Therme 51° Hotel Physio & Spa was such a wonderful and relaxing experience, even just visiting for the day spa. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed to help you truly unwind. The thermal pools were incredibly soothing, with warm mineral rich water that instantly helped melt away tension. The atmosphere was peaceful and never felt overcrowded, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the experience at your own pace. The facilities were well maintained and comfortable, and the overall setting felt quiet and restorative. It is the perfect place to slow down, recharge, and take care of your body while surrounded by the beautiful mountain environment of Leukerbad. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so glad I made time to visit.

We have stayed for 2 nights including half board and everything was perfectly managed. Because there was an off season, we had thermal pools almost for ourselves: saunas, two hot pools and especially hot pot with temperature 42-44 degrees of Celsius, which makes unique experience combined with tons of snow around. Breakfast was rich with many cheese options and other local products like bread and jam. Dinner was 4 course and definitely kind of culinary experience.

Hotel clean and comfortable with good sized rooms .Staff engaging and helpful. Spa facilities first class. Good breakfast - overall an excellent stay. Prices do increase in peak times but for a relaxing spa hotel experience if you pick your dates very good value for money.

The thermal pools and sauna are lovely, and I especially enjoyed the three outdoor pools with different temperatures (36°, 38°, and 42°). The space and facilities are well-designed and inviting. However, the cleaning and maintenance are quite disappointing. I was genuinely shocked by how dirty the ice bath was. I almost stepped into it, as did a few others, without noticing the amount of dirt floating in the water. This level of upkeep is far below any reasonable standard, let alone the proudly promoted ‘Swiss quality’ which sounds like a joke. After noticing the ice bath, I started paying more attention and realized the thermal pools aren’t well cleaned either. You can clearly see dirt along the edges where people rest their arms. It makes me wonder how carelessly the staff are doing the cleaning. In this sense, it’s impressively bad.

If you're looking for a relaxing thermal baths experience in Leukerbad, this is the place. We reserved online a couple of days in advance, turned up and the woman behind the counter was extremely polite, courteous, and welcoming. To hire both a sauna towel and a proper towel was only 5CHFpp. There are private changing cubicles if you prefer, and the lockers are free of charge! Inside, everything was easy and straightforward, with the different saunas and baths well signposted, plenty of seating, drinking water available, and the decor felt simple but smart. Swimsuits and mandatory everywhere, which for us prudish Brits was welcome. We were there 4-6.30pm and there were only a few other people so it felt very calm and quiet, peaceful and relaxed. This place is such good value I would 100% recommend.

Its a very nice little get away spot - the hotel offers a nice breakfast and a beautiful spa! The staff is kind and welcoming!

Very bad experience with the old lady at the reception. I wanted to have access to the spa but first I needed some insight on how and what to do. She didn’t even take the time to explain me anything and was already telling me that without any reservations I can’t have access to anything. Ok fair enough. Then how can I do then ? She gave me a card and told me to sit and book online. The website being in German I asked her to help. she lost her patience with me and told me that she didn’t have time for me. Well, when your mindset is in trying to relax and going to a spa then it is very difficult to face someone communicating you her stress. I think she should have another position into this company and certainly not the spa reception.

The location is excellent. The room was very clean, and the hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast exceeded expectations. Additionally, the hotel’s spa facilities were very clean and well-maintained, allowing for a relaxing experience. It was also great that we could use the facilities until 2 PM on the day of checkout.
