We booked the 3 bedroom villa for 5 nights and we checked out after 1 night. Unfortunately, the 3 bed villa looks absolutely nothing like the images online, it's extremely dated and old and in need of an update with basically everything. Our main concern however was the smell of mould coming from all bedrooms and bathrooms, it was almost unbearable to walk into the room. On top of that, the bathrooms smelt of sewage. The kitchen lounge area is fine if you don't have children but we have two small kids and it's really unsafe as there see concrete steps and different levels everywhere. I constantly had to watch my 2 year old as he was at risk of injuring himself. The same in the bedrooms everything is concrete steps and different levels.
The pool area is nice and that's the highlight of the villa. But aside from this, I certainly wouldn't recommend for any families with small children it isn't safe, it's also not within walking distance to anything therefore scooter or car is the only option. Also note there is a hostel right next door and people sit and smoke cigarettes all day long and you can smell it so strongly, and the noise at night is really loud.
If they could give the villas an update and renovation they'd be fantastic but for what you pay, the quality and service is not up to scratch. They refused to reply to us regarding our stay and our request for a refund so I would never recommend staying here, service is horrendous.
