Beautiful space, great service. Both of us had trouble finding something on the menu, as it isn't our typical style of food. But we had limited options coming up here for the shuttle. But not judging on our taste, the quality seemed very good - both the salad and loaded fries. For me, the fries with gravy tasted very much like a gravy used in 'biscuits and gravy', which did throw me off.

Great view of the Gondola and surrounding mountains. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The service was great, friendly and fast. The food was good, we tried the Elk bratwurst on a pretzel bun. The flavor was delish. The fries were super yummy and perfectly crisp. We would come back here to try some of the other plates.

This was my first time at this restaurant but the people I went with have been many times. Our server Matt was nice enough at the beginning but once we had been waiting for 30 minutes for a diet coke and a beer we started to wonder where our order was. Other tables who had ordered way after us had been served food and drinks, and had been regularly checked on whereas we were getting little to no service. Someone in my party went to go ask where just the drinks were and the server blew him off the first time he asked and once he was a bit more assertive answered him that the drink orders some how had not been put in. We continue to wait longer with nary a drink or any appetizers and obviously not our mains. An hour passes after we had ordered and still we had nothing. Someone else in our party went to go talk to our server again and he began to chat with the manager. The manager then comes to address the whole table and was EXTREMELY rude. She claimed that a customer had come and just swiped our order from the kitchen…. we were a party of 9. A bit hard to believe that one customer managed to swipe 9 plates of food without anyone noticing. She then says that it’s not the restaurants fault and is this mystery food thief’s fault. She was brusque in her explanation and did not apologize. We wait some more and still have no drinks or food. Again, someone from my party went to ask her JUST for the beer and diet coke and she says one minute. She come to address the table again and says “give me your drink order.” We are a bit taken aback at this because it seems as though our order was completely lost if she has no idea what we even ordered in the first place. Of course at this time we don’t have menus because we had already placed an order. She asks what kind of beer and the person in my party says i’m not sure it was the server’s recommendation, she says “you don’t have menus?” Again her tone and demeanor were rude and aloof. Somehow food comes out for us and it’s one pretzel we ordered and another dish we did NOT order. At this time we decided to not even stay for our mains and decided to leave after having the pretzel. They did comp our meal and the manager gave a quick apology as she walked by but after being blatantly rude to us it seemed like the least they could do. Having worked several service jobs, I understand customer service is hard. Things happen, mistakes are made, and yes they did try to make it right in the end. However, at every turn the server and the management was rude. Lets say someone really did swipe nine plates of food, it is honestly insane to me that one could say it’s the customers fault with no apology. Would not go back again.

We stopped here to grab some food after enjoying the local mountains festivities. The overall experience was 50/50. Food was delicious and there were some more unique menu items to try. We enjoyed the food. The bad part was having to keep asking for things like silverware, straws, water, and parts of our orders that they kept forgetting to give us like the condiments/dressings ect. Our server was great and friendly, but there was a 2nd server that almost seemed annoyed when we'd ask for anything. Again the food was good but not worth how pricy it was.

We ordered 9 plates of food that were apparently “taken” from the kitchen. We never got the food and were comped two pretzels, a Diet Coke and a beer. The staff were rude through out. Pretzels where really good though!

There’s not a lot of food options at the base of the mountain, but the food was decent here. Kind of pricey for what you get.

Always love me some Yodler! The best GINORMOUS pretzel with yummy cheese sauce, homemade mustard and honey mustard! This beast can feed a whole family! Don’t forget the brats and kraut. All the food here is amazing and the staff - even better. Thanks Yodler Team!

Let me begin with the chicken schnitzel sandwich, basically perfect. We got one for the road. The staff was very friendly and responsive, food/drinks came out quickly. I also got the Bavarian chili - a table next to us asked what it was, then proceeded to order it. Love this place after a long day! It’s slightly less busy because it’s just outside the base as well which was really nice.
