Nice place with wine, vermouth mixed drinks, and many food options. TR he bread tapenade was very good. The wizard wine is good as well.

Ate here for the first time in over six months. If anything it was even better than I remember. To embellish the experience we were entertained by the one and only Marcus Dagan singing and on keys. Welcome back Marcus!!

I visited The Wine Collective for a small group wine tasting. There were about three parties or groups in the wine tasting. The wine tasting and tour is part of being a wine club member. It lasts about 45 minutes. The owner explained about the grapes and the thought process of what he was trying to make. In addition, he talked about the science behind why things happen a certain way and behind wine making in general. He is extremely knowledgeable and went as far as explaining how the weather affects certain grapes. We were even able to sample some of the unfinished wines just to get an idea and comparision. We tasted 5 or 6 wines during the tasting then stayed to order food and more wine. After the tasting, we got tapas for dinner. I loved the bread that they had. It was charred and had a smoky flavor, with butter and salt on it. We also got the eggplant and the smoked fish dip. The dishes were all incredibly delicious and went well with the wine we ordered. The setting is similar to a brewery where you see all the vats. It is a big and open space. There was a good amount of seating and parking available. We sat at the bar for our food and drinks and the service was awesome. The wines were different from ones I have had before as they came from different grapes. The bartender said the grapes are all grown within 150 miles of the winery. There was even a hazy wine and it had a hazy color to it. I loved my first visit here and can't wait to go back! This place is perfect for a night out with friends or for a date night!

Highly recommend as an event location. The space is really cool and the event coordinator Kat is fabulous to work with. We used the Tank Cellar (the back half of the venue) for a private party of 60 and it was perfect - exceeded my expectations at every turn. They allowed us to bring in a caterer to provide a main course and dessert (you could use their menu for this but we wanted other selections), and then selected wines snd appetizers from the Wine Collective’s menu to meet the minimum we needed to rent the space for an event. We were able to decorate and have a dedicated side of the bar for our guests. The event space, food, wine, and service were absolutely excellent! And our guests had room to eat, mix, and mingle and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Google
Everything was impeccable!! I expected the wine OR the food to be the star of the show, but was extremely and pleasantly surprised when I couldn't choose. That being said, I can't remember the last time I chose 3 wines at random and all were 10/10. Seriously the best wine experience I've had in a very long time. I can't comment on the craft vermouth because I couldn't stop enjoying the wine.... but very much looking forward to trying it on my next visit(that is if I can avoid trying more wine..haha)! I'd be remiss if I didn't also mention the wonderful and friendly service. Everyone that worked there was so kind and informative, which is exactly what you want to complete a new and exciting experience. The environment is cozy, too! Thank you so much for a perfect evening. So impressed!!!!

This place has delicious wine and food! We did a guided tasting and our server John went above and beyond he was perfect. The place is beautiful and we can't wait to come back. It has gf and vegan options which was really fantastic.

Quality Vermouth and Red wines. The Peregrine is fantastic! The aesthetic and vibe is also perfect. Emily and the others are so friendly and welcoming. The tapas are also quality and delicious. Give this place a try and you will love it!

Google
I had a small, private wedding ceremony and cocktail hour here and I can't recommend enough!! Kat was so incredible to work with during the planning process, and was so open to any ideas we had for our event. The service during the event was wonderful, and our guests loved the moody vibe of the restaurant. I would highly recommend this place for any event - it was so easy and stress free thanks to Kat and the staff at the Wine Collective!!

Yelp
What a treat to get taken out to my favorite place for my birthday. We had a reservation for 4 of us and what a night of indulgence! Three tasting flights, 1 cocktail, 1 glass of wine, two entrees, one charcuterie board, and two appetizers later.....$240 outing. Worth. Every. Penny. I always order the Smoked Fish Dip when I'm here. You really can't get this delicacy anywhere else. It's smooth and salty. Yummers. The boards can add up depending on what you're craving. Gratuity was included for a party of four - 20%. Alcohol tax also added almost $10. This place is special and unique - plan on spending some money. The wines/drinks are excellent and the tapas they offer are delicious. For my flight I enjoyed the 2021 Petinay, 2020 Vivandiere, Vermu Rose and Vermu Sweet. I absolutely love the Vermu Rose. Amazing. The best part of this place is the ambiance. It's in a warehouse, but when you enter it's like you've stepped into a dark and intimate setting with fairy lights and wonderful scents.

