Great location. It was an easy drive into the . I had a nice shady spot. My dog enjoyed splashing at the watering hole. The bathrooms were clean. It was a great stay . I especially want to mention the maintenance man, Michael. My camper broke down and he immediately came to my rescue and got me back on the road. He went above and beyond!

Overall Rating: 1 star (Avoid this campsite!) My recent stay at the hideaway was unfortunately a very disappointing experience, particularly due to the issues with site #15 and the abysmal customer service. Regarding site #15, it was found to be poorly maintained, lacked adequate space, had overgrown vegetation, was excessively muddy. The site did not match its online description and seemed overpriced. It lacked basic amenities, and the facilities were dirty broken non-functional, causing "reliance on unreliable alternatives, a shortened stay, unexpected expenses The customer service was also terrible. Staff members were rude, unresponsive, dismissive, unprofessional, unhelpful, when addressing site problems and other concerns. Attempts to resolve issues were met with a dismissive attitude, no follow-up, a flat-out refusal to help, accusations of lying, resulting in frustration. The overall experience was frustrating, showing that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this campground. In conclusion, due to the unacceptable condition of site #15 and the poor customer service, the hideaway is not recommended. It's unfortunate that a place with potential could be so poorly managed, leaving campers feeling exploited and unheard. Alternative options will be considered in the future.

Google
We found this campground and booked here based on proximity to Sequoia. It is a super easy drive into the park, close to town, restaurants and groceries. The sites were a little close together but that wasn’t an issue for us. Bathrooms were clean and laundry worked out great. The kids loved the swimming hole as well. The owners were very friendly and accommodating!

Google
The swimming hole by the river at the back of the property is so cool all blocked off with some water flowing through. Little beach area too. The kids and dogs loved it! This place was great for us. We were visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon. This is super close. Clean shows and bathrooms. We had some vehicle trouble and they accommodated us so easily to other spots in case we needed another night. We thank you!!! Only negative is the spots are pretty close together.

Google
This is a great place to camp. It is a bit hot in the summer, but the swimming area provides a nice reprieve. Mosquitoes were minimal and stars were incredible. Lots of wildlife: bear, deer, wild turkey, quail, hawk, and many other birds. It’s a great place to camp!!

Google
Pros: Friendly, helpful, & accommodating staff! Good location being close to Sequoia National Park & restaurants/shops in the Village of Three Rivers. Affordable; a nice option for those who haven't planned on, or that do not wish to, camp within the crowded National Park and for those who don't want to be overcharged for a hotel room in town. Cons: Sites are extremely close together, less than 10 yards apart. Therefore, if you have noisy neighbors, good luck getting a good nights rest. There are only two bathrooms (one for each sex) and one shower in each of those bathrooms; you may have to wait awhile to use it if the campground is busy. This campground is really designed for camping trailers & RVs and is not well suited for tent/car campers. Overall, it'll work out for a night or two, but I don't think an extended stay here will be enjoyed, especially during summer tourist season & weekends.

Google
Stayed at Three Rivers Hideaway for 2 nights and was very satisfied with the condition. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We did rafting too which they offered us with a discount - highly recommended activity for any thrill seekers. There were a few toilets and a few showers, all of them clean and maintained, so there was no need to queue.

Google
Warning ⚠️ Security staff Michael was passive, aggressive and Racist! Campsite under new management deal with it, as we were told by security Michael. Security Michael, made sure to reprimand us ever chance he got. He consistently mentioned he was watching our family through the cameras. Cameras are set up around the bathroom and campsite. We reserve two site and was told at booking that was OK. When we got there immediately was told different. Please take notice in the written review. Last names within different descent, then Caucasian, we're treated awful. Campsite felt like a run down trailer park.

