for a store in Harajuku I was expecting the staff to be very stand offish and rude, as experienced with other stores, but the staff in thisisneverthat were so nice! they kept complementing my sneakers which was a bonus, super helpful in grabbing what I was looking for. Only downside is you can’t try stuff on which I do and don’t understand, but despite that, a great shopping experience nonetheless.

Must get when you’re there: Tokyo exclusive tee!!!!! 🤩 It was still available when I visited on 28 June. Priced at ¥8000. Not going to lie, it was intimidating to shop alone with that many staff standing around. But I was assisted by a lady with long blonde hair. She was attentive, soft spoken and kind. Overall good shopping experience!

We went there and bought a pair of pants yesterday. The shop is quite compact compared to the one in Seoul. In general, I agreed with what others’ve said which is the male staffs on the group floor seem to care more about standing there looking “cool” and even being passively aggressive towards customers, rather than helping them. So I’d not recommend for any random visit.

I didn’t buy anything here but the male staff wearing frameless glasses was SO SWEET and 10/10 customer service - he offered to go out of the way to throw our rubbish. I would have bought something if I saw something cute :”)

The service was unsatisfactory, and it felt as if the staff had no intention of selling the products.

Cool clothing pieces with lots of variety and good quality, nice people who helped and gave sizing advice. ☺️
