Three Waters Resort and Marina, Islamorada, a Tribute Portfolio Resort

This place is absolutely wonderful. Aundre at front desk really kicked off our week with a warm welcome! He truly cares and it shows. We have been to many resorts in Islamorada and this place hands down wins the award for best of the best. Great job Marriott. We highly recommend - clean and fun filled resort, great food, great amenities, great watersports, great service. Don't miss out!

Upon arrival Aundre & Melissa at the front desk were kind & professional. We immediately felt welcomed. We had visited the property several times over the past 30+ years (Holiday Isle & Postcards) and the place has never looked better! The resort has a whole new look with the same relaxing Keys vibe. We enjoyed most of the amenities including the Rum Runner water taxi to both sister properties. The all female Captain & Crew duo did an outstanding job. We look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful hotel. So clean and enjoyable. Great service, Alexandra and Chef Tori are such a beautiful and professional ladies. These are the kind of people you would like to find in every resort since they make you feel special . Other resorts staff must learn from these people. Now its tine to enjoy the hotel and I will leave a second review regarding the food and drinks since I just arrived to the hotel.

Three Waters is a beautiful resort with amazing views and several amenities. However, what makes this resort stand out are the staff. Everyone is so kind and always offering assistance in anyway to make your stay better. The front desk manager Melissa helped us with an issue with our reservation (a third party booking issue) and couldn’t have been nicer. Sunny provided us multiple golf cart rides around the property and is always smiling and friendly. Remi, the bartender at the Cove was very sweet and made us feel right at home even replicating cocktails for us that we had elsewhere. We really don’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

I had a beautiful experience staying at this resort. From the room which the front desk immediately helped with offering me a better view, to the amenities and restaurants on property and even the shuttle service they offered to bring me back and forth between the buildings and restaurants, it was all so perfect. Sony was the shuttle driver and always nice and available! I also had the most relaxing ocean view massage by Mitzi. She was incredible. I highly recommend this for any type of vacation.

We stayed 2 nights and I wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms were clean and large enough for 4 people. The beds were comfortable and I loved our second floor room as it had a balcony overlooking the little bay where you can check out kayaks and boards. The balcony had 2 comfy chairs and a little table. It was heavenly. We swam in the main pool and the pool near check-in. I preferred the latter because it was quieter and had more greenery. I loved walking around the property and swimming in the ocean. At night we walked over to the tiki bar and there are many seating areas around the docks and a couple of places to eat. The only meal we had on the property was the pizza restaurant that is on the main road. It was delicious. We’d definitely come back again. Oh, we also did the free rum tasting. It was fun.

This place is amazing! After a very expensive renovation uniting 2 hotels, Three Waters is a fantastic place for rest and relaxation and many water activities like paddle boarding and kayaking. The restaurants have great food and drinks and the service is wonderful! Will definitely make a tradition of coming here!

We sincerely want to love this place! We have visited 3 times since the Marriott remake in Nov 2024. The Tiki Bar remains the highlight, although the food menu is limited. Kindler offers a nice dinner option. Easy access to water sports is a bonus. ||Barring the above exceptions, the property seems to be struggling with poor management in multiple areas. We noted maintenance problems during our short stay (elevator in Building 2 was dangerously warm without ventilation; and there was a 4 hour interruption of water service on one day). Breakfast table service is very slow and not always accurate. On our last day, we made our final attempt to have a personal contact with Melissa Baeza, the Front Office Manager. We were told she was in, and could we wait? Yes. Then, suddenly, she was either “not here or not available”? Which was it? (Pretty sure she didn’t want to meet us face-to-face.)||We tried. We requested a meeting via email and also via 2 separate visits to the front desk. We were compensated with a bonus due to a misunderstanding, but we really wanted some reassurance that future visits would be handled more professionally. ||We plan to give Three Waters one more chance. We are not writing them off, yet. We have high hopes that we will receive the same quality of service that we have always received at the Playa Largo, just a few miles up the road.

