only complaint was there were no vents towards the bathroom or other part of the room so getting ready with blow dryers, etc made the room hot. The room itself was decent, but when we arrived the oven was on (luckily we noticed that quickly). The street outside the room is pretty loud at night, especially with motorcycles on the weekends. But luckily we were able to sleep through most of it. So, overall a decent place to stay.

Yelp
A disappointing stay at a hotel with a lot of potential. We arrived on Thursday at around 5pm. Valet took about 10 minutes, but the gentlemen were nice. Checkin was fast and easy with very pleasant staff. Later in the evening, when we turned on the bathroom sink there was no hot water...same for the shower and the sink in the kitchen. An engineer came up and told us that we needed to let it run for a while, but that it should work fine moving forward. The hot water was unreliable for the rest of our stay, which was Saturday morning. A fire alarm went off Saturday at around 2a.m., and everyone needed to evacuate; we overheard someone saying that this was the second occurrence during their stay. The front desk credited us two nights' parking for our trouble. I am thankful for the courtesy, but I would much rather that simple basic necessities be available. Pros: -Friendly staff -Great location -Courteous when issues arise Cons: -Unreliable hot water -Loose bathroom faucet -Fire alarm(seems like this is not rare)

Yelp
pretty nice hotel rooms. minor nit is that there aren't many convenient outlets in the rooms. service is great, amenities are also pretty on par with a three star establishment.

Adam D.

Yelp
The hotel staff is very rough and does not care at all about customer service. The hotel Manager gave me a hard time for asking for a receipt for my full payment upfront and then muttering unkind things under his breath. The rooms are large with big closets but the finishing is low quality (e.g., painted rough plywood shelving) and what appears to be indoor/outdoor carpeting. Also, be aware if you stay here, the hotel requires full payment plus $250 deposit at check in! Rather than staying at an elegant hotel, we felt like we entered an "SRO." Given the situation, we checked out immediately without spending one night and moved to the nearby Logan Hotel which turned out to be less expensive and much more comfortable and elegant. The only good thing I can say about the Windsor Suites is they gave us a complete refund upon our request.

Yelp
Beautiful rooms, great views, spotless, comfortable and convenient location with parking available. Walked to the Christmas village(which was lovely). I would definitely stay here again. Very good security and updated tech. Thank you..

Yelp
This place is truly a pig with lipstick on it. Don't be fooled by the nice lobby and great downtown location it's infested with rodents. The front Dess didn't seem that shocked and surprised when I told him about the critters in my room stay away.

Yelp
I appreciate the clean sheets and the warm bed but I do not appreciate the fact that the bed flips up if you sit on the end. I appreciate the plentiful hot water in the shower but I'm not a fan of the lack of amenities, empty soap bottles or dirty eyes dirty appearance of the bathroom. I appreciate the beautiful balcony, the views of the city and the furniture and the furniture but I do not appreciate all all of the dog hair on the floor of the room that was clearly not cleaned up after the last occupant. I appreciate the fact that you have a vending machine that takes credit card and not cash, but I would prefer one that was actually stocked with products and not fully sold out rendering it thus useless. I appreciate the powerful heater that kept us warm through a chilly Winter's nights but I do not appreciate the fact I could hear our neighbors partying until 2:00 in the morning through paper thin walls. I love the low rates but next time could I please have more than 2 towels in the bathroom. I love the fact that we are walking distance to everything thato everything that downtown Philadelphia has to offer. I love the pricing and availability of the rooms. I love the fact that it is a dog friendly hotel. And I appreciate the friendly staff and front desk folks that checked us in just after midnight.

Yelp
What a racket. You book a specific type of room and upon check in, an extra from Orange is the New Black proceeds to sell you a tall tale that gives you an indication that they oversell rooms regularly. The 250.00 "security deposit" it bullshit too. So instead of a large suite with TWO beds, I got a small room with a queen bed. "Oh but it's renovated!" FOH smartass no hospitality giving front desk girl who looked like she just rolled outta bed...DUMP!