Yelp
We recently stayed at Three Rivers Hideaway for 5 nights at the end of July-early August. We chose this RV park because of its close proximity to the Sequoia entrance. It's a small RV park with a mixture of people camping in RV's, tents and full-time residents. We stayed in spot 15 which is a full hookup site. The site was nice with gravel, a concrete pad with picnic table and a fire pit. We ended up only going to Sequoia for one day. We were kinda worried what we would do for the remainder of our visit and actually thought about going home early. We changed our minds once we decided to take advantage of the water access from the property's beach. We inflated our river tubes and floated the rest of the days away. My wife and 10 year old son decided to take a whitewater rafting trip offered on the property by Sequoia Adventures and loved it. We ended up making some great memories while we were there and we'd definitely stay there again. I don't think we'll ever visit Sequoia again, but we would head up that way for the whitewater rafting and to float in their pool of river water. There are also a couple of camp kitties that live in the campground. One in particular would come visit us and sleep on our chairs. Fluffy's visits were throughly enjoyed by many people in the campground and not just us. I didn't use the campground bathrooms or showers, but I saw the being cleaned every morning and included them in my photos in case anyone can find them helpful.

Yelp
We arrived just after Sunset, The Sunset view from Lake Kaweah is amazing. Checked in with Dave, I can not say enough about Dave and His wife and the Staff at Three River's Hideaway. We had a tire we need to get fixed, they recommended Miguel @MonkeyWrench. They we great host for our stay. Definitely have it together. They are right on the Kaweah River and it was amazing. Kudos to Dave and his Family.

Paula O.

Yelp
We had a great time here at Three Rivers. The staff was amazing and really helped us out when we needed it. The bathrooms and showers were clean and also the campground. And only 4 miles from the entrance of Sequoia National Park. We will definitely comeback again

Roxanne A.

Yelp
First time staying here and it was so peaceful and quiet. It's very private with its own private "beach". Kids loved it. Can't wait for the summer to go back.

Lizet B.

Yelp
I don't recommend this place they are very racist with Latinos and they say it's full and they don't even have people, terrible service, you can't even park for a while, they already running you

Yelp
Very clean campground, friendly staff & a beautiful spot down by the river to enjoy with family. The showers are clean & bathrooms too.

Yelp
This RV site was great; couldn't be better. Full hook-ups available, as well as, dry camping sites for tent camping. The facilities were clean (shower had plenty of hot water and free for those staying in the RV resort. Trees on the sites for some shade (partial). They also sold ice (7 and 20 lb bags. Great location to Sequoia National Park. And, there is a white water rafting co. right in the premise for super convenience. The part part is the river is right along the property. Lots of rocks but water shoes will do the trick. The water is unpredictable but the current seems to bring a tuber back to the shore. I would recommend this place to my friends and I would definitely go there again. ***price is prefect and we had no problems with calling for reservations ahead of time (Week of 4th of July)

Nathaniel R.

Yelp
The location is great, only 4 miles to the Foothill entrance to Sequoia NP, and the owners/ management are friendly. The tent sites are narrow. You can hear everything from your neighbors (even their whispers). The grounds are a mix of permanent lived-in trailers, mobile homes, travel trailers, RVs, and tents. Trees/shade and grass are sparse, but we saw many visitors with EZ-UPS. The restrooms and showers were maintained, and the Wi-Fi was strong: A huge plus since cell service is poor to non-existent in this area.

Yelp
Such mixed feelings for this place. I love that it has access to aswim area (boring after a couple hours but super cooling in a hot day). Do not expect privacy. The sites are right next to each other. The lady was very nice but the man was rude. Apparently the speed limit is 5mph, which they decided to enforce at 8:30pm. We were driving 7 MPH!!! Coming off of a 40mph rd. Some woman (not the same kind lady) started yelling at us to slow down, we told her we were going 7mph, and a man in golf cart came up to us tell us we were going too fast. Meanwhile it is now 9pm and it is loud and surrounded by people laughing and music. Such hypocrites!!! "Don't go 2miles over the speed limit but it is fine to keep everyone awake". Their sign says 5 mph children playing. But if children are playing at 9 PM at night then there is a bigger problem at hand. I would love to say I would want to come back here, but for the lack of shade, the tiny spots, and the rude people here whom they favorite, I would not come here again, nor would I suggest anyone else to come here. The only reason why it got three stars and not two stars is because the lady at the front is a wonderful woman who is sweet and kind.

Yelp
Site is decent. The campsites are small and they have a table and fire ring. They have somewhat bigger sites down closer to the small water area but overall it's a nice place. They provide WiFi and bathrooms have showers. The people that work here are nice as well. We enjoyed our time here for sure.

