Beautiful building with incredible amenities including a rooftop pool with hot tub and cold plunge, basketball, pickleball court and fitness center. The finishes in the apartments are beautiful. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer all of my questions. Definitely one of the nicest and best located buildings in the area.

I finally got out of me lease from this new “luxury” building in edgewater, due to infrastructure. And I’m very positively impressed how great this apartment building is. Everything is running smooth and has great amenities. The infrastructure to special touches as quartz clinter top ✨The new aroma lingers on everything and everywhere. We have 2 pools and a lot of privacy on both. Im saving so much 💸 moving here, people are skeptical because this is still considered wynwood but is the cleanest most further corner closer to midtown than actual wynwood. Highly walkable, less traffic than some areas and closed to the expressways.
