Yelp
This is honestly one of my favorite vegan Vietnamese spots, mainly because this is mom and pop shop with great value, top notch taste, and is fast! I still need to try more dishes, because the ones I had chosen were so good that I've kept getting them. Here are some of my favorites:
3 item combo: If you get it for here, it comes with a small salad as well and spicy soy sauce. I have to get their vegan "egg" which is made from bean curd sheets. I've also gotten their sour soup and bitter melon soup which are all very good. The bitter melon soup is not mild in the bitter taste, but for those who like bitter melon it's great. They have a spicy chicken and veggie pork which are all good choices as well. Besides they veggie meats, they have eggplant and greens.
Noodles soups are hot and fresh. They give a hearty portion of the raw veggies (bean sprouts, basil, cabbage) to add to the soups. They have a good amount of vegetables and veggie meats as well in them. They definitely do not skimp out on the ingredients. Their spring rolls are also delicious especially the nem nuong or pork spring rolls.
I must say one of their hallmarks is their sandwiches. Most places have the standard "pork"/fried tofu shreds or just tofu. They have veggie beef, chicken, tuna, or combo. They also have the pork shreds as well. They have a freezer stock full of different vegan meats, and they are conscious for the Buddhists that don't eat garlic or onion. On request, they will omit those.
I could go on and on, but in short, the service is courteous and fast, the food is delicious, it's a mini market for frozen/pantry goods, and it's a great value. The combo and dishes are around 7.50-8.