Yelp
Visited this RV park back in Feb/2021. We booked the reservation in December 2020. We towed a 20 ft trailer. The RV park is a mix of permanent residents and visitors. There are full e/w/s hooks upd, s/w, and plain tent sites. There are restrooms, showers, and a small laundry facility on site. The grounds were decent. The lots were stacked, but there were trees for shade and plenty of space for kids to play. There water hole nearby was a perfect place to let kids romp around. The management was friendly. The booking was easy, I did leave a message a few times and the owner was quick to respond. The office had a total mom/pop feel, leather chair with an oak desk. He was always available, even when the 2nd family in our party arrived closer to midnight, he was available and helped troubshoot electrical connections. The RV park has no frills. But that's okay. The 15 mins drive to Sequoia National Park entrance made up for it!

Yelp
Staff helped me figure my way out of a real pickle when the trail I wanted to hike was closed. Also the rate was only $15 (shoulder season weeknight). Bathrooms are clean and they have showers, laundry, WiFi
google avatar

Yelp
Stayed here for three nights and had a blast. Carol and Dave are very kind people. There's wifi, showers, and laundry on site - what more could you want? :)

Kara S.

Yelp
Dirt no trees, disappointed. I wish we would have no this before we drove 4 hours. Luckily we got the best site under one tree lol

Yelp
My husband booked our reservation. We pulled in and I immediately wondered what he had done. The campground is a mix of small buildings, single wide mobile homes, permanent trailers and motor homes, rented spaces, tent camping and random abandoned cars. The spaces are small with your neighbors septic right outside your door and by your picnic table. Sites are clean with fire pits and small swimming hole in the shallow river was a delightful evening walk. I don't think we will return to the area after seeing all the sights.

Yelp
Have been meaning to write a review about this AWESOME lil place! Carol and Dave are the greatest Camp Hosts I have come across to date I felt like part of the " pack" from the moment I arrived. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again when I return to see the majestic Sequoias. Thank you again for all of your Hospitality and for the laughs and libations. You guys and your place is wonderful, can't wait to return!! Blessings to you both Eniko ;) Highly recommend

Yelp
I will start this off by stating that I have not actually been to this establishment so this review is only based off the customer service. I made reservations a while back that ended up not working out and I need to cancel. I have attempted to call and cancel my reservations for over a week (I've called at least 6 different times now) and I am never able to get anyone to answer the phone. I realize this is a small establishment, but this is the basics business. If something as simple as answering the phone, at least one of the six or so times I've called, then I don't think I want to find out how the rest of the place is. **Update: They finally did call me back and I was able to cancel my reservation. Still keeping the two star review though as it took almost a full week to resolve when it should have only taken a couple minutes.

Yelp
The location and amenities are fine and, in my opinion, a good deal for the price. The customer service, on the other hand, is awful, aside from Ivan in the front office. Ivan was friendly and helpful. Then there's the guy who rides around in a golf cart looking for a reason to be rude to customers. It's a good thing we only booked for one night, because it was very clear in just that brief time that we were not welcome. I had two interactions with the man in the golf cart. The first was down by the swimming area. He rudely informed me that music is not allowed in that area and asked if I received a list of the rules. I responded that I did not and he said he'd get me one, rudely, and sped off. He never brought me a list of rules. I can appreciate that some guests might not want to hear others' music, and therefore it's discouraged in common areas like the swimming hole. I was happy to comply. What was completely unnecessary was his attitude. My second interaction with the same staff member (or maybe he's the owner based on what I see in some other reviews) was the next morning as we were packing up to leave. Once again he pulled up in his cart, and rather than speaking to my husband who is Mexican and was standing about five feet away from him, he pointed at me and motioned to me, the white person in the family, to come over to him. There was no greeting or friendly inform of his expectation. He told me that our kiddie pool was a problem. (This weekend the heat was at 108 both days and we have a small blow up pool that we put about 3 inches of water in for my four year old to splash around while we were preparing meals etc at the RV. Even with our AC it was unbearably hot in the RV.). I let the staff member know that I was aware of the water shortage in CA and that's why we only put in a little water in the pool. Then I mentioned that we were leaving anyway and he sped away. These may seem like pretty minor interactions, but my family and I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable due to the rude way this man spoke to me. We will not be back to the Three Rivers Hideaway. I also don't know that I have enough information to say that he was being racist, but based on what I see in some of the other reviews here, along with the way he completely ignored my husband, I have a suspicion. Know what you are getting yourself into when you stay here.

