Truly an evening to repeat. It was very quiet when I arrived (drawn to it by the name) so I had the chance to have a good chat with the manager, who was very friendly and certainly knew his stuff. Before I knew it 2 hours had flown by and it was time for up the road. Drinks were delicious. The only thing missing was some jazz ambience. Thank you Finn(sic)!

Loved this bar. Was not as crowded as the bars next door on a Friday night. Got Walnut Sour and Sozopolis and they both tasted amazing.

Thelonius is back and it's great. Sympathic menu, great product and creativity just flows. There's a lot of great bars in this neighbourhood, but this one is worth a stop and coming back.

i tasted blood spending a lot of money on fancy drinks recently and really wanted to continue. this bar served my desire, each alcoholic cocktail costs 11€. it's more than the current minimum wage per hour in germany, but you can make a cheers to the new coalition agreement setting it at least a little higher to 12€ hopefully soon. there is only a handful of options on the menu - great not to be overwhelmed by choices though (i'm a pisces rising !). we had the whiskey sour, horse's neck, the last wall, a riesling and i ordered a negroni that put hair on my chest. it came with a cool ice cube and a funky coaster that lights up your glass. little tip: ask for them if you don't get one, they will surely de~light your evening ! this bar opens at juck (7pm) and closes at 2am (not to be confused with bipie aka 2pm !). we never go here on purpose and mostly end up in this bar when silver future is too busy, but it's a nice place. nothing unexpected, yet there's always a seat here. it has a rather dark ambience with candle lights and filament bulbs that give off 2015 aesthetics and remind us of the lumineers, hey ho ! a range of liquors lit by leds is displayed behind the bar. the friendly bar staff was quite impressed by my friends' furry phone cases and very attentively filled up our water glasses when we had sipped them empty. the toilet is behind a curtain that adds a theatrical vibe and the shadows from behind happen to form the shape a cross on the floor. i was very intrigued to have a peak behind and glad to find an all gender bathroom. is it a hint that there should be space for queerness in religion and referencing the fact that gender is a performance ? holy moly, we enjoyed our time a lot and will keep this night in good memory.

Great place to visit if you want cool cocktails prepared by very kind professionals. I ended up here just by coincidence, hiding myself from the storm, so cheers to the lucky coincidence.

Very friendly staff and accommodating. The smokers are suggested to sit in the back half of the bar and the non-smokers in the front. Yay! Also, though their wine selection is quite limited, the red wine they offer is perfect (Munia Roble which is a Tempranillo).

Amazing and spiritual place with a beautiful historical menu. A must visit if you’re in the area.

Wonderful experience and amazing discovery of this place. I was missing such kind of places where drinks are art, and the client is being pampered from the moment you enter and until you leave this place. The bartenders carefully listen to your preferences from type of alcohol to aromas and tastes and perfectly interpret it into their drinks. Amazing selection of alcohol, a separate vitrine for infinite types of whisky. great quality of ingredients and amazing taste exceeding your expectations. Top level of professionality and zero arrogance (which you can find in many hyped places of Berlin) Totally a five star place, just keep in mind that for this level of service obviously has a high price (from 11€ for “classic” cocktails). The only flaw i would say, you better present a detailed bill with price for each cocktail instead of just approaching with a tablet and saying the total amount to pay, people are curious to know especially when you create cocktails out of menu so you don’t know the price. Be ready to spend 40-50€ per person for a night of drinks.

Me and my boyfriend visited this bar on a sunday evening in october. Both of us loves it! The bartender was very professional, asking us what kind of drinks that we like, and made something new inspired by our amswers. The drinks were really tasty and cheap. Being a dane it is really cheap to get a cocktail with luxurious alcohol for only 7-9€!! The atmosphere, drinks and price gives 5 Big Stars!!!

Great ambiance. Great drinks. Smooth jazz enveloping you as you relax in Berlin. This should be on your "to do list" when you're chilling out in Berlin.

I took a date to this sexy, dark bar and the bartender was super friendly to explain every cocktail to us! He was really enthusiastic and made it really easy to pick out the perfect cocktail, even though my date was completely new to the ingredients. Not only did he take his time to describe each cocktail but he also asked us what our flavor preferences were. The bartenders are classically trained 'mixologists' and make high-end drinks that are expensive but really delicious. It's the perfect place to impress your date that you have exquisite taste :) This place easily compares to many of the speakeasy cocktails bars you can find in New York!

Dark and romantic atmosphere, but with a laid-back and fun vibe - reminds me a bit of the bars I used to go to when I lived in Brooklyn. Wide range of cocktails, from the classics to more adventurous original concoctions (many using house infusions), with a rotating seasonal menu. Try the Walnut Sour (with walnut-infused bourbon), Round Midnight (chili-infused Campari, Lapsang Souchong syrup, Mezcal) or ask for bartender's choice.
