My wife and I spent one wonderful evening here while touring the Scandinavian capitals. The only bad thing I would say is that only one elevator was working when we checked in with a tour group. However, by dinner time it was fixed. It did slow down the process immensely getting us all into our rooms. For my wife and me, nothing says patience like a nice glass of wine at the wine bar. Everything about this place is nice. The wine bar is awesome with a beautiful long wooden table made entirely from one tree. The rooms were stylish comple with a mini fridge. The rooftop bar and pool were outstanding. The front desk and bar service was awesome. The breakfast was good with made to order eggs and a full buffet with meats, cheeses, vegetables, and the works. We loved our one night in paradise before heading into to Oslo from Stockholm. Thank you for a great evening and the bottle of wine!

The house red wine was delicious and the heated rooftop pool a delight. We borrowed bikes from the hotel and cycled ariund one of yhe lakes vhuch was great. I would not hesitate to come back!

We loved our staycation at the Winery Hotel. The hotel itself is stylish, well maintained and easy to access. Our first room was facing the big road but we could change to the quieter side. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the views but the experience was definitely worth the trip. The rooftop swimming pool and bar was so lovely on a hot day in Stockholm. We also booked a wine tasting (in English) and we had a blast. Discovered a Swedish white wine, got many insights and fun facts about the family estate, really had a great time with our group. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and again, it was super nice! Lovely service, gigantic portions (we had to get a takeaway box for the pizza) and everything was tasty. We absolutely recommend it!

Not a pleasant stay. Non-soundproof room and awful service at the desk Pros: The room was clean. Cons: You can hear noise from the upstairs, the bass from the music echoes through the walls, Until 10:30 PM - I brought earplugs, thank goodness. and the location is not convenient without a car. The service had no value. And the some lights don't turn on in my room When I returned to my room after going out, I noticed that the door frame outside my room was broken. I immediately reported this to the front desk, and the staff member came with me. In the end, it seemed the damage was caused by the cleaning cart. However, the problem was that when I showed her the photo on my phone, she just took my phone from my hand without asking. Normally, it would be polite to ask, “May I see your phone?” I also felt unsafe knowing that the door frame in front my room was broken. She did not apologize and showed a very dismissive attitude overall. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, not only in Stockholm, and this hotel was simply not worth the value

Had a lovely stay here. It's well located - next to the airport bus stop and about half an hour into the city centre on public transport. The rooftop area is a real asset, although I was hoping to swim in the pool and found I couldn't because it was full of people standing around with drinks. Breakfast was nice but I would have expected a bit more of a selection from such a large hotel (e.g. no granola, no coffee machine). The bed was comfy, the room had everything I needed and the staff were helpful. I ate in one of the restaurants one night - it wasn't the best meal I've ever had but it was pretty good and handy to not have to leave the hotel.

Tidy, modern, comfortable. Professional staff. Good breakfast. The location is not great (outside Stockholm and next to the highway) but it was near my training location so that was good.

The hotel is modern and clean. Family room was spacious. Location is linited - very little in the immediate area. Positives: heated roof top pool is very nice for a relaxing dip, also with young children. Plenty of (paid) parking when we were there. Heated floor in bathroom (quickly dries after showering) Very quiet amazing sound insulation. Opportunities for improvement: Breakfast fruit and cereals very limited. Loads of bread! Only filter coffee available, no machine for cappuccino or latte etc Bikes to hire are for adults only, no child bikes, trailer bikes or bike seats

Really lovely rooms and large windows, comfy bed and helpful staff! Couldn't ask for more, the pool was lovely and heated and quite quiet in the morning, the breakfast was amazing too considering it was included in the price! The bathroom was nice and clean, had a great nights sleep both nights I stayed. Would love to come back again :)

Yelp
Talk about a surprise. Friendly, clean and most important large portions, good prices and Delicious veal. It was savory, a little sweet and tender. Well done for a work trip visit to bring me to this restaurant. Bravo. Taka taka

Yelp
This is an awesome hotel in Solna. Well worth my one week stay. The hotel is basically brand new (opened in January 2016) with a modern touch, unique from all the other major hotel chains we all know. The theme of the hotel is all to do with winery and has a great collection of wine. They have their own branded wine that they make in-house. The hotel also has a beautiful lobby and bar area on the first floor. The rooms are beautifully laid, comfortable, and quiet, however, they are a little small. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have one of the good breakfast meals and are located in close proximity to the Mall of Scandinavia. You can also access the bus close by, but to get to the train, you'll have to get a taxi. You can also rent the bicycles they have to get around. The Winery Kitchen Restaurant on the first floor has a nice menu for dinner and you need to check it out when you stay here. They also have a pizza restaurant across from the check-in desk which really has awesome food and drinks. Of course, don't forget to sign up for the winery tour! They have a winery just behind the front desk and you can see the oak barrels used to store wine. You can always request to have the tour conducted in English. Overall, wife and I enjoyed our week's stay here.