Yelp
Awesome spot right outside of Sequoia! The owners are incredibly kind and hospitable. Peaceful, quiet, and close to all the best adventures

Yelp
Decided to go camping last minute. Emailed with Dave and booked on the phone. The staff is very welcoming. Had a great time. The bathrooms are clean , even the porta potties. I loved the location to the sequoias. The river with the beach was so peaceful. Thank you Dave and staff for making us feel so welcome !

Yelp
Office staff was nice, we were able to relocate our space to a more shady one. The water hole on campgrounds made the entire difference staying fresh while visiting in July. Facilities were clean. Rafting trips are picked up on campgrounds as well. We enjoyed our stay.
google avatar

Yelp
The owner is a total jerk. Very rude not just as in customer service but also seemed like a rude person in general. I had an emergency situation happen right at the entrance of this place, and the owner came out very rude telling me to move and he can careless about my emergency. I was blocking his driveway a he told me I was treaspassing. Like I can control where I have an emergency. I would of been out there within 2 minutes but he demanded that I move ASAP and was extremely rude. If you have other choices I would advise to go elsewhere. Any other place would be better choice than this.

Yelp
Spent 3 days rent camping with my son home from college. It was just as advertised, right on the river, clean baths and showers, friendly staff, cheap Ice and less than 5 miles from Sequoia National Park entrance. Would highly recommend the Sequoia Adventures White water rafting outfit located in the same campground. Shout out to our guide Gina...looking forward to taking on class IV and V Rapids next time!

Yelp
Dave is a cool dude. Meet him in the evening if you have the chance. RV spots are tiny. Your awning almost touches your neighbor. Not level. Bring your leveling blocks. Rock sites keep the dust down. Has cable tv. WiFi is only near the office and it's okish. This is the closet camping place just before entering sequoia. In the park I did not see full hookups when looking and the few national park campgrounds that we looked at. There is a stream area just below the campground to cool off in the summer. I'm sure it's tiny when the water slows. The river is past that through a large rocky area. It is close to grocery stores and a hardware store. There are restaurants close but none have more the 4 stars. This is a good place to camp if your touring sequoia and Kings canyon. (SEKI). If your rig is over 22 feet I recommend you rent a car in Visalia. You can spend 7 days or more in the park and not see everything. Get the papers from the first ranger station about 10 miles from this campground, look at the map and plan your da We probably won't be back. It's great if you want power and sewer outside the park but the transit system and free toilets/ showers in the park over weigh these amenities. If you want to white water raft and see the park come here.
google avatar

Jessica C.

Yelp
The shaded RV spots are really pleasant and there's a nice calm beach off the river below the campground. Great for relaxing and good place for kids to swim. The staff was very friendly and helped us solve some issues. Plus It is really close to the national park entrance. You will need to drive into three rivers for food or supplies. It's a bit far to walk into town and it's a busy road. Just be aware there is limited ATT cell service and the WiFi is not reliable. Overall a great place to relax!

Nadia C.

Yelp
We were camping this weekend. The staff was very flexible with my dates since had to make arrangements due to work. Easy check in. Very friendly staff. Portable restrooms were super clean. Clean showers. Clean sites but small size. More trees for shade would be better. Unfortunately because the drought the water is limited. Since this campground is pet friendly, my dog was able join us camping and enjoy the river!

