The FlyHighYoga course was an incredible experience. At first, I thought it was going to be very difficult because I’m not a yoga teacher and I’m not very flexible, so I believed it would be quite challenging. But it turned out to be the complete opposite — the course was very enjoyable, accessible, and truly beautiful. Jose ( founder/instructor) has such a positive and clear way of teaching. I loved how he explained each movement and guided us step by step, making the stretches feel much more achievable and natural. Throughout the entire course, I didn’t feel stressed at all — which is rare for me, since I usually get anxious when studying. Even though there was a lot of information, everything was delivered at a comfortable pace, and with continuous practice, it became easy to integrate the knowledge. Also, the class itself and the group made the experience even more fun. Everyone was so friendly and helpful — whenever someone had a question, we all supported each other. It created such a beautiful, positive, and encouraging atmosphere. Doing the course in Bali made it even more special. They incorporated aspects of Balinese culture into the program, including a lovely opening ceremony, a blessing, and a closing water ceremony. Those moments added a deep and meaningful touch to the entire experience. In summary, everything together was truly wonderful — the content, the teaching, the people, and the energy of the place. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience something transformative, positive, and full of light. 🌿✨

Yoga Barn offers great facilities and some truly amazing therapies/healers. I’d like to highlight my experience with Dhruv Wasu today. I booked a Kundalini Reiki session with him this afternoon, and the minute I walked into the room, I could feel the calming energy. When Dhruv started speaking in his gentle, soothing voice, I immediately felt a sense of trust and connection. He was calm, attentive, and genuine—he listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and offered meaningful insights. He also explained everything very clearly, which helped me feel fully present throughout the session. And his Kundalini Reiki was powerful! I’ve experienced many different healing and therapy sessions over the years, so I can recognize when someone is truly gifted. Dhruv is an authentic healer, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone seeking deep, genuine healing ❤️.

World-Class Yoga, Food, and Energy — All in One Place 🌺 The Yoga Barn is a large, beautiful space surrounded by lush greenery, with classes taking place all around. 🌿 The atmosphere is full of energy yet peaceful at the same time — a balance that’s hard to find. I tried the Tibetan sound bowl session and a Yin Yoga class — both were excellent. The sound therapy was deeply calming, and the Yin class left me feeling restored and clear-headed. 🧘‍♂️🎶 After class, the café is a real highlight. The food is fresh, nourishing, and full of flavor. And the desserts? Truly magical — you don’t find tastes like that anywhere else. 🍰✨ You meet people from every corner of the world here, all coming together for the same purpose: to grow, heal, and recharge. 🌏 For me, it’s the second-best experience I’ve had in Bali — just after Leon’s class at Pyramids of Chi, which was unforgettable. Still, The Yoga Barn is an incredible place that captures the true spirit of Ubud.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beyond all expectations! My stay at the Yoga Barn was truly extraordinary. The rooms were beautiful, impeccably clean, and filled with a sense of calm that set the tone for my entire visit. Being just a short walk from any class made everything so convenient, and I’m so glad I stayed right on the premises — it made my time here even more restorative. The atmosphere was peaceful and rejuvenating, and every detail felt thoughtfully cared for. Most of all, the staff were exceptionally attentive and kind, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I can’t recommend the Yoga Barn accommodations highly enough — it’s a truly special place that nourishes body, mind, and spirit.

I recently stayed in the dorm room at yoga barn for a week. Had an amazing time here. Staff are super friendly and the accommodation has almost everything you need (although some cutlery and bowls etc. would be nice, and they offer ground coffee and a kettle but no filter..) the location is obviously stunning. As one of the yoga teachers said during his class: it's like Disneyland for yogi's. I tried a lot classes some of which I loved and others were mediocre but of course preferences differ. The fact that they have so much on offer also allows you to explore and try some new things which is amazing. The other people in my room were also lovely and social! Only one thing I really did not like was the ecstatic dance, and I had such high expectations based on some other reviews I read. I've been going to ecstatic dance in Belgium and Australia for years and love it! But what is on offer at yoga barn is simply no ecstatic dance in my opinion. This is just a sober rave... We were already dancing for over 30 min when the first introductory words finally came. This was super confusing. It was like 'just dance'. Back home you get such a beautiful intro that allows people to feel safe and dance in the most authentically expressive way ever. Here I did not feel this. I feel sorry for all those who have their first contact with ecstatic dance at yoga barn... (Try again somewhere else because it can be magic ;) ). So all together: amazing place to stay and practice and explore yoga but do not do the ecstatic dance unless you just want to have a little boogie

I joined the Fly High Yoga Teacher Training here. I’ve been practicing flow arts for about eight years and got into aerial acrobatics two years ago. When I discovered Fly High Yoga, it became the perfect way to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness in a supported and enjoyable way. The belt helps make stretching easier and safer, while also allowing some moves to become more challenging and playful when you’re upside down or suspended. After joining regular classes, I decided to take the Teacher Training to deepen my understanding of body alignment and learn how to guide others effectively. Whether you are a yoga or circus arts teacher wanting to bring something new to your classes, or a practitioner who simply wants better body awareness and alignment, Fly High Yoga is a powerful and inspiring practice to explore.

There are wide selection of classes available. Vinyasa Flow by Munri is great. I particularly like her sequence especially the initial warm up poses.Paul’s Yin Yoga gave me new insights to understanding of Yin energy. Bryon’s Power Yoga burnt up fire inside which reset my body! I|joint a Dance Grooves class which turned out to be a short routine of exotic dance which i felt kinda out of place. I have been learning exotic dance for 6 years but i really don’t think it matches the ambience there. I also joint a chakra healing class. some simple poses were taught that are supposed to activate the 7 chakras. however, I think it sounds more than it actually is. basically any simple yoga sequence can already do it all. |Food and juice are yummy and healthy! i lost some weight after my 4-day stay! |One thing that can be improved is the cleanliness of mat and props.

This was a wonderful experience. I stayed one week and got familiar with the area and the staff so I was crying when leaving such a warmfull environment. I did have a 7 days blissful retreat with all those treatments and unlimited class pass. Nice to work on somatic practices, meditation and not only yoga stuff. Plenty of classes to choose. Amazing food, treatments, massages and when you decide to go by, give yourself a facial treatment with arm and neck massage. It will shift you into heaven. Thank you Yoga Barn, you’re doing amazing job here.
