Thorington Theatre

Wonderful amphitheatre tucked away in the forest. Came here for the first time to see Austentatious who were hilarious. Its a beautifully thought out venue. Really loved it and hope to see something there again.

Had an amazing night singing and dancing along to XPlosion motown. Great venue and can't wait to return and see Xplosion again.

We go all the time. Absolutely love it. Beautiful surroundings. Excellent parking. Comfortable and welcoming. Super staff. Sound and lighting is really really good. Nice bar. I struggle to think of any ways to improve it really. A really memorable experience, every time we go. Haven't yet been when it's rained though....look out for that.

Really enjoyed tonight's performance of HMS Pinafore from Illyria Outdoor Theatre. Amazing venue.

Wonderful venue literally in the woods. A great place to perform and a magical experience for the audience

We love Thorington Theatre, we went to see The Comedy Store Players, they were excellent, performing short plays on what the audience suggested it was very funny. We will be going back again to this unique theatre in the woods.

Beautiful setting in the woods. You can bring a picnic and enjoy before the show in the meadow. They have a bar at the seating area. Bring cushions or festival chairs for more comfort as the amphitheater seating is wood.

Superb theatre in the woods. So relaxed and welcoming - amazing atmosphere. Well worth a visit. Definitely take a cushion and something warmer for the evenings. Try the ice lollies too - very tasty interval snack. Toilets are very eco friendly. It was nice to see dogs welcome. Will be sure to return - thank you for having us!
