The York Palace Accommodation

We enjoyed 4 nights in a Heritage room at the hotel. The location was perfect for our needs for our daily treks around the surrounding areas as well as morning coffee and evening meal purchases. The room was spacious and very comfortable, having the added bonus of the verandah where we enjoyed chilled beverages and observed the quiet activities of the town life each evening. Our hosts were extremely pleasant and helpful but at the same time not intrusive in any way. We loved York. A friendly and welcoming town well worth visiting and if you are looking for a hotel with character and comfort then The York Palace won’t disappoint.

Stayed in the main house, lovely, quiet inn with cozy and rooms and a nice balcony. I loved the comfy robes and the espresso machine. Huge plus for me ☺️. Great for couples, we walked down the street to a restaurant with a nice outdoor space and a band playing. Thanks for a great time experience!

Very happy all round experience. Nothing was a problem for them. Had a wedding to attend nearby. Early check in no issues. good communications all round. plenty of unrestrictive parking (including 4WD) close to room and away from nearby road. Room and bathrooms clean and presentable and very large sized. Couch and TV were handy. Wardrobe space for hanging. Flat floor shower for elderly Couldn't ask for anything better with multiple bookings. Would recommend and stay again !!

The York Palace is a great motel on a road trip from Perth heading east. It was especially quiet being set just off the main street but still only a couple of minutes walk to the nearby restaurants and main tourist sights. Beds were comfy and we had a very nice stay.

Great accommodation for both business and holidays! We stayed in one of the Terrace Rooms whilst in York for some business. The room was very spacious, had all the facilities we needed (kettle, fridge, tv etc) and sparkling clean too! So close to town, we just walked everywhere!

I’ve stayed at this establishment for a couple of years now , Nola the proprietor is very warm and welcoming.|Myself and my team stay in the terrace rooms, very spacious and clean and ample parking. The hotel is within walking distance to shops on the Main Street and is a great location.

Visited York for a family wedding. Booked the terrace room effortlessly online, and was given prompt welcome, with instructions for key access and parking instructions.|The room was spotless with a king size bed and a large bathroom. I've stayed in many country WA hotels with my work over the years, and this was spot on. Wasn't concerned about no dining, as an easy walk to a choice of restaurants. Staff obliged with my requests immediately.|No hesitation to return.

I stayed at the spa suite which is deemed the presidential suite for York - spacious with high ceiling heater was already on before I check in and the spa works perfectly! Nola is thoughtful and accommodating highly recommended.
