Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa (Seattle, Washington) 6 Hotel Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Who cares about landlocked Lake Washington, when the rest of the Seattle area borders on the picturesque Puget Sound? The short answer: everyone who can afford to, including Bill Gates, whose Xanadu 2.0 stands by its shores. So too does Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa, a hundred-room lakeside luxury resort which is, improbably enough, one of Seattle’s very few high-end waterfront hotels." - Tablet Hotels

The Woodmark Hotel was the perfect venue for our wedding, and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful or well-run day! From start to finish, Jennifer and her team made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and truly special. The staff, catering, and bartenders were incredible! Always attentive, supportive, and checking in to make sure we were happy. They kept everything running seamlessly, and the food and drinks were consistently amazing. Our guests are still talking months later about how incredible everything was! The venue itself is stunning, and the space was showcased beautifully in every detail. Working with Jennifer and her team made the planning process easy, fun, and stress-free. We are so grateful for their care, professionalism, and dedication—it made our wedding day absolutely perfect.

We had the pleasure of photographing and filming a wedding at The Woodmark Hotel this past year, and it was an incredible experience. The ceremony and reception took place under the tent overlooking the water, and the setting felt both elegant and serene. From a creative perspective, there’s so much variety for photo locations throughout the property, which made the day feel dynamic and visually rich. The team did an amazing job flipping the space and keeping everything running smoothly, allowing the day to flow seamlessly. The Woodmark Hotel delivers a truly high end experience, and we are looking forward to shooting there again next year!

Our stay was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we experienced excellent service and outstanding quality throughout. Everything was well taken care of, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Absolutely recommended – we would definitely come back!👍👍

Google
such a peaceful place for a little stay‑cation. very calming and serene vibes overlooking the lake 🏞⛵. The staff were super kind and accommodating, the rooms are super clean, and the partial lake view from my window was lovely. I also didn’t realize until I arrived that it doubles as a wedding venue, so it can get lively on the main level during events. Luckily, I was on the top floor so it didn’t bother me too much. I also thought the "raid the pantry" late at night was fun. perfect for those late‑night munchies! cons: getting to the gym feels like an adventure through the backrooms (it's in a weird room far away). I also was never told that you can get to the breakfast place through the elevator. The biking equipment was also fairly dirty.

Decent Location, But Misleading for an Anniversary Stay - Not a 4-Star Experience My husband and I stayed at the Woodmark Hotel for our anniversary weekend, drawn in by its supposed 4-star luxury and waterfront location. While the location on Lake Washington is lovely, and the hotel itself is physically decent, it did not meet 4-star expectations and was, frankly, very misleading in its website description of amenities. Key Issues and Disappointments: * Misleading Amenities: The website heavily implies having on-site restaurants and bars. In reality, the dining is managed by what feels like a separate "sister" entity ("Carillon Kitchen" or similar name mentioned on-site) across the way, not a proper in-house hotel restaurant/bar experience. * Poor Food Quality: The food we ordered was consistently poor quality and low-grade, particularly disappointing. Even the espresso was terrible. * Lack of Services: There are no valet or dedicated concierge services available, which is standard for actual 4-star properties. * Surprise Rate Hike: In an unprecedented experience, I booked and confirmed my room, only to receive an email two days later stating my rate had been increased within that short period. I have never experienced this at any other hotel, even at higher star ratings. * Outdated Rooms & Poor Lighting: Our lake-view suite was extremely dark with an outdated aesthetic. There is no overhead lighting, relying solely on lamps, which made the room feel cave-like rather than luxurious. * Focus on Events: The hotel's primary appeal seems to be booking small weddings in the outside tent. There is really no compelling or enticing atmosphere or activity for general hotel guests. Overall, the Woodmark is a hotel trying to market itself far above its actual offerings. The stay was lackluster for an anniversary, and the lack of basic luxury amenities coupled with the rate increase issue makes it a poor value. If you're looking for true 4-star accommodations and services in Kirkland, look elsewhere.