Yelp
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to City Hall, the Art Museum, restaurants, bars...you name it. Parking is pricey but conveniently located at the hotel or you can find a cheaper parking garage. The rooms were so cozy, clean and spacious. I will be staying here again. The staff were friendly, I felt safe and there were 2 restaurants in the hotel which was perfect.

Yelp
The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and in a great location centered by a couple of nice restaurants and pubs. The doorman was funny and pleasant and assisted us with our bags. Hotel parking was pretty easy with no hassle. We were greeted by an amazing young lady by the name of Nyeesha Wade during check-in. I wish all hotels had employees who gave such wonderful customer service as Nyeesha did. She was very thorough in explaining all the ins and outs of the hotel and gave other assisted information for dining. She made the beginning of our stay very pleasant. Our room was extremely nice with an okay view. The room was a little outdated but it still gave a luxury vibe. Overall I would stay at this hotel again especially for the great customer service.

Yelp
This place has a facade of looking nice but your experience is largely going to depend on what room you get and what people you deal with. Service was horrible for parts of this trip (Greg was one person who I can think of who was helpful) and our room was uncomfortably hot. Being pregnant and in vacation the summer, working AC is a huge deal, especially when it's 100 degrees outside. When we arrived our room was at 73 and our entire stay it didn't get any cooler. I had to request a fan to be mildly comfortable. There's also very loud construction happening on the hotel. Additionally, there's no housekeeping, unless you request it (when I complained, they said they offered when we checked in and we "declined" but both my husband and I confirmed we were not offered it at all and if we were we would NOT have decline), but even if you do (I did and they said they would come around 2-3 and never did), you likely won't get it. And even if you do get turn down service, it might not be clean. Almost all the silverware in our cabinet was disgusting - had cereal crusted into it. To top it all off, the stupid room clock (that didn't have a working display) had an alarm set for 4am...let me tell you how horrible it is being on vacation, pregnant, with a toddler, and FINALLY falling asleep, only to get woken up by an alarm clock you didn't set...and the display doesn't work so you can't turn it off, so you unplug it AND IT KEEPS GOING because it has backup batteries! It was like a nightmare. Lucky i gave it to the front desk instead of throwing it off the balcony...I certainly wanted to. UGH. All that to say, NOT impressed. The rooftop pool is beautiful but so chlorinated that your eyes will burn and itchy after indulging...but that's the perfect example of this place - beautiful facade but so many annoying things that make sense why it's rated the way it is. The only plus I can think of that doesn't have a a caveat is the location. The location is amazing. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful. Will definitely pay more to stay somewhere nicer next time. Will NOT be back here ever again. For nearly $300 a night I would expect better.

Yelp
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL! Windsor Suites cancelled my booking a day before I was to arrive for a conference in Philadelphia. I had this booking set and paid for months ago. The hotel claimed they "overbooked" reservations. One day before my arrival? Really? Now I'm stuck scrambling to find a hotel room one day before I'm supposed to arrive on a Saturday, for a business trip.

Yelp
Home Greatness!!! I was recommended this hotel by a friend and damnit she was spot on w everything! Beautiful Hotel, Eye Catching Decor, walk distance to a lot, short Uber ride to others, etc. Hubby and I stayed here this particular weekend to attend the catastrophic Roots Picnic and despite how the festival ended, my stay at The Windsor Suites made up for it!!! We entered and was greeted by Beth and a young AA gentleman who were both so pleasant and accommodating. As soon as we walking into our room of the elevator, there was an immediate wow factor w the spacious layout and view of pretty sky scraper building (Comcast I think). I had a kitchen, WALK IN CLOSET, spacious bathroom w a SEPARATE VANITY sitting area and plenty of drawer space. We were directly across the street from Sister Cities Park and walking distance LoVe Park and The Terminal (YUMMY)!!! There were so many fine dining, pub and American restaurant eating places within walking distance, 1-2 museums, etc. Parking isn't the best but there are plenty of options and we economically opted to park in a garage 2 doors down underground at Logan Square. Most reasonably priced on the weekends. I must admit this place was a little more than what I usually spend but it was worth every cent!! Kudos to The Windsor Suites and its affiliates for providing a super fantastic experience.