Yelp
I'd visited The Wine Collective before, however it was for a Yelp Elite event. The second visit, 9/8, was for a cooking class. Interestingly enough, both situations were held in the same back space of The Wine Collective - it is a cool spot for small gatherings. That said, due to eating what I cooked during class, I didn't sample any of The Wine Collective's food. I did peruse their menu, however, and want to go back and eat a meal there. I'm not much of a wine nor cocktail drinker, but I was delighted to find The Wine Collective has an assortment of NA drinks, all at $5!!! Such a reasonable price! Other places expect you to pay the same amount as if alcohol is in the drink! So I went with the Mellow Fellow NA drink - it wasn't the taste I was going for, but that was OK because it was only $5! The vibe in there is dark and rustic, prolly great for dates. The staff there was super friendly. Will return.

Yelp
I think The Wine Collective was the first spot that had tinned fish in the city. I first came here in 2021. I went recently for some wine on a gorgeous day and then went back for a pilates and wine event. There's a private event space for dining and for a workout in the back (I will say the floor is a bit too cold for a class but a fun outing nonetheless). The staff is always so nice and they bring you a bottle of water so you can stay hydrated. The wine is unique - they make all their wines, and some are better than others, but what's special is the vermouth. They do good vermouth spritzes and their offerings of wine is never more than $50 a bottle making it a very affordable place for local wines. Such a fun spot in the Union Mill market area. It's at the furthest end and parking can be challenging, which always blows my mind.

Yelp
Excellent hidden gem in Union Collective! I've been to the Wine Collective several times now and each visit has been truly lovely. They are located at the end of the Union Collective, near Movement gym. The space is huge -- there are a few comfy chairs spread throughout for casual lounging, bar seating, tables for formal dining, and then a few private spaces that can be reserved for gatherings. The place has a very cozy and inviting atmosphere. The wines are delicious and the flight is an excellent deal so I highly recommend you try that at your first visit! The menu also has a nice selection of food which surpassed my expectations. All the apps are noteworthy! I'm also very impressed by how friendly and helpful the bartenders and everyone else working behind the scenes are -- last week our group included a toddler and he was invited to "help" in the back by the wine barrels!

Yelp
I had a great experience at this local winery recently. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the sophisticated ambiance that enveloped the entire place. The tastefully designed interior, with its warm lighting and elegant decor, created an atmosphere that was both inviting and refined. They had a great selection from crisp whites to bold reds. The knowledgeable staff guided us through each pour, sharing insights and recommendations that enhanced my experience. The small plates were truly exceptional. The menu was thoughtfully curated, with a variety of delectable dishes that perfectly complemented the wines. From artisanal cheeses to charcuterie boards, it was a good selection. The attention to detail and the quality of ingredients used were evident in every dish. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and well-cared for. Whether you're a wine connoisseur or a casual enthusiast, this place has something for everyone. I highly recommend visiting this local winery if you're in search of a place that combines outstanding wines, delectable small plates, and a sophisticated ambiance. It's an oasis in the city. Parking is a breeze and the location was easy to find. Loved it!

Yelp
Ah, another visit to The Wine Collective. I came here with one of my friends from DC after she specifically requested their charcuterie board with the candied salmon. Seriously, it never gets old. To my delight, I was told that they have gluten free crackers! They were kind enough to give my friend plenty of bread and me a generous bowl of the gluten free crackers. I had no trouble eating the cheese and meats on their own before because it's just that good but now that I know they have a gluten free option, it's a real gamechanger. I also tried the caesar salad (sans croutons) and the octopus (requested they blowtorch it for me for an extra crisp). We both loved everything! The garlic sauce with the octopus has really grown on me since the last time I tried it. The staff is always so incredibly friendly and ready to find you something you'll love. I mentioned that I love spritzes but when I tried theirs, I thought it was too sweet. One of the staff members suggested I try it with their dry vermouth instead and it was absolutely perfect. They even remembered that I prefer the dry vermouth during my next visit. Gotta love that. Thank you to the staff - John, Felipe, and many more - for always making me feel at home!

