Had an amazing experience with my recent visit to the store, especially with Aaron and Gerrard (or George, hope I got your name correctly hahah). Both super professional and helped me with getting my suit tailored perfectly, even thought it wasn't bought straight at the store. The store looks amazing too and its definitely worth a visit. Everyone there was always super welcoming with each of my visit.

I had a wonderful experience at the store when I visited London this June. Was initially just browsing around to check the latest collection, but the perfume offerings caught my eye. Their sales associate, Mauro, was super-friendly and knowledgable about the product that I ended up purchasing a perfume gift box so I could test out each variant.

Compared to other luxury brand stores, the Thom Browne store goes the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and a valued customer. I've visited on several occasions this past year and on every visit I have always been offered a drink and have been greeted with warm smiles by all members of staff. The staff make an effort to remember your name, your occupation and interests to build a genuine rapport with their customers. Would highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Mark, Meg or Tom - who have always provided me with exemplary service and advice on all their products.

Mark and Sandra are both great sales clerks and great people. The store does not carry all items but it's hard to justify going to another TB outlet due to the incomparable experience at this store.

Eric was a fantastic host - he knew all about the brand and told me all sorts of stories. The clothing is great quality and really original.

Had an issue with a 240 pound leather wallet and was to go away as I had no receipt as it was a gift so I haven’t got one I feel that when you purchase an item from a top quality designer and there’s an issue then it will be sorted well not from TB you’d get better service from Primark Just be aware if things do go array with a TB product and you may not have kept your receipt then TB aren’t interested as with me they literally told me to go away