Yelp
Booked here last minute as I was running the Love Run 1/2 and this hotel was less than a 20min walk from the start. Got checked in right at 3pm and the front desk was very friendly. The room was huge! Definitely wasn't expecting that but pleasantly surprised. Also had great views and a small balcony. It was clean and I ordered food from the attached restaurant Con Murphy's (also amazing). Valet parking was only $25 and the attendants there were very nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel and definitely would come back.

Yelp
I've stayed here several times over the last couple of months. I'm a business traveler, only here to do a job downtown. The location is good and they have good rates. Rooms are spacious and have a small kitchen. They are generally clean, but dated. They would benefit quite a bit from some touch up paint, recaulking, tub resurfacing (seems like every room has some rust stain in the tub)... The air conditioning system is all linked together (a "two pipe system"), so the whole building seems to have to be on either heat or cool. Every time I've been here, it's been on heat, which makes the rooms warm and stuffy. You have to turn off the air conditioning to not further heat the room. Most rooms do not have windows that open (so the booking staff told me), so if this temperature control is important to you, you'd probably need a balcony room to ensure it has a door/window that opens to allow cool air in and circulation. Doing so, however, also means you get a LOT of loud street noise. If you get the balcony rooms with the separate bedrooms, you can open the door/window in the living room area and get circulation through the whole flat and minimize the noise in the bedroom (keeping bedroom door open of course). Half of the days I've stayed (I've stayed about 15 days total) over the last several weeks, the front door to the building has been broken. So you have to find your way around the building through the parking garage to the side entrance. They do get it fixed, but then it would break again. There is no breakfast at this hotel, only later breakfast/brunch on weekend days (starts at 9am Thurs-Sun) at adjoining (seemingly non-affiliated) restaurant. And if you want something simple like a soda, this hotel does not have a market for those simple staples, they direct you to the Wawa convenience store around the block. Actually, I believed there is a small "breakfast" only on the club level, but my understanding is that it consists basically of just muffins (I haven't seen it personally). The staff is quite friendly until there is a problem, and then I often can't tell if they are really unable to help or unwilling to help, or if I'm getting the real information from them when there is a conflict. I have had several packages delivered here without issue, except for an expensive one from Apple that the front desk never had any record of delivery, but Apple did have a record and the delivery requires a signature... Over two days of checking in on the status of this package, the front desk told me "we were really busy so someone probably took it" through a smile. On my most recent trip, I called to schedule two rooms to be ready for an early morning check in. I said I'd pay for an additional night so we could have the early check in, but wanted to talk with someone to help me get it set up right since I've had problems with hotels canceling my reservation in the past if I didn't show up by midnight and find myself without accommodation after getting in from a red eye flight. They said the thing to do was just book for the nights I'd be staying the full time for and they would put my arrival time in the notes. When I did arrive, one of the rooms was ready, but apparently no other rooms of any kind were available in the hotel (there seemed to be quite a bit of availability when I booked 3 days before). They would not cancel my reservation without penalty because they insinuated it was my fault for expecting an early check in, and said the room should be ready by 4pm (regular check in time). I laid out on the couch in the lobby to try and get some sleep and about 20-30 minutes later the receptionist came to me with a key to a room that "just opened up"... At 7am... To be fair, the first night I stayed on my first trip, there wasn't any body wash in my shower (the large container fastened to the wall was empty). When I alerted the front desk, they did bring a loose one up right away, which helped set the tone of trust and professionalism I was hoping would continue. I appreciate the decent rates in town despite the baseball chaos (Phillies were in the championships on a couple of my trips so everywhere had crazy high rates). It may be an okay place for tourists, but every subsequent visit has confirmed that this is not a primary choice hotel for me for the future.