Google
The hotel is delightful, from the champagne at check-in to the sunset from our balcony. Couldn't have been a better experience...until I realized after returning home that I had left something in my room. Not to worry, the hotel staff tracked it down and returned it to me, safe and sound. Special thanks to Scott and Megan for helping me. I will definitely return.

Google
The hotel was nice and comfortable to start with but we had paid for a water view and got mostly the inside corner view the building and large event tent. All night long we were woken up by the elevator dinging and the absolute worst part of the stay was at 9 am they had scheduled what we were told at check-in was to be a brief alarm. It was early piercing and lasted at least 7 minutes We will never stay there again

Beautiful Venue with Stunning Ambience 🏖️🏖️ Recently attended the Kirkland Chamber Fashion Show at the Woodmark Hotel, and it was an amazing experience! The venue is absolutely gorgeous, peaceful, private, and right in front of the water. The outdoor seating area with the fireplace is just perfect and creates such a cozy, elegant vibe. This is an ideal location for fashion events, weddings, or any special occasion. The ambience is classy yet relaxing, and parking is conveniently available inside. Highly recommend the Woodmark Hotel if you’re looking for a beautiful waterfront venue in Kirkland.

Yelp
We just spent our 12th anniversary there, and had the best experience. We were met with an upgraded room and champagne. The front desk and spa offered us glasses of champagne as well. We had one of the best massages ever at the spa. It was quiet and very nicely maintained. And the complimentary "raid the pantry" between 10 and midnight was such a fun treat. We hope to make this a yearly tradition.

Yelp
Spent the weekend here with my mom, and overall, it was a truly lovely experience! We booked an executive suite with a view of Lake Washington but were initially placed in a room on the first floor so the view wasn't as good as we had hoped. After we mentioned this, the staff graciously moved us to a room with a much better view (higher up). My mom later noticed online that the new room was listed at a lower rate, and when she inquired, they had already adjusted the price, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The 5-star rating is all about the incredible staff--they were absolutely wonderful! Every employee we encountered during our four-day stay went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, making us feel so welcome. The building itself is stunning, both inside and out, with beautiful decor and thoughtful touches. We especially appreciated the free filtered water stations and the nightly snack pantry from 10 PM to midnight, where you can help yourself to a variety of treats. It added a bit of fun and made the stay extra memorable! I have just two minor suggestions for improvement: 1. The room heater was quite loud, cycling on every 15 minutes and sounding a bit like an airplane taking off. As a light sleeper, I had trouble resting the first night. The second night, I turned it off to avoid being woken up, but the room got so chilly (down to 62°F) that I woke up freezing. 2. There's a bell outside the hotel that chimes at 9 AM and 9 PM, striking nine times, and also rings hourly and on the half-hour. While charming, it could be a bit disruptive if you're trying to sleep in past 9 AM. That said, the location is unbeatable--gorgeous views, convenient parking, and a clean, safe, and very walkable area. The setting is perfect for a relaxing getaway. As locals, this was a wonderful staycation, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. One tip: the nearby restaurants are just okay, so we'd recommend heading a mile north for better dining options. We had such a great time, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for another staycation!

Yelp
Loved: The complimentary champagne at check-in, free snacks/ice cream at 10pm, stunning lake views, updated and large rooms, nice water stations on each floor, outdoor fire pits. Didn't love: No room service, varying competence of hotel staff at check in, no pool!

