I went to this store last Sunday afternoon and was shocked by the terrible customer service. I was greeted with a cold "hello" and a blank, expressionless face. The lady stayed glued to her screen, didn’t say another word, didn’t even look at me or turn her head while I was browsing. It felt like I was interrupting her focus time just by being there.