Yelp
Don't take your car. We went to the Christmas Village and found this valley parking. When they returned my car, my driver side mirror was damaged and on top of that I was charged $10 extra because of the size of my vehicle.

Yelp
My husband and I was recommended to stay at the hotel. Making a reservation with Windsor Suits was very pleasant. They are very accommodating and helped us find the best possible discounts. I had originally got the AAA rate but later learned the 1 day Phillis parking pass was the best way to go. Let me start out by saying you definitely want this parking pass because there is No I mean absolutely NO street parking. I know this so well because I received a parking violation. Anyway. We stayed two nights. There are two entrances into the hotel one which is the main entrance and the other which is connect to the parking garage. When you walk in you are greeted by the concierge every single one of them was very nice. We checked in which was less then 90 min and it was the best customer service we received. Make sure they put the sticker on the back of your parking pass and don't lose it. What I love about the decor is that there are quotes from Benjamin Franklin everywhere. Our room was on the twelfth floor. Not much of a view but I like being on the top floor. Anyway let's get down to business. When we walked in the room it looked just like the website ( no false advertisement here). Very clean, and smelled amazing. It had a full kitchen, a mini dining area, Full length mirror, one coat closet and the other was a walk in closets. The reasons why I'm taking a star away is because our bathroom door was unable to close not that it mattered to me anyway. It's was just my husband and I in a room. There is also no ventilation system going on in the bathroom at all, and the water pressure from the sink was just ridiculously low. However, the shower water pressure was great. My last complaint is that behind the night stand there was trash. It looked like house keeping never got around to picking up someone else trash before we checked in. But nothing cra This hotel is located in a good place walking distance to everything. Some of the places we took UBER because of the down poor of rain. Oh I almost forgot they have complimentary umbrellas they keep by the door that you can borrow. How amazing is that. There are two restaurants that are attached to the hotel. A pub which serves pretty good food and they also deliver right up to your room and an Asian restaurant ( we didn't eat there ). The checkout process was just to easy. They send you an email early that morning and you just hit check out type in you room number and your receipt is emailed to you within seconds. Bottom line is that I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.

Yelp
I generally only feel compelled to review places that are exceptional or exceptionally bad. The fact that my experience here belongs in the exceptionally bad category is one reason why I write this, and the other is out of shear disappointment at the people who positively reviewed this property and made me feel comfortable selecting it. Below are my reasons for the poor rating and for my unequivocal suggestion to you the reader, to look elsewhere. 1. Our room smelled so badly of of past cigarette smoke we had to wash unworn clothes when we got home. 2. The floor throughout the entire suite was stained in more places than I felt like cataloging for this review - and covered with debris I had to pick up so my my infant daughter wouldn't put in her mouth. Attached is a picture of a sanitizing wipe (thank god I had a mega pack with us) after one swipe across the bathroom floor - similar outcome in the kitchen. This is not an exaggeration or doctored picture, the floor was really that disgusting. *Pro Tip - Should you stay here and bring a child, make sure to bring a playpen or something else to cover the floor - we used a half dozen towels. 3. The sheets on our bed looked and smell like when you neglect to move the load from washer to the dryer (but for a week). Attached is a picture of the fitted sheet with what looked to be mascara and mold spots. 4. Pictured is the view from the pool area up at the enormous building that completely blots out the sun beginning at around 11:45 am in September. The water was literally around 60 degrees, and coupled with no sun and high wind, rendered what could have been a sole pleasantry to this god awful stay miserable. *Pro Tip - Be vigilant, as there is an employee stationed on the deck to let you know you cannot use children's floaties, but not much else. My wife literally saved a member of a completely unmasked, six-person party's child from drowning in the pool, while the staff member "working" the pool was texting on his phone, and offered the child water post-incident. 5. The balcony is stark, unfurnished and disgustingly dirty (picture a low income, soviet-era flat dweller's balcony and you'll have an approximation of what you can expect to soak in the noise and confusion of the streets below you on). 6. There are completely exposed coaxial cables running between rooms, which are used to deliver a television experience that will whisk you back to early 90s residential cable feed (channels numbers that have hyphens in them and a guide channel with scrolling TV channel schedules). If you've actually read this far, please believe me - I want to see the best in places, and truly only complain when something is truly awful, and this place is beyond bad. Do yourself and your family a huge favor by looking elsewhere. This place should be ASHAMED to charge what they do ($850 for two nights in my case). This property is nothing short of a clip joint in my opinion and I'll be reviewing it everywhere I can so others don't have to experience this.