Yelp
We wanted to end our trip on a high note, and truly the Woodmark was a great choice. I will start with the best part, the view. If you're lucky enough to have a a water view of the ability to access their outside garden/yard area that is incredibly landscaped and lush, then you're in for a treat. We intentionally choice a room with a view, but while looking at the options on website, we saw the two options with a balcony or without. We opted for the room without a balcony because we planned to utilize the garden space with fire pits, but also the pictures that were shown of the no balcony room show that you're able to still fully open the door, but can't step out anywhere. It's screened. We were disappointed to get to our room and we had an unknown room option, just a standard window room. No sliding door. Our view of the water wasn't necessarily fully blocked, but the giant white wedding tent was a major eyesore for the two nights. Even though the tent was never actually in use during our two night stay, it also disrupted the main entry to the garden/patio space. Again, the views are amazing and would say worth the money, but I also had high expectations of the venu. Every fire pit has some trash at it, every time we walked by. The grounds were lush, but often cluttered. We did really enjoy the floating sauna option that they feature on the website. The suggestion was to bring your provided Woodmark towels to the sauna, but was disappointed to see that they were both size L, and when I asked the front desk if they had any bigger sizes and they did not. Cozy robes are meant to be oversized and I'm shocked they didn't offer any larger sizes. Lastly, check in, although easy and was thankful I was able to check in 1.5 hours early, was lackluster. We weren't ever offered the champagne at check out, I only asked hours afterwards when I saw another family getting theirs. Our room was beautiful and spacious. It had a great size living area, bar area and large bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable with the softest bedding. I think I've had the best sleep of my life at the Woodmark. This place was beautiful but it was also expensive. 2 weeknight nights stay with parking was over $1200. It's a splurge for most.

Yelp
Very nice hotel. On the waterfront and staff were friendly. Would recommend staying there. It's upscale if you like to be on the higher end. Beautiful views of Lake Washington.

Yelp
This hotel, like many others, disguises "complimentary" within their resort fees, which, like other hotels, is simple larceny. We had booked a room for Thanksgiving and arrived at the hotel at about 9:00 PM. At the time the hotel staff gushed about their "complimentary" reusable water bottles, their "complimentary" Wi-Fi, and their "complimentary" snack time at 10PM. We were asleep by 9:30. We were up and leaving at 7:30 (paying an additional $25 for parking), and we expressed to the staff that the resort fee (another $25) should be waived as even if we wanted to use the facilities, they were closed for Thanksgiving. But alas, the staff said the resort fees included things like "free" water (in reusable bottles), "free" snacks, water views (we didn't have one) and "free" Wi-Fi. When we pointed out that these things were touted as complimentary, they fell back on "hotel policy." Shame on them. This is a classless move from a hotel that wants to be considered first class. And by the way, their pillows suck!

Yelp
Had a great stay at the Woodmark for a girls night. We were some moms needing a night away and this was perfect. The hotel is lovely with its old school charm but updated features. We enjoyed the "Raid the Pantry" at 10pm and best feature was the filtered water and glass jugs to bring to your room. Every hotel should have this!!! We didn't opt for lake view since weather wasn't great, but still got lucky with a peak of the lake from our suite. Sofa bed was not comfortable for my group, probably good for kids only, but king bed was super comfy. I also liked that walls weren't paper thin, didn't hear neighbors and all the amenities that were walkable. Can't wait to return and check out the spa next time!

Yelp
Wow what a gorgeous spot. Right on the water. The sunset was sureal. Had a company dinner outside. There is validated parking garage underground. After 9pm, the gate opens. Prior to that, you can get 2hr validation for the parking. Great choice for an event.

Yelp
I really love this hotel. I also love the Heathman. Still, if i had to choose, I would definitely go for the Woodmark. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, service is incredible. The front desk people really listen to you so they can better help you with what you need. Rooms are large (relative to other hotels- including the Heathman), and really well- appointed in terms of robes, towels, furnishings, storage places etc. I really loved the water stations at each floor where they provide glass bottles to fill up with really cold/hot/lukewarm water. It was amazing to get ice cold water and such beautiful bottles to take with us while we ventured out of the hotel.

Yelp
We checked in and the lovely woman at the front desk gave us a really nice room on the 3rd floor overlooking Lake Washington and what a beautiful room and view we have!! The bathroom is so pretty and I love the Molton bath products. Our room has a tub so maybe I'll soak in it before the sunset.

Yelp
Great views and such a nice outdoor fire pit area. The staff were very nice too. Love this spot as a staycation.