Yelp
I honestly hate to leave this spot a bad review. My best friend and I have been coming here since the day it opened. From when the owner worked behind the bar and would serve us cheesecake he brought from his family for us to have for dessert. Since then, we have had great times here with lots of great bartenders. Today, it has been horrible. Two female bartenders who acted like we were a complete nuisance simply by our presence. Slow and nonexistent service where the bartenders paid 0 attention to us. Glasses remained empty to the point where I had to chase a sour faced looking bartender down as she angrily cleared tables at 8PM as if the place was closing. Once I chased her down for a refill she rolled her eyes and then came by and asked us "what we wanted." We asked for refills and she begrudgingly did so. Finally we just asked for the check and I am sitting here writing this for the past 10 minutes as she has gone missing and won't pick up our cards to pay the tab. It's unfortunate that tip seems to already be included (which she has not mentioned to us at all)--because I would not be able to give her a tip in good conscience given this terrible service.

Yelp
Came here for a yoga and wine event and it was awesome. I previously learned of the wine collective during a Yelp event and couldn't wait to return. I love that it's a collective. Everyone was very nice I didn't have the opportunity to eat but I plan on trying the charcuterie later. The whole place is a vibe . A must visit.

Yelp
Great food, and awesome music with the Jack Gussio Trio on Tuesdays! The Charcuterie boards are really good with lots of options, kinda build your own.

Yelp
My friends and I paid a visit to The Wine Collective to catch up after work. We went on Wednesday and there was live music which made the vibes even better. We ordered a bottle of wine (15% off wine bottles) to share, as well as charcuterie, smoked fish dip, and the smoked salmon melt. The Smoked Salmon melt wasn't really a melt in my opinion. It wasn't warm and there also wasn't any cheese as described on the menu. The bread was soft and buttery. The amount of mayo was a bit overwhelming, but overall the sandwich was solid. The smoked fish dip was good and the charcuterie was perfect (we ended up ordering another). The service was great. Everyone was attentive and welcoming. I'll for sure be back. I'd say 3.5 stars!

Yelp
Updating my review to add even more about how amazing the staff here is. We spoke with John at length about wine preferences and the science behind it all. We were so blown away by his kindness and how he gave his time so freely to take care of us, educate us, and chat. Emily, as always was so sweet--we will miss seeing her there but so glad we caught her on her last day! Best of luck in your new role, Emily!

Yelp
The ambiance is amazing. It was casual but romantic. I had a wine flight and chose some very delicious wines. The staff know the wines very well and they let you try them before choosing them. Only thing is, don't go hungry. The small plates were perfect for appetizer type appetite. Loved the lighting and set up. Will definitely go back.

Yelp
Came in 02/2022 for an impromptu date night, celebrated my birthday in the barrel room 03/2022, another date night in between. Visited tonight 02/2023... please change the food selection. A little more variety would be greatly appreciated esp if the wine selection has not changed . The Wizard is on its 2nd batch from what we were told, the Syrah was removed for a Chardonnay varietal? Still delicious. Not a big fan of soft cheeses so manchego is the only option. Charcuterie will be charcuterie. I do appreciate the cured/tinned fish options. The octopus has changed over time, portions are smaller, I think the price went up, purée underneath (old serving pictured) Today I ordered the Caesar, doused in a heavy mayo based dressing. Less salt maybe? I love what wine collective is doing, I just need more.

Yelp
I was here for a private event, but experienced the full range of drinks available. I must say, their Rose Vermouth with Spritzer is a drink that I could get used to very easily.... It was DELICIOUS. It is locally grown also. The matriarch I spoke to said they have vineyards on the Eastern Shore and in Pennsylvania They offered many small appetizers that were OK, but I'm not even sure if that was catered for the private event, or on a regular menu The location is fantastic. I personally prefer former industrial properties, and they have renovated this particular space very well. I'm planning to stop in during normal hours sometime....

Yelp
Food is amazing the best charcuterie's in DMV the service is excellent and the ambience is great! I love to come here with my husband and sit at the corner table with the orange chairs.

Yelp
This place ..... I'll call it an EXPERIENCE. You definitely need to experience The Wine Collective. The ambience , the service , the food is an experience. The lighting set the tone . I like the decor. I'm a texture person . So I like the different textures of wood , metals , and leather . The service was good as well . Now back to my experience. They have board games to play . The wine was different , my favorite was the Vermu Sweet . It's heavy but the after taste reminds me of raspberry dark chocolate and salty cashews . I could on and on about this place but I think what made my experience the best was the person I shared the experience with .

