For those who haven't visited in a while, this store is now exclusively retail and no longer offers the wellness services mentioned in older reviews. Houston is lucky to have the only retail location in Texas! The store manager, Will, helped me to purchase a gift as well as additional tools to use in my massage studio. There are so many things I wish I had the unlimited budget to get now, but I love knowing that there are so many new products being launched and to look forward to. Therabody tools are some of the best on the market, so you definitely should consider the brand!

My husband and I came in to the store today to find the right fit for some new jetboots and we found exactly what we needed! JaNay helped us and she was absolutely incredible. She answered every single one of our plethora of questions, she was kind, she was fun, patient, and made our shopping experience seamless. I highly recommended this location to be able to see and try Therabody products-make sure you ask for JaNay for a great customer service experience!

Buyer beware. I purchased a $400 Theragun Elite unit and the battery stopped holding a charge at 2 1/2 years. Contacted customer service and they told me I was out of luck and the best thing to do would be to buy a new Theragun unit. These machines should last a lot longer for the price and I wish someone had told me first I was buying one.

We love visiting Reset for cryotherapy. We plan to keep our membership for a long time. Every team member is so nice each time we visit. The store is very clean and organized. We appreciate such a great team and store being so close to home! Thank you!!!

I definitely just found my best bet on the road to recovery for my injuries, including my scarred tissue! In my first experience, a consultation was given to me to survey my body. Lacey & Isaiah we’re both a great part to my experience! The services I received were the assisted stretch, massage, cryotherapy, and the compression boots. Let mind you I’m anemic and I was scared to go into the freeze chamber but they had music so it took my mind off the cold for the minute I was in there! It is now the next day and I feel the difference already! I’m gonna start going every two weeks!

I did the VIP experience, and it was such a fun and relaxing session that just helped me feel so recovered and reinvigorated. The people that work here are so knowledgeable and create such a fun, welcoming space, and the products are so high quality that it just blends to make a perfect oasis of physical restoration that really fits the name Reset. Absolutely outstanding service!!!! Laci, Nathan, Caleb, and Jacob have been a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable about my recovery needs, as well as highly knowledgeable of the different services, in regards to the specific areas I want to target. I’m already a regular here, and this place is going to be THE premiere facility, for recovery in Houston! S/O to you guys!!

From the maker of Theragun, comes Therabody. Reset by Therabody, had its soft opening at The Galleria recently. Me and a friend, Ramone Davis, were invited by our erstwhile personal trainer, Nathan Ator, to try the services. I tried the 30 minute Theragun massage, followed by a full body stretch. Ramone did a leg compression massage. We also did a 2.30 minute cryotherapy session - and it was both our first time doing so! I also sampled the Theraface massage with LED healing lights and I'm quite impressed that they created one for the face as well! Our experience was phenomenal! The prices are so affordable and their menu of services is extensive to address your needs. I liked that the Theragun had hit my problem areas that a normal massage cannot solve; the cryotherapy apparently burns 500-800 calories and resets and rejuvenates your muscles from everyday activity; the theraface massage felt so awesome that I immediately felt more toned and young looking Ramone said that the leg compression was lile a stethoscope with pressure and pulses! FYI... the cryotherapy session is at -100.10 F. Don't worry, they will garb you correctly in there! Check them out! Reset by Therabody is located inside The Galleria Houston, 2nd floor, near Saks 5th Avenue. Best to park by the brown garage! Look for Nathan or Jacob! You will not regret it! We felt soooo rejuvenated and refreshed!