Yelp
Real mature Dave this is not a " laughable matter" as you mentioned. And as far as being ignored. I'm sorry you felt that way but nobody was ignoring you or drove past you on purpose. I assure you. We are not "rebels" we've never had a problem with anyone else other than you and your place of business. When entering your campsite it is terribly unorganized it honestly looks like you guys are camping outside like everyone else. We had no idea there was even a office or check in. I've drove past without checking in before with no problems.. No need for lies Dave, no one chased us down ??? We were confused as to why we had to leave after only being there for nearly two hours. There was no communication. Like I said very unprofessional. I've never experienced anything like this before. If yelp would've allowed it, Dave would've deleted our post immediately. Way to make up a story and put the blame on your customers, thanks for reassuring it was "our fault", "people like us". I just don't understand. Juveniles? We were simply enjoying ourselves in our own space. Literally. Just sitting in our chairs. There wasn't even alcohol or music involved. Im so puzzled by the whole incident. Thank god nothing escalated. We left on demand. All I ask is that you take your own words of advice and please treat others the way you'd like to be treated. Please be kind to our following brothers and sisters that may come your way.

Yelp
I've been to a lot of campground and this is one of the better campground out there. The bathrooms are clean. There is a laundry room and showers. We stayed in the partial hookup. Water and electric but no sewer. They have a dump station that you can dump for free. They have a fire pit for s'mores. There is a river/lake that you can swim in. It's fresh and clean water from the melted ice up in the mountains. The campground was clean. The staff were friendly. The "neighbors" were nice. I had my 3 children with me and we swam, biked, played catch and kicked the soccer ball. It was a great experience and can't wait to go back again. It only 30 minutes from Tulare. Also, up the street from the campground are some restaurant, mini mart and gas station. We look forward to going again in the near future.

Yelp
This place is AMAZING! Great accommodating staff, great location, organized, and facilities where clean and well kept! An A+ rating in my book! This was my first rafting trip and tent camping and went very well

Helen R.

Yelp
Great location - just three miles from Sequoia National Park a a two minute walk to the river. Site 27 was level, two shade trees and full 50 amp service and hookup. Can't say staff was overly friendly but they did offer a 10% discount if we were AAA, which sAved us some money. The drawback here is the shower closets. While clean lighting did not work in two of them- so you shower in the dark, shower heads gave only a trickle of water in one closet and hot water was not hot. There are four showers and we tried them all( sometimes you just want to get out of the RV and have some elbow room(lol). No mirrors or electric either. We made do but the location was perfect and the campground was clean. We stayed three nights and would probably go again if we were in the area.
google avatar

Becky J.

Yelp
This is probably my favorite place to camp in this area. It's great 4 day is and if you decide to spend the night you should get a spot right on the creek so you can hear the water lightly go through while you're sleeping. There's rafting certain time of year got the kids to have a blast it's low key rafting, and don't forget to go off season because it's a lot less crowded. Have fun :-)

Yelp
Came in at 7pm-ish and glad that the office open until 11pm. Pretty dark but our 19' trailer had rock lights made back-in easier. We could pick any spot on half dozen dry camping tent sites near the river. Each spot has picnic table and fire ring. 2 bathrooms (unisex, hot shower, toilet, sink) within short walking distance away. WiFi is none existent on dry camping sites. $30/night for dry camping, full hookup sites are much tighter and closer together $40-$50, depending on amperage. Lots of bugs at night. Some sites near entrance are long term. Another combo bathroom is short distance away for the partial/full hookup sites. Yup! The price is a big factor for keeping us from coming back.

Shaun E.

Yelp
Great place to stay, best campground in the area! The campground allows pets, unlike some others, and has everything you need plus extra perks for an enjoyable stay. Hot showers ++, a clubhouse with satellite TV, lots of games, books, and DVD videos for kids and adults. Good prices on snacks too--staff doesn't try to overcharge just because there are few options nearby--really appreciate that. A private beach oasis with cool waters and great views. Quiet campground with respectful and friendly campers. The staff is attentive and willing to answer any questions and provide needed items.

Yelp
Dave was very hospitable and if you're fortunate to be placed at the right spot in the park, you're fine. I read reviews that there were many 'permanent' residents, it gave me pause. But, again, if you're in the right spot, you'll be fine. We were placed in #24. Right near the office. Make sure you have levelers! There was full hookup and my only complaint was the 30A plug location, which was under the breaker. And because my plug had a bit of weight to it, I had to be a little creative and wind the cord to the top of the breaker box to relieve the weight. Our one night was quiet, no issues for us on this weekend. If you're on AT&T service with your phone, you'll be fine. We didn't get to see the swimming hole because we checked in so late in the evening and another advantage is that this is the closest park to the Sequoia National Forest. We took the Sequoia Shuttle, which picked us up from the Three Rivers Museum. You can walk from Hideaway to the Museum (Dave deterred me from doing it), but if you're hooked up and do not have car, walking wouldn't be an issue. Just be careful since there aren't true sidewalks.