Yelp
What a wonderful stay, I can't be any happier! Probably the most beautiful stays I've experienced. Everything is so thought through. My rooms were so beautiful it made it hard to leave. I really enjoy siting by the fire, was so soothing. Can't wait to be back

Yelp
Sets the bar high for spas in the greater Seattle area My fiancé booked me a full body massage here as a gift and the moment I walked in I knew it would be a pleasant experience. Checkin was less than 20 seconds had I filled out the intake form online. You have the option to go straight to your massage room or change into a robe (lockers available), and drink water before your appointment. Since it was my first time I opted to just keep the clothes I had and go to the room once my masseuse came. The room was quiet and peaceful and my masseuse applied the exact firmness I wanted and didn't talk much outside of asking questions about comfortability (which was appreciated)! Afterward, you are able to grab champagne and hang out for a few before heading out. I'll definitely be coming back! 5/5 would recommend!

Yelp
Amazing night at the Woodmark. We had a suite and it was perfect. Very quiet. I'm a very light sleeper so it's really find a hotel that's quiet enough but this was great! Will be back.

Yelp
The Woodmark is perfectly lovely. We were greeted at the front desk by Griffin, who is very knowledgeable and professional and helpful. They greeted us with a glass of complimentary champagne which just started our weekend off so well. The view is perfectly gorgeous, and so peaceful looking out on the water. The beach café food was excellent. They were very gracious in allowing us to do a noon check out. The only thing I was disappointed in is the spa could not get us in for massages, even though we booked about three weeks out. They must be very popular. But other than that it was perfectly lovely and we would definitely come back again.

Yelp
Had a special occasion here recently. Simran and team made us feel so welcomed and accommodated. Thanks for making us smile!

Yelp
We splurged on a night's stay at the Woodmark, and a massage session for me. Staff at checking was friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and comfy, and the spa was a delight! This may just have to become a getaway fave in the future. Highly recommended.

Yelp
We booked our 24th anniversary here. The room next to us had numerous dogs barking and they left a do not not disturb sign on the door and dogs alone. I don't think dogs are allowed for one, but for them to be left unattended barking loudly was obnoxious. Way too expensive to deal with this trash. Place was overpriced and overrated. It was prob cool like 20 years ago. Needs updated. Rooms small, bed was like laying on plywood and bathroom stunk like urine.
google avatar

Brenna Y.

Yelp
First time here and had a great experience! I booked a 60 min Signature Massage (light/medium pressure Swedish with a back scrub and scalp massage) for $195 (weekend rate). The reception was welcoming and friendly and my masseuse was professional and addressed my concerns. I definitely recommend booking a Signature for your first service here; it was very relaxing and I liked the oil used. They also have a sauna Would want to come back for more services before giving a 5 star :) I really liked that they had a relaxation room with tea and infused water AND a large selection of Eminence skincare

Yelp
During COVID we decided to have a little staycation for our anniversary this year by driving 20mins to this hotel on lake Washington. It definitely a lovely location and included many amenities for a small fee. Parking is not free and you will need to pay attention when pulling in to the garage if you do not want to pay for valet. There seemed to be mud like color on the curtain in our room, but other than that it seemed clean and comfortable. Complimentary champagne on arrival and the Raid the Pantry from 10pm-1pm was nice. We would stay again.
google avatar

Andrew L.

Yelp
Probably one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at lately. The service is top notch and while they do charge a $20 for incidentals such a free coffee and paper in the morning (USA Today/Wallstreet journal) the one cool thing is a closet full of snacks if you got the munchies ( soup, soda's water, chips and Oreo cookies) awesome concept. Highly recommend the rooms are great! The only thing I would update are the much outdated tv monitors in the room. It's take 15 second after you press on button to warm up. Views are spectacular awesome awesome hotel
google avatar

Michael L.

Yelp
While my condo was listed in Bellevue my girlfriend and I decided to go big and get the best suite with lake view Probably the nicest hotel room I've ever stayed at Very nice luxury large rooms and outside deck facing Lake Washington With all the eateries and shops at Carillon Point and walking trail along the lake you have a great setting What you do is it is up to you
google avatar

Steph A.