Yelp
This is one of our favorite spots for a spontaneous date night! Their wines are all good, and their food also hits the spot! Love the seafood heavy menu :) staff is friendly, space is super cool, you are sitting in the winery with all these tanks and barrels around. I also love how the seating is a mix of tables and couches. I think wine collective is seriously underrated, it's a very cool spot.

Yelp
I couldn't quite visualize where this was located so I definitely made a reservation for a girl's outing to the winery. The winery has a space in a commercial/industrial appearing building which means it shares a parking lot. I'm sure timing is everything with the parking and we found spaces mid-afternoon on a Sat. However, when we left there were hardly any spaces left. Since it wasn't full when we got there, we chose to sit at the bar. This was a bonus because it was cold in that huge room and there were some heaters near the bar. We were still cold but they helped a little. We each got a flight, which came with nice pours, and we shared an assorted board of treats. Of my 4 wine choices, surprisingly, the medium bodied red (Viognier) was my favorite. Full bodied is usually my go-to but it lost this time. We all agreed the board was delicious. Definitely recommend the smoked salmon and valdeón cheese. Definitely going back. It's cute and perfect for a date or group outing. It'll stay on my list indefinitely.

Yelp
Found this place online and decided to check it out. Got the torched aioliva (olives) and smoked salmon board. (You order by walking to the bar and they will bring it to you) The olives were ok, but I probably wouldn't order them again. You can really taste that "torched" part and I wasn't that ecstatic about it. The salmon board was interesting. Had pretty big slices of salmon and torched/buttered bread. I honestly hated the taste of the bread and the salmon didn't really seem like it was smoked. Now I don't mind raw salmon, but didn't want to just eat the salmon that way so I ordered a Caesar salad to mix it with. While I'm on the Caesar salad, it's good to mention it didn't come cut up. It was like 5 whole Romain lettuce leafs. Don't get me wrong, it was amazing, but you'll have to cut it all up yourself. (Unless you are ok with biting into a big leaf. Glasses of wine were the best part (of course, it's the wine collective) There was live music which was great and the staff was really friendly.

Yelp
In my opinion this is a hidden gem . This setting was very casual and comfy. The service was great. The bartenders were able to explain the different wines. Although the food reminds me of a tapas restaurant, what I had was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to go back. This place is super cute for a date night.

Yelp
There's just something about The Wine Collective that I love. The staff are really sweet, the live music that was playing when I went reminded me of a South American cafe, and they have this warehouse vibe that's really cool (I also really like the green walls). The wine is great of course, and the food is surprisingly good! Even if you're not into wine I recommend going to try the food. We got one of the "tins" that I swear was scallops but I don't see it on the menu anymore so it's possible that it wasn't that... whatever it was though was good! Also got the tomato and anchovy toast, which was my first time eating anchovies and it was good too!! So unique, I loved it!

Yelp
This is one of my favorite wine bars on the planet. Located in union station, The Wine Collective is a cozy and roomy spot with cheese plates, light fare, and delicious wine! They have a wine flight that I always order - I want to say it's 4 glasses for around 20 dollars. There isn't a wine here that I haven't liked. The staff are fantastic, especially John and Nicole! I always try and make my friends come here for happy hour, a second date, or a way to end the night early. Definitely check out this spot if you haven't - I feel like it's a secret and the world should know more about it!

Yelp
I love the wine collective!! I've been here a few times, and this is definitely one of my go-to spots for taking friends when they visit. It's located within the Union collective, which has a bunch of other really fun places like Union Craft Brewery, a climbing gym, an ice cream shop, and more! It's easy to find and the parking lot is pretty large. As far as wines go, I'm not sure I have the most sophisticated palette to be able to tell a good wine from a great wine, but all I know is I've enjoyed all the wines I've tried and the staff are helpful when trying to decide. As far as food goes, anytime I visit I always get a charcuterie board. They have a variety of choices of cheeses (they have a really good goat cheese if you like goat cheese, if not don't get the goat cheese lol), fish (the candied salmon is my fave), and meats (I recommend the jamon serrano). Everything I've tried is very tasty, and the fig jam that comes with is outstanding. Finally, it's just a really cool atmosphere. I love the decor and how you can see some of the wine barrels they're working with. Great vibes overall.

