The Iconic Paris Cabaret Venue Le Lido Has Received a Glamorous Makeover | Vogue

"On the Champs-Elysées behind a landmark modernist façade that faces the planned Louis Vuitton hotel, this legendary cabaret has emerged from a nearly year-long gut renovation with an LED-lined entrance hall longer than many Paris runways and rotating video installations that change with the season or event (a Jules Verne–esque scene with a snow machine is queued for Christmas). Designed to be “completely immersive,” as Alexis Mabille puts it, the pre-attractions are meant to catch the eye—and the Instagrams—of the roughly 350,000 people who pass daily, while red velvet curtains can privatize gala dinners and film, theater, or fashion events. Working with architect Philippe Pumain and director Jean-Luc Choplin, the team enlisted specialized artisans to give the 1,000-seat venue the intimacy of a bijou Parisian concert hall, renewing an institution without making it basic or merely traditional." - Tina Isaac-Goizé

I absolutely enjoyed my experience here. We saw titanique, and everything was smooth from the entrance to us leaving. The show was great and so were the staff. Would come back to watch another show.

I've been to Lido Theater many times and always check out what is on-stage when I am going to Paris. I've even planned a trip to Paris because of a specific performance I wanted to see. Seating can be a little tight for those with long legs but the space is arranged so that there is not bad view. Many of the performances are in English with French sub-titles.

What a wonderful theatre and amazing production of Hello Dolly. The theatre is a cabaret-style venue with booths and seats at tables and a bar at the back. The show was extraordinary and I may be biased as the lead Carolyn O’Connor is an Aussie like me, but she and the cast were brilliant. The staging was so good and at interval there is a fountain show! Unbelievable.

We visited Lido Paris, famous for its spectacular cabaret show, and were not disappointed. The experience was a visual and auditory delight, with dazzling performances, stunning costumes, and impressive choreography. The ambiance was electric, and every detail, from the stage design to the lighting, added to the magic of the evening. For anyone visiting Paris, attending the Lido show is a must. The combination of exceptional entertainment and exquisite dining makes for an unforgettable night. We would love to return for another enchanting evening.

Caught Titanique at the Lido this evening. Great show - very humorous and an enjoyable tribute to the movie and Celine Dion songs. Singing was top notch. Good comedy sprinkled in. At the end they encouraged the audience to record a final chorus.

We had a wonderful night ! It was a gift for a birthday and it was a great idea! We took the Champs Elysee dinner. From 7:00 pm to 21:00 pm it was the dinner. The waiters are very kind and efficient in the same time. There was a band during dinner and between meals we could go on stage to dance. The atmosphere is formidable! Then the show ! It was magical ! Lots of dancing, singing and even impressive acrobatics sometimes. I definitely recommend !

The Cabaret in Paris is one of the must-dos when you are in this city. It can reveals so much about the culture and the glamor here. All the set design, costumes, music were spectacular and really enjoyable. You can choose to have dinner before the show as well. Taking pictures during the show is prohibited by the way. I would give it 4/5 as I expect a solid story plot from the show.
