The Yoga House is one of those classic Bandra homes turned into a calm, airy cafe. You won’t spot a flashy sign from the road, so trust Google Maps and keep your eyes peeled for a quiet villa entrance. A staff member guided us upstairs. The first floor looks set up for yoga, and the cafe opens out on the second. Seating is split into three moods. Indoors for soft light and calm conversations. A leafy outdoor section for sunshine and breezes. And one level up, a shamiana style nook where you sit cross-legged and forget time. It feels like a friend’s mindful terrace more than a commercial cafe. We picked an outside table. Peaceful. Not crowded. Bandra energy without the traffic noise. Service was warm and unhurried. We tried their Summer Salad. Fruity, crunchy, and bright with mixed produce. Roughly ₹545 all in. Portion was decent and left us satisfied. Prices lean premium, but you are paying for the setting and the slow, healthy focus. What I loved 1. Tucked away location that keeps it serene 2. Variety of seating that lets you choose your vibe 3. Great if that is your mood, not ideal if you want heavy mains Verdict: Come here when you need a gentle pause in the middle of Bandra. Perfect for solo journaling, slow brunch with a book, or a catch-up where you can actually hear each other. If you like trying unique, aesthetic spaces and don’t mind spending a little extra for quiet and quality, this one belongs on your list.

Yoga House Studio is a truly wonderful place to practice. From the moment you walk in, the space feels warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully run. A special shout out to Neeraj’s classes, which were a real highlight. His teaching is grounded, attentive, and deeply effective, offering the perfect balance of challenge, clarity, and presence. Each class felt purposeful and left me feeling stronger, calmer, and more centered. I am also incredibly grateful to the Yoga House team for their kindness and flexibility. I had to leave Bombay sooner than expected, and they went out of their way to thoughtfully rebalance my pre paid package to accommodate my situation. That level of care and understanding speaks volumes about the integrity and heart behind this studio. Overall, Yoga House Studio is run by genuinely kind people who care deeply about their students and the practice of yoga. I could not recommend it more highly, and I look forward to practicing here again whenever I am back.

Good peaceful place, quiet location to read books or work. A very cozy atmosphere to relax for sometime. Food was very tasty but slightly on the costly side.

I’m not sure why the rating is so high. The place looks nice and their social media is well-managed, but the yoga class are quite expensive at 3000RS. There was no AC or even a fan, making it incredibly hot and humid. Also, I kept get bitten by mosquito and couldn't focus at all. But that’s fine, teacher was on her phone and didn't care. :( —— Update here: Thank you for your reply. I paid 3000RS because I expected a good experience, but the environment was a real problem. I have photos of the many mosquito bites I got, and I even asked the teacher for repellent at the time. About the fan: I was the one who asked teacher to turn it on, and I agree it was right to turn it off after 5 mins because it was too noisy. But this shows the room was just too hot. I also noticed the teacher’s back was completely wet from sweat. I felt bad for her too. Also, It is sad that you call my feedback a 'misstatement' instead of trying to fix the problem...I just sharing my honest experience.

Pricey food but great experience! We loved the Cosy ambience and did feel the calm. The taste was kept simple yet it was flavorful! We ordered 3 dishes as the portion size was bit small. Loved the risotto and Avocado toast. Cost us about ₹1000/person

Visited the cafe, great good. Extremely fresh and tasty. Has a lot of healthy, organic options. Good place to have a weekend breakfast or meal. The portion sizes were slightly smaller than what we were used to. But deliciously made. Good ambience with open and floor seating.

it was a truly enjoyable experience, the food was absolutely 😋 and definitely worth the price, the service is chilled out & lax. The ambiance is the best aspect as it feels like a cozy wooden house amidst the trees. Great ambience, neat and tidy, little bit pricy but worth it. Located in a very peaceful atmosphere.