Yelp
My wife and I decided to stay here after our wedding for about 5 days. It was convenient and within walking distance to almost everywhere we wanted to visit. For the price, this place isn't worth it, the rooms are small, the beds are like rocks, it smells of marijuana everywhere, the cleaning staff are noisy and slam doors while you're trying to relax, the silverware was rusted, the kitchen chairs were broken and the list goes on and on. If you're going to spend almost 2k go somewhere else.

Yelp
I'm staying here right now and the room was not vacuumed. TV does not work. Dirt and dust behind bathroom door (don't have picture). Moldy shower curtain. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic. We are trying to support the hospitality business by staying at hotels rather than AirBNB but customers expectation of clean and sanitized rooms are basic. Only 2 sets of towels for a room with double queen. We requested additional sets before dinner and they have not arrived. Thank goodness we brought sanitary wipes.

Yelp
The outside looks dark, dirty and dreary however the inside was clean and slightly more upscale. Staff was friendly and check in process while confusing due to multiple emails about having the room key on my phone (this isn't true, they give you a normal room key) was quick. The AC was working well and the room stayed cool. Their vending machine was broken at the time so couldn't get a quick water. We had a balcony but didn't use it much as looking closer at it edges were starting to break away and I don't trust the sturdiness due to that. They deff need to make some updates to the outside and add more vending in case someone would like a quick water.

Yelp
Had a bad experience while attempting to check in at this hotel. My wife and I arrived at the hotel for check in at 4. While checking in, we were told that our booking was somehow cancelled. Which seemed strange since our Expedia itinerary was not cancelled, which we proved by showing the front desk staff on my phone. The person at the front desk could not explain why the hotel was cancelled on their end but still a confirmed booking online. She continued to blame Expedia, then blamed me for not booking directly with them. I was getting frustrated and asked to speak with a manager to which she responded that it doesn't matter who I talk to, and that a cancellation is a cancellation. I had to stop her talking over me several times while requesting to speak to her manager, since it was clear she was not interested in offering a solution outside of me booking a new room at a higher rate. When she finally relented, rather than calling the manager over, she forced us to move all of our stuff to a different check in desk to speak with him. She finally, rudely relented and we were forced to move our to The Manager also suggested that there was nothing they could do, but also refused to explain how the booking was cancelled, and still offered no solution to help us get checked in. The front desk staff was unreasonably abrasive and rude and did not seem interested in finding a solution to the booking they cancelled or saving a sale. They then proceeded to try to escort us out of the lobby when we sat down to attempt to coordinate a new booking. We noticed that The bell-staff were extremely helpful, and very strict on COVID precautions with guests entering the building, which is always nice. Of course, we noticed this as we sat in the lobby for a hour on the phone with Expedia while attempting to secure a new hotel. Luckily, Expedia came through with a much better hotel. TLDR: Do better guys cmon. Practice better empathy and attempt to resolve customer issues rather than blame a traveler for something outside of their control.