Yelp
We brought our 26 foot trailer and stayed in a partial hookup spot. There is absolutely no wifi or cell service so take note. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. The private beach is small but a nice reprieve. The spots are all paved in gravel with dirt lots and fire rings behind them. They serve their purpose. RV's are very close together. I would be worried if we have two slides but we only had one. It is a quiet campground, with 60% permanent residents in RV's. There is no parking beside your trailer. There is a grocery store and gas station about two miles before you arrive at the site. The Sequoia Park entrance is maybe thee miles from here and the first sites are a 20 minute climb in elevation. This site is on the Kaweah River. There is a diner across the street and three restaurants between the site and the park entrance. We would stay again.

Christopher H.

Yelp
Just wanted to say what a pleasure it was staying at Three Rivers Hideaway. The location was really convenient, being only a few minutes from the Sequoia park entrance and very close to the lake as well. All the staff members were so friendly and helpful. Only issue we had was that Verizon's coverage was nonexistent in the area, but when we needed a phone, Carol was so nice in allowing us to use the office phone. Campground was very clean and safe. Look forward to visiting again.

Yelp
Love love love this place. It doesn't look like much when you first drive through but don't let that fool ya! Dave is nice, friendly and has a great personality. Rates are affordable The amenities are amazing (hook-up for your tv or trailer, bathrooms to shower, a place for fresh water to cook) Then the best part the water hole!!!! The water is amazing, two falls to fall asleep too. Shallow end friendly for the kids and a deep section for swimming. I will come back here over and over again. I love it here!!!

Yelp
We were tired and hungry when we pulled in here after a full day hiking among the redwoods. They told us 20 minutes for a table. Then it was 30 minutes after asking 4 different people before our waitress even came to take our order. No one was wearing masks, the police actually came. To tell them not to let people congregate. Waitress was cranky. Food was decent for the price.

Yelp
The only positive thing about this, "hideaway" is that the greeters, Dave and Carol are super good at their jobs. Of greeting, that is. The website is extremely deceiving, One would believe they are going to be camping in the Sequoias however this is not the case. This campsite does have electric, sewage, and water hook ups. They do have showers and bathrooms. There are no electrical outlets in either the showers or the bathroom. This place is DIRTY. The septic drains are down in the ground and hard to get to. The bathrooms are not clean, this place really is a dump.

Jamie M.

Yelp
We just returned from an awesome trip to the Sequoias and stayed here at Three Rivers Hideaway. We stayed 3 nights in our 26ft fifth wheel. We stayed in space 16 with full hookups and had a great time. One down side was that the space was on a slope and with a fifth wheel it was inconvenient. This space was also really tight to back into since their is not a lot of room in the road to maneuver. This space has beautiful shade trees that completely cover the RV and a clean picnic table. The park was really quiet at night, the owner Dave was very accomodating and friendly, it's very cozy, pet friendly was a huge plus, and they have an amazing swimming hole that was a short walk from our site! You totally get that laid back relaxing vibe here, we hope to come back again.

Yelp
Was not thoroughly impressed with this place. Stayed there a week and it was not like most camp grounds I'm use to. Very small, and they don't tell you much of what is offered when you arrive. For instance, had no idea they had cable hookups until another RV family brought it to our attention. They advertise WiFi which is hardly the case. We had a family emergency where a family member got very sick and had to be driven to the hospital, and to text them to see if they were OK requires you to walk down to the office or street for a second of a signal. They kept telling us it wasn't working. Ok well then don't advertise it. We had family we needed to contact and no signal to remotely do so. Use of electronics isn't a priority when camping but when you have a family member sick and they'll be stuck in the RV it's nice to take advantage of what your paying for.