Three Waters Resort is one of my favorite places to stay in the Florida Keys. It really feels like a hidden gem--most people I talk to have never even heard of it. The property is doppppppe!!! and caters to every age group, offering a variety of water activities for kids and adults alike. They also have rental boats on-site and a marina where you can dock your own, which is super convenient if you're coming by water. The dining options are great too--Islamorada Pizza Company is a must-try. Bonus: they'll even let you bring your own cheese if you're lactose intolerant! While the rooms aren't the largest, the views more than make up for it. Whether you're there to relax or get out on the water, it's definitely worth the rate.

This is an older property that has been redone. LOVED my stay there. Went paddle-boarding, had drinks at the swim up bar, breakfast overlooking the water. Dinner at the outside bar could have had more options, but breakfast was excellent. Will definitely be back.

From the minute we entered lobby, we felt like we were in paradise. Every single employee was super helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond. As Marriot members, we were treated like royalty. They have everything here and it is kid and adult friendly. The location is actually where the original Tiki Bar and Holiday Isle were...so it was pretty cool to learn that. Brett runs the recreation and is The Man! He and his staff are the best and I was so sad to leave. We will definitely be back!!!! This is a beautiful location in the Keys!

We rented a wet Slip over Memorial Day weekend. It was amazing. The staff was phenomenal the amenities and on-site, restaurants or grades. We will definitely be back. The renovation they did is amazing. The property looks beautiful.

The property is nice and there's plenty to do close-by. Our suite was spacious and well appointed. My expectations were quite high given the rate but I wouldn't say I was disappointed. The service was hit or miss from venue to venue on property which somewhat gave me the impression there were recent changes in their administrative team. There are definitely some kinks that aren't quite worked out yet. I'd be open to returning but it didn't wow me. We booked a fishing charter at the onsite marina and it was fine but didn't convince us that Islamorada was the fishing capital of the world.

I was charged 2300 for a suite that only had enough bed space for three people. The fourth person was suppose to sleep on the rock hard couch. This business deleted my google review and I had to repost. There's no reason to pay 2300 for two nights and not be completely comfortable. Attached is the couch pull out which sleeps one person and the room had one king bed. I was left to sleep on the hard couch and wasn't even left bedding for the couch.

2 stars. And it really should be 5 stars Bit its not . Why? ZERO PRESENCE OF MANAGEMENT. Z E R O !! No one is coaching these employees who are craving direction and guidance on how to serve guests in the true Marriott tradition. If I were the senior management team at Marriott, I would overhaul the entire local management team of this resort . - Front desk manager clueless and big training new and clueless front desk clerks. - Housekeeping to general staff walking grounds not greeting guests professionally or making eye contact with them at all. - Main pool bartenders not attentive to guests standing at bar for 20 Minutes to order a drink or asking poolside in water guests if they can take their order (NOTE: Cove building pool bartenders are EXTREMELY attentive and much better) - Mercado restaurant food staff are unacceptably slow and were even OVER-staffed when we had lunch yet slow. Breakfast the next day was 20 minutes until we got coffee . This is an AMAZING PROPERTY AS FAR AS REAL ESTATE VIEW AND ACCOMODATIONS. But is managed like a Taco Bell. Step up your game Mariott !

Horrible - horrible customer service terrible rooms and shitty property. No do not recommend - Marriott should be ashamed even being affiliated with this dump

We reserved a terrible weather day for a day pass. Spent about 45 minutes on the beach in the rain. Asked the front desk if we could come back tomorrow if the weather clears up and we're told there is nothing they can do about it. Never reserve in advance. Massive waste of money!

Linda M, was amazing! We stayed at La Siesta but shuttled to Three waters to enjoy other resorts and amenities. Linda M, bartender at the swim up pool was so welcoming and sweet! Food was amazing! Thank you for making our visit perfect!