Yelp
I didn't research before going to this place and it was a really wonderful visit. The wines are very drinkable and tend to be light bodied. They make their wines and vermouth in house! I have an allergy to red wine so I felt like I had plenty to choose from (which is usually not the case since the fun tasty wines seem to be the reds) and they were all delicious - our group of 3 all ordered flights so we could try most of the menu and everyone really enjoyed their wines - so much so that we all bought bottles to bring home!! We also tried their vermouth cocktails which were fantastic - a little sweet, but perfect. If you decide to visit, the charcuterie is a must order!! The breads have a kiss of fire taste and the amount of cheese and meats were awesome!!

Yelp
Visited here while in Maryland first off there are so many things to do,visit and see just mins from the harbor so def try and venture out but anyhow I found this place because of the wine lover that I am. It's seems to be a bunch of different places together in this one area but I was just going for The Wine Collective. It was a very nice place. Pretty much a winery inside. They have a small outside area. We sat inside. I ordered the flight which is a choice of 4 different wines they were all very good. We didn't eat there because we had just come from eating however my boyfriend ordered the octopus appetizer which he wasn't fond of. Overall a good experience. A perfect day date or a visit with girlfriends for some wine and chill. The food Menu is small bites I just wish they had more of a selection but the wine definitely good

Yelp
What an amazing find inside Union collective. My girlfriend wanted some wine instead of beer and we loved this place. There was even a small orchestra playing inside, it was so cute! She got a glass of the 2019 Peregrine and it was phenomenal. We typically get Cabernet Sav. Thank you!

Yelp
Came here to celebrate a friends birthday and had a wonderful time. it was about 15 of us and we had plenty of space to sit together. We went on a Sunday around 1:00PM. The staff already had our tables in place. Our waitress did a wonderful job keeping up with all of or orders and bringing them out in a timely fashion. With our big party, I never felt neglected. For my first drink, I had the BURNT FLAMINGO which was vermú vermouth, burnt sugar, amarena cherry, and a lemon twist. It was delicious. After that, i decided to stick with wine...cause why not? We ordered 2 bottles of the Isodora rose. I really light semi-sweet wines but this was good enough. Not really sweet at all but still yummy. For food, I ordered the SMOKED SALMON MELT which was alaskan smoked coho salmon, kewpie mayo, melted manchego, pickled onions, ají amarillo, greens, on brioche. It was sooooooo good. Beware of the roof of the mouth cutting bread lol but seriously was worth it. The vibes were nice. Good wine drinking music, calming atmosphere. It was great. This place is easy to miss but well worth the visit.

Yelp
Got to check out The Wine Collective last weekend! You definitely get the "Wow" effect as soon as you walk in. Cool mood lighting, wine barrels, and wine silos everywhere! COVID wise, everything was super safe. Staff took temps at door and they asked guests to put masks on when staff was at the table. All the wines are made in the restaurant which is fun. The waitress told us that the grapes are sourced within an 80 mile radius, so everything is local! Our group decided to start with vermouth cocktails then switch over to wine for dinner. The cocktails were really good and fun! We ordered a bunch of things to share-- They have little "toasts" (they call them something different that I am blanking right now), but we got the shredded duck with chimichurri and a fig/honey one. Both super good! We also got some charcuterie and cheese to share. Their boards are beautiful! I will definitely be back! I know my fiance would love their selection of tinned fish (sounds strange, but apparently they have really upscale tinned fish served w/ toasts!), so I want to bring him back.

The drinks, service and atmosphere was amazing. We hosted a girls day there and we loved every bit of it. If great for big and small groups. Would go again!

Yelp
A nice little spot if you enjoy wine. I came down to the union collective to go to Union craft brewery but there was a long wait to get in so I chose to explore the collective. When I arrived there was no wait and I took a seat at the bar. Their menu is very limited but they do have a good selection of wine. A lot of the food selections are potted seafood or canned seafood. Not really my cup of tea I did order a couple glasses of wine and I enjoyed them. I also ordered shredded duck with chimichurri sauce on toast. It came out pretty good as an appetizer but not a lot to eat. So I was still hungry after partaking. The bar tender was friendly and willing to explain their different varieties of wine they had. He was also kind enough to offer a novice like myself some samples until I could decide what I wanted. A good place to come if you want to learn more about wine.

Yelp
Wine collective is one of my favorite spots! The service is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and helpful with what to order. The atmosphere is amazing and a great place for a date, fun girls night or us their privates spaces for a event or birthday! They have happy hour every Wednesday which is a must try. The wine collective has done something right and will always keep me coming back for more!

