Three Sisters Farm

Three Sisters Farm was the *perfect* venue and accommodation for an inaugural women’s retreat where we learned the art and nourishment of baking with sourdough. A group of 12 women gathered, ate, cooked, mixed, relaxed, baked, learned and connected over three days. We hosted a local yoga instructor in the livingroom, prepared abundant meals between the two fully stocked kitchens, lounged in the wood fired hot tub, and walked the property and the nearby inlet. Being at Three Sisters Farm is like walking into a comforting embrace - the ideal home-base from which to enjoy all that midcoast Maine has to offer. HIGHLY recommend.

Three Sister's Farm is a sprawling farmhouse where your friends and family can spread out or all gather together and enjoy themselves. The house and the grounds are lovely. The kitchens are well stocked, so if you are a cook, you will need for nothing. Mia responds quickly if you need anything before, during and after your stay. The entire week was magical. We also loved having access to an outdoor shower. Love this place!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Three Sisters farm, felt like right back at home. The house is very well decorated and full of small treasures in every corner and little details. It's really lovely to be able to stay in such a place, such a Maine gem. It was very comfortable (kitchen, bedroom, common rooms, etc.) Communication was absolutely perfect and the guide book had so many recommendations and "how to" for the house - We loved the area and were able to discover really cool short hikes, and water views. There was so much wonder at Three Sisters Farm that I don't really know where to start. From the hilly back gardens where my young niece and nephew cavorted daily, to the luxurious bed linens atop the most comfortable beds anywhere, to the whimsical decor throughout, on to the in-house entertainments - the piano and guitar and old books and games and fabulous television that allowed us to keep up with the US Open Tennis from which we'd just come :-), not to mention a magical location that's so close to everything the coast of Maine has to offer - how to choose my favorite things? I could never adequately describe the experience. But I can offer a suggestion: If you love Maine the way my family and I do, make haste to the reservations page and book a stay that will be, literally, unforgettable.

We had the most wonderful long weekend at Three Sisters Farm in the spring! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the peaceful surroundings and the charming, rustic atmosphere. I cried happy tears when we pulled into the driveway, knowing we had chosen the right place for our getaway. The farm was the perfect retreat for our family—so much space for our young kids to explore and enjoy nature, we even got to go clamming for the first time! Mia was warm and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She was always available to answer my questions, like "can I take this clam home to eat?" It rained for most of our stay, but that didn't stop us from exploring and having fun! Three Sisters Farm will easily be the place that we return to year after year, making lifelong memories. It's been a few months since our stay and our kids still talk about "the holiday house" and ask when we'll be going back. Walking into this house truly felt like home, and we cannot wait to return. The house is charming, comfortable, well-equipped, and immaculately clean. The location is wonderful for experiencing mid-coast Maine. The hosts were readily accessible and handled issues immediately - not that there were a lot of them! Heartily recommended.

Three Sister's Farm was the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. The house was beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and had special touches in every room that made us feel as if we had stepped back in time. Mia even surprised us with a delicious birthday pie for my birthday, which made the trip even more special. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to make Three Sister's Farm a tradition vacation spot!

What a truly special place. Our trip started with Mia our host being fantastic and helping us plan our visit. The house is immaculately decorated and comfortable and cozy. It immediately felt like home and we didn't want to leave. Everything we needed was at the house and carefully curated by Mia.
