🔥🔥🔥🙌🙌🙌 amazing staff that has been so helpful with us as tourists. They helped coordinate picking us up from the airport, transportation to our next destination, extra water bottles.. the taxi tour coordinator even let us borrow 100 baht of his own money for us to go across the river to a money exchange. Great location in a quiet neighborhood just a 5 baht ferry ride away from the city. Many close by restaurants with excellent food and a cafe across the street. Absolutely loved it here.

This is a really lovely hotel in a fantastic, typically Thai, neighbourhood. The pool area is very nice, we enjoyed all the theatre exhibits, and the staff are very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and it was lovely to have a fly screen so we could have the balcony door open when we wanted fresh air instead. There are just a few small things that would have made this a 5 star review: - the balconies in the balcony rooms are very dirty. They clearly haven’t been cleaned for a long time, with the bench seat and table covered in thick dusty dirt. They would also benefit from a couple of proper chairs. - the room service was a little inefficient, with items not refreshed (for example, coffee) on several days, bins not always emptied, and the floors and services not cleaned during our 5 day stay. - some full length sun loungers would be great - that are too short to lie on.

I recently took my family here and stayed in three large river-view rooms — we were all so impressed! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and smelled amazing. The view of the Chao Phraya River was stunning, with boats passing by all day. It was such a relaxing and memorable stay. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel like we were visiting a friend’s home. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the temple and had a great time exploring Wang Lang and trying all the delicious local food. Highly recommended! 🌿💛

Super hotel at a very good price. It is on the 'other' side of the river, away from city center. It is on the river, so sitting at the bar and watching boats go by was relaxing at all times of day. There is an attractive pool past the lobby, the rooms were large and clean. Breakfast staff, excellent... food, ok.|Dinner on site was ok+, not spectacular and there are dining options next door and in the area.|It was easy to get across the river because of a ferry within walking distance. This could be a 'go to' hotel for Bangkok.

Amazing location right in the local market (Wanglang market) — full of life and great energy. The ferry is less than a 10-minute walk, which made exploring very easy. The staff were helpful, and even though the room decor is a bit dated, it was clean and comfortable. |A memorable highlight was seeing local kindergarten using the hotel pool (with their teachers at morning period ) — it added such a sweet and joyful touch. A solid stay with an authentic local vibe.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Bangkok. We were traveling with our 11-month-old baby, and the in-room kitchen was a huge help. The team kindly arranged a baby crib for us, and every morning at breakfast we always had access to a high chair as well as baby plates and cutlery, which made things so much easier. Overall, we always felt very welcome. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, the facilities were clean, and the location is perfect if you enjoy being in a more local neighborhood rather than a touristy area. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling with young children.

The hallways are tiled with concrete walls, the staff use walkie talkies set to very loud and them seem to talk a lot, so you are woken early and the noise levels are high the whole day. The pool looks great in photos but is only knee deep for around half of it, so not ideal for swimming laps. There’s only one decent restaurant in the area, and getting out of the area is difficult and takes about an hour to get to central Bangkok for shopping or restaurants. It is prone to flooding as well, each morning the nearby market would be slightly flooded as the tide was in. This was also the route to the nearby ferry. The ferry was convenient and really the only way to get out of the area without sitting in traffic for ages. The bed was however comfortable and the location next to the river was nice, but it didn’t make up for the constant noise of staff talking on walkie talkies at all hours or the fact there were no decent restaurants anywhere close. It was not that cheap either when you take the above into account. I’d pay more and stay elsewhere if I visited Bangkok again.

Very nice stay. When you get there you are welcomed by a cold towel and drink. The staff are friendly and they help you with your bags to your room. The place itself is clean, the bed is comfortable and the theatre exhibits bring a nice touch. I personally think the pool area needs a little sprucing. It's set on astro turf and the pool is just a plain rectangle and it just seemed uninviting? However this didn't affect us as we were only here for a short while. The location is good. It is really close to a small local market where you can buy cheap Thai tea, coffee, biscuits and food or clothes. It's also a small ferry to cross to the old town which is a fun experience and costs 5 baht. The ferries appear regular and we never waited more than a few minutes. The river also has plenty of fish which you can watch which is nice. We personally liked it however you are very much located away from the crowds which could cause you issues for a long stay. For example with nearby food, restaurants and facilities... We only found one gym nearby which was DEFINITELY an experience 😂 This is not a negative but solely a point of reflection. We found the place to be a bit of a maze. We often got lost looking for the lift or stairs. We also had no idea where the bar area was or the spa. I think a map included in the welcome back and some clear signage around the hotel would be welcomed. Our room was cleaned upon our request (you place a little sign on your door) to a high standard. We stayed for three days and two nights and has breakfast once at the hotel. We have found breakfasts in Thailand a little weak in general however this one had good and bad parts. The good was it had traditional Thai food with signs explaining what the locals ate and how to eat it and this was nice and we enjoyed trying some of it. We've never seen this before and it was a really nice touch. They also have natural raw honey which you get off a honeycomb frame which was really tasty. The bad is it lacked options, especially western ones. The sausages were frankfurters, the bacon was hard, there is no pancakes or eggs benedicts etc. We still managed with a continental breakfast e.g. Toast and yoghurt. But the options were still disappointing. One type of yoghurt, one type of topping. You can have different flavours, chia seeds, oats, granola, nuts and various health foods etc. All in all we had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend. It was a well priced, clean, friendly hotel that definitely deserves its 4⭐