Yelp
This place is really unique, and few minutes walk to the train station that can take you anywhere. The lobby is an awesome hangout spot filled with comfy lounge seats. Probably one of the highlights is that this hotel was an actual winery. So there are stations that you can try their actual wine as well as many other brands. You fill up a card with money and put your card into the box that contains the wine you wish to drink, press a button and it pours. But it's not just the wine that is awesome. Rooms are modern and clean looking, the bathroom is unique with heated floors! One thing that is taking getting use to is the climate control. No air conditioning, so it takes an hour or two to cool down or heat up the room. But it still works! Oh my and the FREE breakfast that they offer is unbelievable. They have a little of everything. Served until 11 am you could always eat a lunch because there are meats, cheeses, bread, as well as tons of fruits, hot breakfast items, juice, coffee, water, yogurt and toppings and more. If you don't mind being a short car ride or walk to the train you should try this place!

Yelp
4.5 stars rounded up to 5. I really enjoyed The Winery Hotel. It was a cute, boutique-like hotel with friendly staff, a comfortable bed, a good restaurant (The Winery Kitchen), a rooftop area with outdoor pool, and their unique winery which includes tours. TWH also includes free WiFi. Long story short, I really enjoyed this hotel and the half a star is taken out due to the lack of a clock or phone in the room and the fact that it's not cheap (but I guess you get what you pay for). I also noticed that the toilet was really tall. I'm 5'4" and only my toes reached the floor! lol FOOD. Our room did not include room service. This was fine since we were jet lagged for the first day and a half after our flight. I think their breakfast was great compared to most other hotels I have visited. You can dine in the Winery Kitchen for breakfast from 7am-11am. While reservations are not mandatory, I would suggest you try to make them for a guaranteed spot as certain days and times can get busy (mostly the weekends for dinner). They had hard-boiled, soft-boiled, or scrambled eggs, liver pate, various breads (I loved their croissants), bacon, mini sausage links, oatmeal with various toppings, fruits (watermelon, pineapple, melon), etc. We also ate at the Winery Kitchen for dinner two nights in a row. The first night, we ordered from the a la carte menu. Their burger and veal sausage plates were delicious. The fries that came with the burger were thick, crispy, and fresh. The truffle mayo dipping sauce was delicious (I'm a huge fan of truffles). I usually don't like veal, but their veal sausage was surprisingly delicious as well. The side of mashed potatoes with cheese was rich, tasty, and filling. For the second night, we tried their first 3 course menu (Tomato consomme, lamb racks, and creme caramel). The tomato consomme with goat cheese ravioli had a very clean, delicious taste. The lamb racks were cooked perfectly and included eggplant, zucchini, and polenta. The creme caramel with apricot, caramel, and berries (strawberries, blueberries, and red currants) included a poached apricot, apricot sorbet, caramel flan, and fruit. They also have the Terrano deli located on the ground floor (other side of the main entrance) for pizza. SERVICE. Again, our room did not include room service. We opted not to use the house cleaning service because we only stayed for two nights and we were still quite jet lagged. However, the staff working the front desk, the Winery Kitchen, and the bar were kind and patient with us. UNIQUE OPTIONS: We did not take a tour of TWH's winery, but thought it was a cute, unique option. TWH also has various wines on tap. You can go to the bar and load up a card to use at the wine tap. Each wine tap has a tasting option, half a glass, or full glass and includes the price for each. It's definitely unique. You can also just go to the bar and order your drink with the bartender. TWH is definitely a cute hotel I would like to return to if I'm ever back in Sweden. It has a more comfortable bed than the Elite Palace hotel I stayed at in Stockholm. FROM THE U.S...? I noticed that most hotels in Sweden really urge your to drink their tap water. The bartenders note that they water they use is no different from the tap water in the hotel rooms. If you still feel uncomfortable drinking tap water, head to the nearest convenience store.