Yelp
TWC almost gets it right. Nice boards . . Flavorful and filling. The wine isn't amazing but also not bad. My main issue is the lack of service. The staff was nice enough but guests are expected to walk up to the bar to place their orders even if they are seated in the dining room. This sets the tone for less than expected service where the restaurant is passing the work of their staff on to their diners. The prices don't compensate for this share of the work that you're expected to do. If I'm dining out I expect a standard service experience. For this reason I probably may wouldn't come back but if you don't mind doing some work this may work for you.

Yelp
Hey Yelp? How come Wine collective has 2 Yelp listings with the same address? I found this confusing months ago and reported it at that time, but I guess it was never fixed aaaaaaannndddd remains confusing, LOL. Once again, I'm slacking on my photo taking and allowing myself to thoroughly enjoy great experiences and great company, these days. The wine collective was the meetup location with my gf and was a first visit for us both. We loved the atmosphere and ambiance and were delighted to be seated right near the live musicians on a Fall, Thursday evening. We shared feeling like this would be an amazing setting for a bridal shower or networking event and loved being adequately social distanced. The staff was also very friendly, warm, and attentive making great recommendations and even letting us take our time despite the kitchen closing soon after we arrived. We truly never felt rushed even though we literally shut the place down, LOL. Give yourself time to find this place when you visit, as the gps was a little misleading and the building is off the beaten path. On to the good stuff.... Wine, wine, and mooore wine, LOL. I tasted 2 wines from the tap and 2 others that were offered as a flight and Yelp lovelies, please forgive my memory.... It's been a busy week, month, year, etc, but despite not remembering the names, I loved all 4 and would return to try others. It's important to note, that while I'm not a fan of sweet wines, for those of you that are.... The wine collective doesn't cary sweet wines. They do offer cocktails, though and my gf said she enjoyed hers. We created our own boards and I didn't expect to love the smoked trout, but it was tasty. I also opted for and loooooovvveed my candied salmon. There was a nice selection of cheeses, too. I'm looking forward to getting back for a date night at wine collective and will maybe add the next review to their other page since there are two listings for this location as a heads up for you to see ALL the pictures and reviews available for them.

Yelp
Relaxed environment! Food and beer good. Have several areas inside and out to hangout!

Yelp
Wine collective has such a cool vibe. I usually get a charcuterie board and a wine flight between who I'm with and then order a bottle of the wine we liked best from the flight. This place is great for a romantic date night, but also for groups because they have lounge area with comfortable couches and chairs to hangout and drink wine!

Yelp
I came here to sit at the bar and enjoy sampling some wine. The bartenders were super friendly and knowledgeable and I loved being able to get a flight and sample a variety of wines. This place also specializes in vermouth cocktails, which sets it apart.

Yelp
As lover of reviews, I'm always looking for a place that has the 5-star vibes + the food/drinks. The Wine Collective should absolutely be on your list to visit! Not only is the furniture beautifully spaced out, but they have a private room where you could host special tastings or events. I brought my little sister here for a sip and chat, and the wine was delicious! Pro-Tip: If you're not going solo, you should absolutely split the entire wine flight together and get a charcuterie board!

Yelp
We went to celebrate a couple of our friend's birthdays and the staff was so kind in accommodating our large group with rearranging the seating! We got multiple charcuterie boards all of which were amazing. The toasted bread served with it is a standout, very smoky flavor. The angry chips were a huge hit as well. The cocktails and wines were all great and the bartenders were very knowledgable and helpful with ordering!

Yelp
This place is so cute! The service was wonderful and we were lucky enough to be there right when their Sunday supply of fresh oysters came in. We had wine flights and amazing oysters. We also purchased several of the canned and smoked fish items to cook with at home. I can't wait to return on my next trip to Baltimore.

Yelp
Wow! This winery was above and beyond our expectations. Located in a shared industrial building this place combines knowledge of wine, amazing small plates and unique charcuterie plates for an above and beyond experience. Pro tip: get the bottles of wine to share! Our server and staff were all exceptional and made our experience at Wine Collective one to remember.

Yelp
Ah the wine collective is SO good! From the wines to the charcuterie boards to the staff, it was a great experience. I love that they have flights especially when I can't decide if I want red or white. And the charcuterie boards were customizable so if wanted more cheese or more meat, we could do that. Plus they were so freaking tasty! I just wanted them to be a bit bigger since two of us were sharing. It's also on the pricier side but it was a fun treat!

