For a bookstore that so openly broadcasts its commitment to radical values, I was shocked to see one of its employees mistreat and condescend to an unhoused woman today. Whatever she might have done or however she might affect your business, she is a human being and did not deserve to be treated like that. Please consider reading some of the books you sell for guidance on how to treat people with dignity.

Very cute new bookstore, looks like it’s wheelchair accessible from a quick glance. Called to put a book on hold and picked it up the same day - super smooth and speedy process. Great service.