Yelp
Beautiful location. Short walk to the water. We showed up about 1.5 hr. before check in and were allowed to set up. We stayed in spot #18 with our popup camper and had more than enough room. Each spot is provided a fire pit and picnic table. The bathrooms were clean upon arrival but became kinda gross by day 3. The shower is small but was sufficient, they become very busy in the evening time. The water pool is absolutely beautiful, in the evening we took our chairs down and relaxed in the water while our daughter made some friends and skipped rocks. The crowd of campers around us were quiet and friendly. All around great visit and will be back when it cools down a bit. Will rebook! 4 stars bc of the dirty bathroom.

Yelp
We stayed here on a cabin for 3 nights and we liked it. Staffs are very accommodating and nice. We highly recommended this place.

Yelp
Will never come back to this site. The staff is very rude. We never got a list of rules. You cannot have music playing. One staff member came and told us no music by the river, my sister apologized and she said we never got a list of rules. He was complete asshole about it very rude. Threaten to kick us out telling us that the Sheriffs was on the campgrounds and said we don't want any problems, he's the one creating problems, being rude to guest. My sister was not arguing with him nor being rude. He came off very rude and disrespectful. I recommend not coming to this campgrounds. We seen many other guest being treated badly as well. This place doesn't even deserve a star.

Yelp
This is by far the worst place to camp especially in the summer. 1. There are little to no trees, barely any shade. So you will be hot and burn in the heat all day. The RV section had better shade than the actual campsite, which doesn't make any sense. 2. Because of the little shade they had, it was so hard to put up our tent because the ground was so hard and dry, it bent our stakes that we had to use rocks to hold down our tent. 3, The swim hole wasn't all that. We had to hike to a better place to swim in the river. 4. This place is way too overpriced for what it is. $40/night is not worth it. I would recommend driving another hour and a half to camp in the actual sequoia forest with shade!! We could not imagine staying one night in this place so we left the same day. And the old man that works the front is very rude, not friendly at all. We asked if it's possible to get a refund, and this guy started raising his voice because we asked for the owner's numbers. So please do your research before finding a camping site. Take bad reviews into consideration.

Yelp
Cool spot to camp on the main Fork of the Kaweah River. Spring and summer, this is where rafters meet up and hang out. Fun!

Yelp
Sounds like Dave and his staff wrote these reviews. They are the total opposite of what they are being described as. They are racist and very rude but they do it in a cowardly way. My family and I had went up for the day and offered to pay for the spot next to my brothers campsite space 39 since we were sitting around it but the owner told us they did not want our money. They kept driving their golf cart near us making smart comments loud enough for us to hear them but we paid no attention if they had something to say I was more than willing to speak with them. But instead they dove back and fourth for about 2 hours, finally they came by around 8pm and said we had to leave, I was confused in what just had happened we are all sitting around the fire that we had just started with no music no one was drinking any alcohol kids were not running around or being loud. At this point it was sure they were racial profiling us, we all decided to pack up and leave including my brother that had paid for the weekend. On the way out we stopped by the office to notify them about the fire left at the camp site but the lady Carol was being very rude and couldn't give us a direct answer on why she was was kicking out other than we had to keep social distance because of COVID. I called BS on that because we all were sitting about 4-6' apart but there were other camp sites that had more people than that sitting close and were being loud. As we were leaving I heard that bald guy the owner Dave yelling out of his trailer at my wife with my kids in the car saying that it was people like us, we are the problem by then I knew it was a racial matter. When he seen me he walked to his door of his trailer as if he was provoking us to go over there because he had a weapon. We are not going to fall into their games of these ignorant people it's just sad that these things are still happening. So I would say stay away from this place and if you decide to go be smart and walk away because these people are up to no good and someone will end up getting hurt. May god help them and may they find peace in their soul

Yelp
This was an awesome experience! The staff was extremely friendly, skilled, and easy to connect with. They provided equipment for event and even took the time to help prepare our meals! This was a fun escape. I was able to catch up with old friends, meet new people, and create exciting memories that I will never forget. They deserve a 5-star rating. Don't be afraid to experience the adventure of a life time!

Yelp
1st stop on on Spring Break RV trip. At first glance it appear a little sketch and dumpy. It not a big place, alot of permanent residents and only a couple rentals we had a great visit and a nice walk to the river. Simple, affordable and nice smore pit right n xt to your table.