Yelp
Beautiful scenic water view location. Very clean during Covid. Excellent feather beds and pillows. We had a pet friendly room with our pup and the room was very clean. My favorite part of the room was the fully stocked bathroom, with large soaking tub and rain shower heads. Wonderful.

Mahmuda K.

Yelp
Spent 4 nights here and had such a comfortable and pleasant experience! The most notable aspect of the hotel is the service- the employees are so helpful and readily available by text. The downtown area is walking distance ~1mj which is super convenient. Downside was the parking fee of $23 per night. No street parking nearby (unless you want to walk 0.5-0.7 mi from the hotel). The resort itself is beautiful as it's right on the lake. The rooms even have balconies with the capability to open the doors for great air flow.

Yelp
If I could give this place a 6 star I would! We could have not been happier with our stay. We were in town to handle arrangements after the sudden death of my brother and we had some pretty out of the ordinary needs. Their staff didn't even blink an eye, were compassionate, and accommodating. We upgraded our room upon arrival since they offered a great deal and oh my those views! Room service for breakfast was our go to and hanging out in the downstairs bar was our favorite thing to do at night. The wait staff in the bar were over the top kind, fast, and remembered what we ordered the night before! We had multiple old friends and family members in from out of town and they accommodated our group size and even put up with us as we stayed late to finish our drinks and catch ups. Loved the parking garage and easy access to the hotel. The spa was being renovated but we didn't have time to enjoy. Next time! There are 4 restaurants connected to the hotel or within walking distance. Starbucks on the corner! There is a dock you can walk out on to marvel at the yachts and lake. Such a beautiful piece of Washington. Downtown Kirkland is a 5'minute drive. Thank you all for our stay and for your kindness. We will be back under happier circumstances.

Yelp
The Woodmark is a fine place for a little getaway. I should've known better planning a stay in such a picturesque hotel at the end of summer (and the height of wedding season in Seattle), but I wasn't really counting on the large wedding parties both days during our stay IN A PANDEMIC. We were warned at check-in about the weddings going on, and sure enough we heard ALLLL the festivities from our room up above. I booked a lakefront king room, and based on the website photos was expecting a sliding door with a railing outside with a view of the lake. What we got was a north-facing peek-a-boo style view of the lake with big windows, no sliding door. I was a little disappointed, to be honest, but it looked like all the rooms of the style I expected were occupied so I didn't even bother asking. There's plenty to do/see/eat while on-site, though we ended up walking the half-mile or so to downtown Kirkland. It's quite a nice, mostly flat jaunt into town and back. The water machines and bagged ice were nice touches. The raid the pantry gimmick is probably more fun for kids than adults. The walls were a little thin and we heard a couple having a good time, if you know what I'm saying. Everyone on the staff was very nice and welcoming, which was a plus. In all, this was a fine, if forgettable, staycation. I'm glad I gave it a try and got scenery that differed from the same four walls of home I've been staying in for the last 18 months. But $1,300 for a just-okay weekend stay doesn't seem worth it to me, so it's not somewhere I'll return.

Yelp
The Woodmark never disappoints me, especially for my 50th Birthday! The special added touches with champagne, top floor water view, late night snack corner, texts and morning coffee... I don't want to go home.

Yelp
The scenario: My wife was in a very delicate state, and we needed to be closer to good hospitals than our Whidbey home would keep us (don't look for good medicine on Whidbey Island, FYI). So, I got on a last-minute hotel app and found a deal on a room at the Woodmark. Criteria: notoriously clean, quiet, comfortable, and reputable enough to warrant few concerns during Covid. As luck would have it, we found a winner. We arrived very late, but the staff got us settled quickly. The room was perfect as ordered; quiet, comfortable, clean. There was no room service as I'd hoped, but that was a small sacrifice in such a stressful circumstance. I went to get food for my hungry wife at a local market instead. However, the automated parking access malfunctioned repeatedly and caused some difficulty, hence the missing star. Recommended, nonetheless! A safe stay, in troubled times.

