My wife and I spent two nights here as we traveled around northern Norway. We had some minor issues with the front desk, but overall the hotel was very good. The place was sold out so you should try to book early.||The location is perfect. It’s in the heart of town and very close to restaurants and tourist sights.||We had a superior room that was huge and very nice. It was very clean and we got a few English language tv channels which was a nice surprise.||The breakfast buffet was excellent.||Mixed results with the front desk. The young woman who helped us with taxi issues for our Hurtigruten ferry was excellent. The woman who checked us in, though, was incompetent - failed to take our credit card, told us nothing about the hotel, breakfast, where our room was, etc. When we checked out there was no one at the front desk so we had to check out via phone calls and emails. Had we given them our credit card at check-in we could have avoided the follow up issues.||The check-in and out process was bad but everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again.
