I had a wonderful experience with Porfirio, one of the stylists at the SoHo location. I had to put together a very specific look for an event and he was incredibly encouraging, attentive, and creative in helping me find the perfect look. Porfirio had a great eye for what works and was never pushy—just supportive and open-minded, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and fun. I appreciated the chance to experiment and try different options. Bravo to Porfirio—well done!

We got amazing advice from Oscar at this lovely store. He made me try on things I would have never guessed would suit me well. He was not pushy, just an excellent professional with a very good eye and impeccable manners.

Great place to buy classic and timeless pieces. I was assisted by Oscar who was super helpful and patient, helping me select everything I needed : based on what I picked initially he suggested alternative ideas and helped me choose what fit better. Super happy with my purchases and the experience.

Theory SoHo has very nice clothes. you give them money. they give you sharp stylish clothes. you take those clothes home and eventually wear those clothes. people compliment you on those clothes. you go back for more clothes. they happily oblige you with more sartorial choices. and the circle of expertly tailored clothing options continues. easy to shop, quality clothes, well-merchandised and conveniently located in SoHo. Theory isn’t for everyone—and that’s life

Store clerks was overly nice while browsing until I tried to exchange an item I purchased online. Both online and in-person customer service were extremely unhelpful and unresponsive. Never shopping at Theory again, I recommend buying at Nordstrom if you must purchase or skipping to Reiss / Club Monaco.

Cool team! Cool store! I was approached immediately! Team styled me up and let me hang at their coffee bar! One stop shop for me - not only did i leave with some pieces for me i was also able to get my mom, sister, dad and brother all gifts for the holidays! Definitely recommend you check it out!

I highly suggest you shop at Theory's new SoHo flagship and grab a cup of coffee from their drip bar. Team was very helpful, fun and full of energy!