Yelp
This place was amazing!! I had a beautiful junior suite and loved it! They have a fun "raid the pantry" thing that I LOVED! The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful... Unfortunately they did have A LOT of spiders on the balcony that I had to ask for them to come take down for me, but the spiders were back by morning! But I still LOVED this super cute place!

Yelp
Beyond amazing ! I'm traveling from California where we have glamorous hotels and restaurants but this place has topped any expectations. Great location and quality staff !

Yelp
This is wonderful hotel! Well-appointed rooms and friendly staff. Loved the extra details (Nespresso machine, tea kettle, bathroom scale). The restaurant is fabulous. Great area, easy walking to shops and stores.

Yelp
I cant say enough good things. We rented the WoodMark Suite for our 40th wedding anniversary. From the moment we checked in, to the moment we left, they all knew us by name. The room was awesome, and lets just say we took advantage of the various rooms and features :) The views were outstanding, I havent a single complaint about the room. The jacuzzi tub is kinda weird, and there really needs to be instructions there for it. I'm a weightlifter side sleeper with broad shoulders. Most hotel beds leave me in pain the next morning. Not this bed, which was quite welcome. If I had any complaints, it would be the lack of room service. Yes, I could have ubereats, or doordash, but too often those are delivered not warm, so I quit using them. For breakfast we had to go across the street to starbucks and grab something to bring back. We eat dinner at the Le Grand Bistro across the street. Excellent food. I'd skip the Yukon potatoes though, didnt care for them. Overall, was a great way to spend our 40th anniversary, and I'm very appreciative to the staff for taking good care of us.

Yelp
DON'T PAY FOR THIS HOTEL This review is a year old at this point, but a similar experience at the Chrysalis Inn is prompting me to write this. 1) The room is exorbitantly overpriced. We paid $400 to stay in a small king sized bedroom. I've stayed at Best Westerns with bigger floor space for a quarter of the price and similar views. 2) They don't tell you until after you arrive that there will be a wedding below you keeping you up into the night. 3) The front desk person was pretty dismissive...almost as if they are used to handling complaints. 4) The bed! The bed was so loud and creaky that we left in the middle of the night. I've never slept on a bed so loud; I took a video and sent it to Woodmark Management. If you need to be convinced not to stay here, I'll send you the video of the bed too. The five stars are for the wedding venue. Don't stay here for the hotel.

Yelp
I finally stayed here since my company added it to the preferred hotel list and I have to say, compared to other hotels I've visited in the Kirkland/Bellevue area, this is the best. The rate is very reasonable for the amenities, the service, and the location. The view on a nice day is stunning. There is retail below including restaurants and a spa. The hotel staff was very polite and surprisingly notable. For example, they made sure to pronounce my name correctly and later when I called down to get my car pulled around, they instantly recalled it. They always smile and take care of you swiftly, and they even noticed that I hadn't been there before so they left a special welcome "kit" in my room. The bathroom is very nice. It has stone everywhere and the shower/tub is spa quality. The best part is that they now have a 10-week old hotel puppy!!! It's a light brown Labradoodle and his name is "Woody." You'll notice more when you stay there, but they really do pay attention to every detail - in the room, in the hotel, and with the staff.

Jordan M.

Yelp
Good venue right on the lake. The rooms are a little dated for the price. But the service from the front desk was worth it. Very responsive over text and helpful.

Yelp
We have been working with Brooke for two years scheduling and rescheduling our wedding and she has been so great and easy to work with. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we had to make the tough decision to cancel the wedding altogether. We are so grateful that Brooke and the Woodmark made the process so easy for us and have been so understanding and compassionate about the whole situation. We will definitely being hosting our next big event there in the future. We have also stayed at the hotel for a couple weekend getaways and the service is amazing! The hotel is beautiful and clean. A great vacation or staycation spot!

Yelp
My review is for our stay in February. We had a wonderful two nights at The Woodmark and although my review is tardy, it was important to me that I submit it. The view was beautiful, we enjoyed the late night snacks, room was very clean and lovely. When we checked out I loved the way this question was posed "how could we have made your stay more enjoyable?" It allows for me to not hold back on any suggestions or hick ups during our time (well done!). There was one small issue I shared with the manager and he went above and beyond to not only convey apologies, assurances that it would be addressed, and gave us a special treat to make up for it. Very impressed! Thank you Woodmark for a memorable stay.

