Excellent place, a hotel located in a medieval house. Efficient air con, comfortable mattresses, modern nice bathrooms and an English style breakfast buffet serving everything from scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages to fruit sallad, yoghurts, bread and pastries.

Great staff. Fine breakfast. Clean modern room with great shower. Lovely window looking down to the street. Safe garage for our bikes. Thanks

Excellent location right in the ancient heart of the city, just a few steps from the main square and... because it is important to us, very close to Masné Krámy :-) Truly old medieval building, well equipped and clean rooms, pleasant staff and good breakfast service, together with the original but obvious design of Three Pears (the old house emblem), these are all reasons we are regular guests here.

Hotel is situated in the city center, parking in garage provided, but it requires skills with bigger car (has volvo v70),quiet area, room was clean, with kitchen, very comfortable, walk distance to city center, staff friendly

Fabulous fabulous fabulous. Incredibly friendly receptionist who speaks perfect English and was incredibly helpful and friendly and even remembered my name and greeted me whenever I walked by. We even chatted for a bit about the opera and the philharmonic in České Budějovice. The rooms were incredibly modern and clean and the breakfast is the best I ever had in the Czech Republic. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in the Hotel – the room was absolutely lovely! The idea of the three pear sign at the historic buildings facade weaves through the whole hotel concept in a clever and funny way that keeps you smiling. The breakfast buffet was very tasty. There are plenty of bike spaces at the Hotel Garage, so we highly recommend the Hotel for bike travellers.

Clean, convenient location in the old town, pedestrian area. Has private parking available at a cost. Breakfast adequate to category. Very slow lift, but at least available. Room decoration very basic and not particularly appealing, but efficient and new. Feather pillow very thin, ask for extra. Fast check in and check out.

We have been there as a family in Juli 2018. The rooms were tidy, but a big drawback was the toilet in the middle of the room with open roof. So when you went to the toilet the whole room could listen - not that nice for a family or business trip! The location of the apartment is great
