The villa we stayed in was so good ! Absolutely beautiful with the outdoor setting and private pool ! Inside the room was very Spacious and comfortable. The room was cooled perfectly with the AC when needed, and the bed was great. The bathroom was another standout with all the amenities plus that direct pool access was great. The room cleaning was done daily and spotlessly and the afternoon turndown and mosquito service was super comforting and definitely added another level to their services. ||The location was great also, being in busy Canggu is easy enough to get around but also the villas are set back off the road and very hidden so you don’t even realise you’re still in Canggu ! ||And when it comes to the staff and the service they provide, absolutely top tier! The best ! Absolutely beautiful people and perfect service from reception/front desk, restaurant and room service staff, cleaning and maintenance crews, and spa staff, all super friendly, super helpful and just beautiful people. Made us feel very welcome and at home ! All the staff really do go above and beyond what I’ve experienced before. Top quality people and the work they do is amazing.

We stayed in the Royal Aine suite and had an incredible stay. The rooms are very luxurious and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were the most professional that we have ever experienced in Bali. The receptionists, restaurant staff, porters and cleaners were all so warm and friendly. We loved having our own private pool and the spa bath was fantastic. There was filtered water available for guests too which was helpful. Can't wait to come back.

Stayed here on arrival from Uk. Airport shuttle was appreciated. Reception stayed open for our arrival. |Room/bathroom/plunger pool all in excellent condition. |Decent toiletries and bottled water provided daily. |The team visit each dusk to spray insect repellent in the room to minimise bites. The shower opened to the pool - ie open to the outdoors so advisable to keep shower door shut at night to avoid mosquitoes. |Bed was very comfortable. |WiFi strong. |Breakfast area was spacious and staff service excellent. Breakfast choice was decent and made fresh to order. |Main pool and room plunge pops all well maintained. Pool drinks all sensibly priced. |We didn’t eat dinner as there are loads of options in Canggu within walking distance of Grab bike. |We didn’t use the Spa so cannot comment. |Overall a very comfortable stay and well located.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. First-class all round. From the moment we arrived, we were treated wonderfully. Meticulous attention to detail and anticipating our needs from the wonderful team of staff who are, without exception, warm, friendly and ever-so helpful. The one-bedroom villa is beautiful. Large, comfortable four poster bed with nets around to deter mosquitoes. Not that there were many as there was a daily turndown service and a daily makeover in the villa. The on-site restaurant by the pool is a lovely place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Could not fault the food or the service. Staff go out of their way to remember your name more than your room number and have a little chat about your day. I booked myself a full body massage and facial and it was excellent value for money for two hours. The aircon in the villa was fabulous and helped to keep the place pleasantly cool. A little oasis of calm in the heart of Canggu! Highly recommended as a place to stay in Bali.

We had an amazing week at Theanna. The rooms are on another level. We loved the pool with the waterfall and the freestanding bath overlooking the courtyard garden. We’ve never stayed anywhere with so much facilities and privacy in the room||All of the staff, especially Putri from the restaurant, treated us so well and we felt so cared for all of the time. Everything we asked for was taken care of and the staff all genuinely wanted to give a good experience.||The restaurant food was amazing and we had something there most days. The location was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxed, luxury trip without spending a huge amount of money.

All of the staff at the accommodation were extremely kind. We mentioned a small inconvenience, and they immediately moved us to another room and apologized. They even kindly drove us to the airport on our departure day. The accommodation was very clean and beautiful. It was the best experience we had in Bali. Thank you very much to all the staff.

The villa was perfect! Close enough to everything in Canggu - we walked everywhere (30 mins to motel Mexicola and Old mans / the beach) but we could have gotten a bike (gojek) for 25 cents aud. It was so nice and quiet for a busy area and the staff were always really friendly. The room was excellent -|The private pool was heaven and was one of the best things about our trip. It was like a private oasis.

We stayed for three nights at Theanna in Canggu, and the experience was absolutely exceptional. The service was outstanding—every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and they truly had everything one could ask for in-house. Kudos to the entire team for making our stay so warm, comfortable, and memorable. A special mention to Sinta, Maria, Agus, and Deva for their genuine care, attentiveness, and heartfelt hospitality. They truly made our stay extra special. I would happily return and highly recommend Theanna to anyone visiting Canggu.