Yelp
Excellent place on the water and Natasha in guest services saved the day by locating my AirPods just in time even after we checked out.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my SoloCation. I wanted a hotel where I can rest and relax also that had great views. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony reading a book overlooking the lake. I'm glad I got that upgrade at check in.

Yelp
We stayed here for 3 nights in our summer vacation before going to Vancouver...the night before leaving Florida they called us to let us know that they had a problem with our room, that we had reserved THREE months ago! Well, to say that we were really annoying is an understatement, because we will have to go in the middle of the night to another hotel (they arranged for us to go to Hyatt hotel in Bellevue) and then in the morning take the luggages again to come here, with two children! But I have to say that, after our luggage was lost inside the hotel...I know, increíble...the attention was great. They did upgrade our room, so that was really nice. They left chocolates and a bottle of wine too. The room was perfect, spacious and clean! Very nice people working here! We had breakfast in their restaurant...delicious! And the location is insuperable!

Yelp
I like to take a moment to thank Amy & the staff for going above & beyond to make my Birthday stay so memorable! We were greeted with complimentary Champagne and right from the start the customer service was top notch! The king suite with lake view and pillow top bed was spectacular! The jet style spa tub started the night off right! When returning to the room we were greeted with a birthday card & gourmet cupcakes! An overall fantastic experience. The Woodmark is highly recommended!

Yelp
My fiancé and I came here for a short, relaxing staycation. Doesn't come close to what's expected at luxury hotels. This hotel is missing the finishing touches and amenities that you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber/cost. The customer service was decent but inconsistent. Also paying for a suite almost ensures an awful view overlooking a parking lot. This lake view was the main selling point for choosing this hotel and yet we weren't able to enjoy it from the room. Do not recommend.

Yelp
This is a great place if you're looking for a beautiful, quiet, luxurious and cozy get away. The staff were very helpful and attentive and the location is awesome. Would highley recommend.

Yelp
I purchased a gift card for my daughter's birthday and determined after the gift was purchased that I should add $ to the card as the information given to me on the phone was not going to cover the treatment and the experience I wanted her to have. I tried contacting them by phone and leaving multiple messages and wrote them several emails. Alyssa B at first told me I couldn't add to the card... and apparently didn't see a need to figure out how to solve that issue. (I was trying to spend MORE money at her spa... this is so bizarre to me.). Then Alyssa told me to call the number and leave a message so one of the receptionists could call me back - to assist, which is exactly what I had been doing with no return call. It has been 2 weeks... no help. I would never recommend this place.

Yelp
Great place, bothersome staff. We were asked to leave after staying here on a number-of occasions for over 10 years. "Due to covid restrictions" we all had masks on! 2kids and 2 Adults. I know they had a sign in the lobby but hotel was empty. Bad taste for sure.

Yelp
Great little hotel on the water, nice staff, attentive, good rooms with nice bathrooms and nice cafe and fine dining restaurant + starbucks all on site. Stayed here and was not disappointed, the spa was high quality, we got Sleepless in Seattle package for a our nights stay and was definitely worth it.

Yelp
This is a wonderful hotel to host an event. We had our wedding here. The location on Carillon Point is just lovely. Right on the shores of Lake Washington. During the summer months, they raise a beautiful tent right near the water so you can host a successful outdoor event rain or shine. For our wedding, they also opened the interior ballroom area and lounge for our guests which allowed for a band, dancefloor, and fun flow to the party. We stayed in the hotel our wedding night and loved it. The suite we stayed in was lovely with a water view, and at quite a reasonable rate. I have also had business conferences onsite and enjoyed the facilities from that perspective. The restaurant in the hotel is lovely, but there are also a number of good restaurants next door including the Yarrow Bay Grill. All of the restaurants have spectacular water views.