Yelp
From maintenance to management, this hotel was wonderful! I was here for a three day work event. We didn't stay at the hotel but used several conference rooms. The conference rooms were clean and stocked with water, mints, and paper/pens. The staff here is warm and welcoming. We were greeted each morning and wished a good night as we left each evening.Any issues were resolved quickly. Steve on the maintenance staff checked our conference rooms throughout the day to make sure we had enough supplies. Zarita at the front desk is such a personable woman! Always pleasant!! She was kind enough to get me a cup of hot water for tea. There is a wine and cheese reception Monday-Thursday 5-6 pm. Red and white wine as well as a variety of cheeses with nuts and dried fruit are available. In the morning there is hot coffee and fruit water all day. While I didn't stay here, several clients did. They all liked the rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is in an excellent location near the parkway museums, city hall and Rittenhouse Square. I would highly recommend for meetings, conferences as well as staying here

Yelp
This place is a dump !!!! It should be closed ! No air conditioning?!?!? The room smells disgusting, like what ever someone was cooking in here has completely permeated everything in the room. I can't get the smell out of my clothing, the bed is crap and the room wasn't clean. Someone else's hairs all over the place. Customer service was trash. Stay away

Yelp
So I was overall underwhelmed with this hotel. Maybe it's partially because I expected better from the pictures from the website (the real place doesn't look as nice as the pictures), and maybe it's partially because I'm now used to 5 star hotels. But this place did seem subpar for a 4 star hotel. First of all, the check in time was 3 pm, which was in my opinion really late. And the checkout time was 11 am, and they were unwilling to accommodate and allow for a later checkout time. The hotel room looked like it used to be an apartment. There was a kitchen, and the closet was a walk in closet (which was the only part that I really liked). The rest of the place was pretty standard. Lastly, I did ask for more toothpaste, as I had just ran out of toothpaste - and despite being told that they would send someone right away, I never got my toothpaste. However the front desk did provide me one later after I asked.

Yelp
We had a nice stay at the Windsor Suites on a recent trip to Philadelphia. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly. Location was great, a short walk from Love Park, various museums, and other Center City attractions. Our room had a good layout and was a nice size for the most part. There was a large walk-in closet big enough for a stroller, a kitchen equipped with pretty much anything you could need, and a sitting area that was a perfect separate space for setting up baby's portable crib. The only things we didn't really like about our room were that the bathroom was a bit cramped with no counter space and low water pressure in the shower, and the bed was way too soft for me. But those were things you could live with and/or personal preference, so we would still recommend staying here if you're looking for an all-suites hotel.

Yelp
O M G!!! What a gorgeous hotel!!! Where do I begin? I'm ready to move in! First, this place is fancy, modern and chic! The lobby is airy and Cozy. Staff greets you with a warm smile. On Tuesday evenings they offer appetizers in the lobby: thin crust pizza, veggies, hummus, pita chips - YUM! The first time hubby and I stayed here we were in a suite: HUGE bedroom had a king size bed and a walk-in-closet, bathroom, living room, kitchen and a walk in closet in the the hallway. It was room #1207. If you get that room, you won't want to leave! I love the scent of the toiletries they provide! Mmmmm! There's an Irish pub - CON MURPHY'S - attached to the lobby. You can have room service delivered (with a $3 charge), or dine at the pub. It's also open to the public. I've had breakfast and lunch there and definitely recommend it. They do provide outdoor seating weather permitting. There's also an Asian restaurant at the hotel and is open to the public, as well. I haven't dined there yet. Some of the floors in the hotel are apartment rentals. People are residents there. I wouldn't mind living here!

Yelp
Bri was exceptional, and went above and beyond to accommodate me during my stay! I give her 5/5 stars. Stayed 5 nights and the security was very rude. With a keycard in hand, the guard asked if I was staying in the building( which I did not mind, that is his job.) I replied yes, and this is where things went sour. It was pretty obvious he profiled me, pointed out to me by a friend. And told me I was not going to the 24th floor, and I responded that I was. Then asked how would he know if he never asked my room number. He quickly retracted his statement and apologized for "how it sounded". Also, dishes in washer were all dirty and no liquid around for me to wash loads, and saw a huge mouse in my room on the last night of my stay.