Yelp
I don't want to be too harsh here. My friend and I ended up at the wine collective after intending to go to union taproom... First let me say, the service was great. Our server was friendly, food came in a reasonable time, the atmosphere was good. That said, where it fell short was on the food and drink. We started with the "Angry Chips" and I guess maybe my problems was that I was expecting too much. What we received was a small plate covered in a layer of plain potato chips (think plain, kettle-cooked chips) covered in a layer of aoli and semi-hot sauce (like 50/50 ketchup siracha)... I mean, I don't know what I expected for $4 during happy hr, but I think I would have just preferred the plain chips. My friend an I also each got a glass of one of their wines on tap. Again, it was happy hour, so price was reasonable, but even at $5 a bottle I would have had mixed feelings about this wine. I really don't want to be too harsh here though. As I said, the service and ambiance was great, and I think much of what I didn't like could be chalked up to my taste just not aligning with the concept. On a positive note, the vermouth cocktail I had (something I have never tried before) was great, and my friend really enjoyed the smoked fish dip. All-in-all, I might come back with my wife and do a cheese plate or something. I think it is too soon to say I won't be back.

Yelp
Okay, so I have to come back here soon! My wife and I had just had dinner out and were looking for a nice nightcap and maybe dessert. We came across the Wine Collective and we agreed we must come back! COVID safety: they take temps at the door and even take your email and phone number so they can contact trace. All staff is masked and customers need a mask to enter. Lots of outdoor seating. Felt pretty safe. As a wine tasting room, they don't have a kitchen, per se, so almost all of the food is served cold or room temperature, think charcuterie and cheese boards and sandwiches. They also lean hard into the Northern Spanish pintxo scene with many conservas, which are top-notch canned seafood items very prized in Spain. My wife and I got a flight to try four different wines and added a dessert cheesecake. The cheesecake was killer good. Our waiter says one of the owners' mother makes them - she's good! The wines are not very sweet, which I like, and very flavorful. In addition to a wine place, they also have a number of vermouth cocktails. I didn't get to try any this time, but I plan to next go around! Our waiter JR was super helpful and quick with the orders. Some items are a tad pricey, but it's all top quality and I look forward to coming back!

Yelp
I treated the birthday girl to happy hour after work at this establishment. The selections are extremely limited. However, the waitress recommended the smoked fish dip to us and let us sample it. It was delicious. The birthday girl decided on a board to order. All the white wines selections were great. FYI: Desserts for birthday's are NOT free.

Yelp
This place is amazing for a nice ladies outing. We were able to get a tour from the head chef. They make all of their wine in house so It was really cool to see the process. I tried the elote and salmon dip sandwich. Many different flavors between the two. I wasn't disappointed with my selections. They offer a house signature drink weekly so I had the Moscow mule with Pinot instead of vodka. You couldn't tell a difference. I also had the wine flight(I should have gotten the names, my bad y'all), but I enjoyed all except for the last red which was super dry and smokey. The prices were really good and I'll definitely return!

Yelp
How did I just discover this place! Covid safety; this place felt very safe and comfortable, they asked that you put your mask on if you would like the server to come back, (as a notification you needed something) which I think they should do at every restaurant! It makes everyone feel comfortable and safe. The overall tabling is very spaced out and there aren't any people standing around. Tried two different types of wine and they're all really really good, I especially like the dry ones and they had two really good dry one. The food was delicious, we got a charcuterie board and some octopus on toasts, they went perfect with the wine. The only thing we didn't like was the Side of toast on the charcuterie board. It had a very strange flavor I highly recommend checking this place out!!

Yelp
The wine collective is such a mod spot. It's tucked away in the union collective hub, and I wouldn't have known about it if my roommate hadn't taken me to check it out. I'm so grateful she did! The space is very neat. It's large due to being set in a warehouse, but also intimate and would be great for a date night or for a nice little treat yourself night with some close friends. My roommate and I were seated in a nice lounge area with couches and a table in the middle. They offer various wine options on tap and by bottle as well. We both loved the 2019 Chambourcin rosé so much that we purchased a bottle to take home! We also got a charcuterie board, which we were able to customize with our choice of meats and cheeses. It was delicious! The staff was so attentive and friendly, frequently checking on us and ensuring we were enjoying our selections, making the experience all the more enjoyable.
