Thien Nga Hotel

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location within easy walking distance of most attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooms have balconies. The rooms at the rear are quiet. We stayed mid December and only a few of the rooms were occupied. The view would have been nice but for a large area of adjacent land covered with building rubble and general rubbish. There are mugs in the room but no kettle, so not sure why mugs are provided. A kettle to make tea would be a big bonus.

A great budget hotel. It is as the pictures show. The rooms are spacious clean and well appointed. Bed very comfy. Shower had good pressure and lots of hot water. Breakfast a basic menu but freshly cooked and very nice. It's easy walking distance to all the attractions but lovely and quiet too. The staff are lovely. Kind and helpful. There are several good restaurants close by and a minimart directly next door. I would have given 5 stars but the only downside is there are no tea and coffee facilities in the room. Unlimited down in the dining room in the morning but nothing on the room.

All hotels are really very good in Vietnam. This one was average of the very good. We enjoyed our stay here and were offered good service. The pool was cold but easy to get in. The breakfasts were also good. Fruit, eggs and bread. to go along with coffee or tee. The rooms were kept clean. *** just a few step for handicapped. Would return

We stayed 3 nights at Thien Nga during the week between Christmas and New Years. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful in helping find things to do in Hoi-An and solving a few problems we had. Great breakfast and you can order as much as you want off the menu. The rooms were very clean but are starting to get a little worn. They will need some updating soon, Our only complaint is that the towels and sheets were a little threadbare and we did not get hand towels. FIxing that will make Thien Ngu a top budget hotel. My wife had a terrible head cold and was feeling pretty lousy while waiting 4 hours to go to the airport. THey were so kind and rented us a room at a discount where she could take a nap and recover a bit prior to our next journey. I call that Great Service!

The hotel is in a great location, very close to all the central sights. Quiet and cozy, exceptionally clean. The staff spoke good English and was very helpful. The breakfast was very good too. There’s just one disadvantage, there’s no lift in the hotel so it’s difficult to climb the stairs with a huge suitcase. But it’s normal not to have a lift in an old town like Hoi An plus the staff helped me with my luggage. Recommended!

A very nice great value hotel close to all the attractions of Hoi An. Lovely friendly kind staff, well appointed good sized rooms, clean, very comfy beds, great powerful and hot showers. Nice balconies to spend some time out. Basic but very good breakfast all cooked to order and very fresh. I would have given 5 star if the rooms had tea and coffee facilities. They don't and it's the only let down.

The hotel offers big, functional and clean room. The bathroom is certainly a cut above what you can reasonably expect for this price range.||The location is easily accessible, convenient in a quiet street just off the main tourist areas.||The breakfast is generous and tasty- had the banana pancake, omelette and fruit salad.||We booked most of our activities ourselves as we were quite familiar with the place but the staff does a great job at maintaining the place very neatly. ||Overall good stay.|

Highly recommend this hotel. Moved here from another property because it was damp and musty. Staff was very helpful in contacting a doctor when my wife became ill. This was especially helpful being the Tet holiday and most offices were closed. Rooms are very clean, water is hot, beds comfortable, free breakfast in the mornings offer many options, and very close to the old city and other attractions. Would definitely stay here on a return trip.