Yelp
We booked a one bedroom suite with 2 beds and a pull out sofa. The hotel is on a caddy corner on a busy street. It is not ideal to unloading a vehicle (as we Ubered to the hotel); parking in the garage attached to the hotel is $45 a night. The bellman was nice and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. They do add an additional $250 deposit when you check in (which would of been nice to know especially since I called the hotel twice before arriving). The room was musty when we arrived so we opened windows. Due to the change of weather the room was warm and the AC did not work well (having the windows open was helpful). I loved the room, spacious living room, full kitchen and the balcony; the bathroom is small and the water pressure is low. The kitchen had a coffee pot, stove, microwave, refrigerator, can opener, utensils, cups, pots and plates. They provide small toiletries but were responsive when we needed extra bedding, towels an toilet paper. There are two restaurants attached to the hotel (Asian and American type food); ordering from Ubereats and Door Dash were also helpful. There is a pool but it is seasonal, the gym requires a reservation and there is a fire pit on the roof (but the space is small). My biggest issue with the hotel would have to be cleanliness especially with the world being in a pandemic. There were definitely areas that we had to disinfect with wipes and spray before touching such as the refrigerator, dining room table and bathroom. The linens also had lint and markings as if they were not washed well. Overall the suite was accommodating, staff were nice and it was good for a quiet girls weekend.

Yelp
Really nice hotel!! Breakfast was really good, i think the only issue that i had was the men who does the valet are a little aggressive, and not attentive. When walking up they're talking with each other. Not paying any attention to people whom want to get there vehicles until you say something to them. But once they get your car their looking for a tip. $45 a night for parking is a bit expensive and if your staying for a certain amount of days you shouldn't be expecting a tip. The rooms were clean, quiet, and very well kept up. Furniture, appliances, and bathroom was a little outdated. Carpet was old, but again hotel was very nice. Housekeeping didn't clean my room after 2nd night stay. Had to call front desk about it, 2 hours later had to go to front desk and ask was someone coming to clean? And instead of getting fresh linen they used the same linen from previous nights. If you pay as much money to stay in this hotel, then we expect quality, clean service

Yelp
Very comfortable atmosphere with the most friendly and catering staff at the front desk. Dacia checked us in and helped us settling in our room without a hiccup. We had a change of room and the process was very pleasant. The facility is a little dated but amenities were just fine and right

Yelp
Oh my gosh, I wish I could have stayed longer because this hotel is definitely a better home away from home...They had everything you could imagine and everything you would need for a stay there. From the dishes to the utensils, glassware and mugs, pots and pans. Plus they offer to stick the fridge for you before your stay (Not sure how that process goes but how convenient is that). The stove we had was gas, that's the only thing I didn't really care for. I'd prefer electric but either way the fact that it had a full stove speaks volumes. The room had 3 huge walk in closets, I guess for the people that lease some of the rooms they'd like that but I would have liked an additional bathroom. The shower was the best shower I've been in at any hotel ever honestly, unlike other hotels the water pressure was spot on and not weak which is definitely a plus in my book. They have 2 restaurants on each side of the property (the Irish pub is amazing)!! I didn't try the other one so no points off. My next visit I'll be sure to try it. Overall you most definitely get your money's worth. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Philly, I'm not sure if it's to sight see or just to stay in this hotel again ha.

Yelp
The rooms are very spacious and clean. The check in process was very quick, and the hostess accommodated our request for a room with a view with no problems. There is a full kitchen with a refrigerator and stovetop and a dushwasher.. Complete with most utensils and they even provided dish detergent and dish washing liquid. The hotel is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and events. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel. I had an enjoyable peaceful stay.
