Don‘t trust the images on booking.com! We wanted to stay for two nights but left after the first one. Mold in the bathroom and the curtains, absolutely disgusting. Stains on the sheets and the mattress was beyond keeping. It looked more like a hammock. The first impression seems very nice and the staff is friendly but everything is filthy. In my breakfast soup was a dead fly and old meat. Kindly they refunded us both nights but acted like this is news to them. If you read more reviews you can tell they knew about these problems for several months!!! Surely the 10 star reviews are bought to keep the ranking.

I would highly recommend to avoid this place. Location is great but it was super noisy. The rooms facing the “garden” get a lot of noise from the paddle center next to it you can hear people playing even from 5 am. There is also loud music until midnight coming from places nearby. Although they were nice i believe they change their name because of the bad reviews. The place does not look like the photos it is old and not very clean. Location is perfect but this is equivalent to a hostel 1/2 stars back in Europe. Definitely not a 4 star hotel

There is nothing like a boutique hotel. Unpleasant, small and not very clean room (despite supposed daily cleaning). Lack of towels They put pillows without pillowcases. Common areas are not very clean. Very bad breakfast with no options. Expensive for what it is. The only exception is the friendliness of the staff, although most of them barely speak English.

Great location walking distance to old town, but the rooms are terrible. The bathroom is dirty, and the loose stone feature on the floor mean it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Grubby mirror, caked on grime around the floor. The air conditioning makes a horrible smell, and the beds are terrible, very old mattresses with lumpy toppers. I was staying with friends, we booked 3 rooms and they were all bad - dirty and terrible beds. With new mattresses and a good clean, this place could be decent!

- Room: The table was dirty when I first check in, the bathroom is smelly and all the rocks have mold on it. During my stay, they only come in to change towels and “tidy up” the bed, didn’t change the sheet even though I stayed for 3 nights, didn’t clean the floor, it was still dirty when I come back after a day out - Service : I have a baby and was on my own when I checked in, no one offered to help with the luggages even there were 2 staffs just talking together at the time. - Amenity : The glass bottle of water in room is free, however was obvious reused, you can see the seal was opened and glued back again, who knows who has drink directly from the bottle? Did they wash it throughly and what kind of water they put in there. - Location : Not far from old town but all the paths to get there you will have cross the street many times, def not recommend if you have kids or not used to cross street in Vietnam

We had high expectations booking a boutique hotel. The reviews on booking.com seemed promising but once arrived it was a little disappointing for the price. Mold on the walls next to the bathtub, dirty bathroom and lots of dust on the floor. The water pressure in the bathroom was bad. Partly no hot water in the shower. We booked another hotel for the rest of our stay in Hoi An and are super happy. The price was half, the staff were awesome and the room was incredible. All in contrast to this hotel. We pointed out our unhappiness to the manager through WhatsApp. Passing by the reception several times the staff didn’t approach us once. Disappointing customer experience. You can find better places for cheaper money.

Honestly, I wasn’t satisfied with the experience. I was initially told one price for the tour, but in the end, it turned out to be something different. On top of that, there was a lot of confusion—someone asked me for my address to send a taxi, but then the poor driver didn’t even have the address and didn’t know where to take me. Very little help, everything was unclear and hard to understand. It ended up being quite a mess, and I have to say I didn’t enjoy it at all.

Great location. Rooms dark.Shower dripping out and plaster falling of the ceiling. Breakfast is a joke, uncooked pancakes and something that is supposed to resemble an omelette. Complained to staff as I had plaster in my hair when taking a shower and had to wait an hour for the worst breakfast ever, got 10% discount, even though they agreed it was bad, even more of an insult! |Don’t recommend staying her, they are so much nicer places down this road. Charge you for bikes that are poor quality. The hotel has two names as in the process of changing hands, also called Raon Hotel
