Best thermal bath ever. What do I expect of places like this: -hot water -stunning views of lake and mountains -in pool bar 😅 And all of this in very affordable prices. We paid for 2 hours but stayed 4 hours! Price difference 5€ 🤣 2 nice textil saunas included. And overnight parking in our van was just 7€.

They charged 120 euros for 2 hours for 2 children and 2 adults. Even though we paid at the self-checkout twice, they still charged an additional 90 euros because the chip on our armband was active. They took a total of 150 euros. Even though we objected, they didn't even bother to look or check. For a moment, I thought I was in Türkiye, Iraq, Afghanistan, or India. This establishment is staffed by thieves and scammers. They are defrauding customers without their knowledge. I will take this matter to court, I will not let it go. The employees are sullen and don't even bother to pay attention to the customers. Don't ever, ever go there. Especially don't go with your family.

By far the best experience I’ve had in Germany. From the well-designed sections and varied temperature pools to the saunas and finally the restaurant/bar, it’s easily the best value you’ll find in the region.

Absolutely amazing experience. The entire spa area is exceptional, but the highlight for me was the theater sauna — phenomenal atmosphere with music and lights, and a truly unique experience overall. Everything felt thoughtful, relaxing, and high-quality. I would definitely come back.

The best spa on Lake Constance. We took 4 hours for the thermal part of the spa and it cost us 33€ per person because it was a weekend. You will receive an electronic wristband with which you can open lockers, pay at the bar, enter the spa or sauna area. In that area you have 4-5 different pools with different waters, one dry sauna, one steam sauna, a sports pool, a slide for children (of course also for adults). There is a bar inside the pool and a restaurant on the first floor. You have parking right next to the building or two minutes from the building.

I spent a whole day at the therme the water is very warm , the staff there very nice&friendly place is clean Let's not forget the nice view over the lake Constance

Ordered the private spa "wellness" package. It took a whole week to actually book a timeslot after having paid. No descriptions/instructions sent after booking. No instructions given after arriving. We were left to figure out everything, always asking for further information and receiving very little. On top of that the private spa is a spa bath a shower and a very weak steam room. Don't waste your money. 2 stars only for one helpful lifeguard and the massage was good. Otherwise very bad experience.

The facility itself is truly beautiful, but unfortunately my experience was ruined by the reception staff. Both young receptionists were clearly inexperienced and showed very little professionalism. It was my first time visiting, yet I received no guidance or explanation about how things worked. When I asked for help, they seemed annoyed, impatient, and made me feel like I was bothering them just by asking simple questions. Such a shame, because the place is stunning, but with this kind of unwelcoming attitude it will also be my last visit.
