Theofilos Paradise Boutique Hotel - Mytilene Lesvos Greece

Deluxe room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was average. Location was excellent for downtown Mytilini. The only problem was that the bathroom shower was to small, cruise ship sized.

Professional staff and a great location -- near the bustling port but just far enough away to be peaceful -- made this a great choice for our 2 night visit. Excellent breakfast, nice quiet reading areas indoors and out. Staff referred us to an amazing driver to take us to Plomari.

Location: 5 stars- centrally located right in the heart of old town. Minutes away from the port, major attractions, shopping, and food. Staff: 5 stars - staff was always extremely responsive and efficient in helping us solve all of our issues and helping us book last minute massages. Room: comfortable and clean. The decor is traditional and in decent condition. The bathroom was efficient and had all the amenities you need. We had a room facing the park. It could get quite noisy especially at night because a lot of younger kids will hang out there and drink. It is a public park area so nothing the hotel can really do. If you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend asking for a room not facing the park. Breakfast: Nice spread with a little of everything. Very clean and organized.

The hotel has been laid out from an old and elegant mansion and it keeps alive the charm and romance of the place ... The reception team is always helpful, available and eager to help or discuss about the town, the island, Greece and anything else ! I have very fond memories of the breakfast, which is home-cooked by the wonderful little team of ladies with local products : special mention for the σπινακόπιτα and the rice cake, among other marvels. What a nice way to start the day with such a breakfast, on the small shady terrasse, with cats, singing birds and Lesbos to discover !

Great little boutique hotel off the main track of Mytilene. Must have been an old house converted and really enjoyed it. No elevator and staircase is steep and narrow for luggage but rooms are good size and all different. Attic room is tight and low ceiling. 1 block form great little bars and restaurants and 2min walk to waterfront. GREAT breakfast buffet. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful hotel, amazing breakfast, lovely and helpful staff. The neighbourhood is a bit noisy but that's not the hotel's fault, obviously, but it is super central and close to the port. The rooftop pool is small but refreshing and empty (and so private) most of the time. Highly recommended.

We recently spent 8 days at this beautiful boutique hotel. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The location was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful. They even organised a car for us. Highly recommend this place.

Great place in the centre of Mytilene, Theo is an excellent host, provided everything we needed immediately. Food is fresh, everyday with a great selection of fruits, traditional Greek cakes, and near the hotel you can find all the shops, pubs, port in 2 min walks. Really appreaciated for all efforts they made for our pleasure during our stay, best regards from Hungary, Capt Balazs
