Thon Hotel Brønnøysund

I stayed at Thon Hotel Brønnøysund for one night before embarking on a vessel and one night after disembarking, during a business trip. While my stay was short, the overall impression was very positive.||The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the start. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied, and a perfect way to start the day. The environment inside the hotel was calm and quiet, making it easy to rest, which I really appreciated after long travel days.||I did not experience the full housekeeping service due to the short duration of my stay, but I saw the cleaning staff in action and the standards looked good. The location is also very convenient for travelers, with easy access to the town and connections.||Overall, this hotel provided exactly what I needed: comfort, quiet, good food, and professional service. I would recommend it both for short business stays and for travelers looking for a peaceful base in Brønnøysund.

Stayed at Thon Hotel Brønnøysund for a short business trip and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, the breakfast excellent, and the hotel was quiet and comfortable. Convenient location and good overall atmosphere — perfect for short stays or business travelers.

The service, the food and the rooms are as you can expect, and the same as you get on 90% of Norwegian Hotels.||||Nothing separates them in neither a good or a bad way.||||They used to have a juice machine in the breakfast area that I loved, and that actually did separate them from other hotels in regards of breakfast experience. But they have now removed it.

Parking at the hotel. Check in ok. Very colourful room. Restaurant is a bit dark, food was not what we orderd. We had the impression that some ingredients were not available and replaced by others. Breakfast was good.

We loved this hotel! The staff is very profesjonel and helpful, is near the hurtigruten and city senter, Kiwi is near also.

Restaurant is closed on Sundays so the concierge recommended a place that delivers to your room, got a tasty dinner. Very friendly and helpful. Spacious enough for my wheelchair, but not by much (my fault for not double checking I booked the wheelchair accessible room). Spacious enough bath tho. Overall happy with my stay.

Nice breakfast, some staff are but some are not. The kick their guests out.

Lovely comfortable hotel, pleasant, friendly helpful staff, wide ranging breakfast buffet with lovely food. Our only problem is that the hot food in the buffet tends to be tepid because they have no effective way to keep it hot. Apart from that, totally splendid.
