I loved my experience at the restaurant and really enjoyed the food. My only comment would be, for the rice to be sticky jasmine rice that’s quite suitable and authentic to Thai cuisine, the rice we received was regular rice which seemed strange. and to elevate the experience especially since the prices are quite premium. By elevate I mean it would be nice to have the rice served out of bamboo baskets, and for the plates to have a more authentic kind of feel just to give it all a rounded feeling, the architecture of the space is beautiful, the view is too, and the taste of the food, I feel the plating and serving should be an experience too, since the plating was really normal.

We went for brunch and it was an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The service was just as great, with the staff being super attentive and friendly. And to top it all off, the views of Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa made everything even more special. Recommended ✅

Outstanding Thai restaurant in a beautiful hotel overlooking the Burj. We had a stunning meal with delicious drinks whilst being able to watch the fountain show. Fantastic place but be sure to book well in advance. 10/10

What a great experience!! Dew and Lahm made this evening an unforgettable one! Food and Drinks are amazing, the same applies to service and hospitality of the entire Thiptara staff. When we will be back in Dubai, we will come again to enjoy the outdoor seating on the platform (Currently closed due to Lake maintenance).Thanks for an awsome evening!!

Amazing location and atmosphere to have dinner with a view of the Burj Khalifa. We had amazing service, they went above and beyond and even upgraded us from sitting inside to sitting out on the terrace for the perfect view of the fountains. The food was delicious and our favourite dinner of the trip!

This was my second visit, and I’m thoroughly disappointed—not just with the food, but also with the service and hospitality. I never expected such poor quality from a high-end restaurant. When I reported that I found a piece of chicken in a prawn-based dish, the manager's response was, "Where did that come from?" I was not only taken aback, but utterly dumbfounded by the audacity of the response. None of the dishes I ordered contained chicken, nor could I have possibly introduced it to the plate myself. The quality of the food felt as though we were being served leftovers or scraps from what was left in the kitchen for the night. The tom yum soup was overly salty, and plates that are usually garnished generously with cashews had only a few pieces this time. Nothing was done to rectify or improve our experience. What was once an extraordinary dining experience with delicious food turned into a completely disappointing one. What made it worse was that we arrived hungry and genuinely excited to enjoy the same high-quality meal we had previously. Unfortunately, it fell far below expectations.

Beautiful restaurant. My partner proposed to me at this restaurant, and it’s a moment I’ll never forget… The atmosphere was perfect, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly sweet and thoughtful with us. Even if the fountains was under maintenance, it did nothing to diminish the charm and beauty of our evening Truly a special place!
