Worst customer service. I do not recommend buying anything from them. NO phone number. Every day an email from a different concierge to try and resolve but seemingly no accountability. You can always tell the true value of a company by how they approach service issues. This company has failed in that regard. Also beware: if you need to return something because of damage they won’t issue a full refund.

Beautiful showroom. Came here a few times already to check out the furniture, especially the popular bed. I got fabric swatches and wood samples along with a mini demo of how to build the bed. Service was great too.

I ordered the Essential bed with a pillow board for my daughter’s room. Thuma seems to be having shipping issues which was inconvenient but they did work with me through the process. The craftsmanship of the bed is outstanding. It’s solid, not creaking, no shifting. The slats are top quality - which improves the comfort of the mattress as well. The bed also looks great. Being able to swap out pillow board covers is a nice plus for the little one for when it gets dirty. This is definitely a luxury product but has been well worth every penny for us.

No phone number for customer service. Using the Premium Delivery makes the process actively worse since they ship some parts to you and some via them - no coordination and when something is forgotten (like the felt bins for us) it's left to you to try and resolve. Skip this company if you want a low stress experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Everyone stay clear of this company. We built our bed and it was not sturdy at all. You can easily shake it back and forth. They told us that maybe we needed replacement parts. We got the replacement parts and they were splintered wood! It cut my husbands hand when we opened the package. When we told them we just wanted money back and not wanting to deal with any more of taking apart the bed/replacing pieces they said there was nothing they could do. Their customer service solution to having shitty beds is “we will just keep sending you pieces as many times as it takes to get it right!” The company is totally an instagram scam !!!!!!

I am working with Travis in the SoHo location! He is the best. Very professional and patient. He has great design ideas. I have had no problems in communication. I set up a zoom call and he is ready and prepared. I can’t say enough about my experience.

I loved the store layout, with a cafe area upfront. It's like a little oasis in Soho where you can relax, browse Thuma's amazing new products, and enjoy a delicious croissant and iced chocolate. The cafe offerings were particularly impressive!

I ordered a bed frame one month ago and still have no estimated ship date. Everytime you try to contact their email customer support service you receive automated messages that provide no information or ETA for shipment. They also charge your immediately upon your order rather than upon actual shipment like other vendors. It is unacceptable to take thousands of dollars from customers without any promise or signal of an anticipated ship date. There are clearly serious inventory and customer service issues with this company that have not been resolved. I urge extreme caution when purchasing from this company.

Delivery I 48 hrs. Workmanship excellent Very easy to set up. Even the slats for the mattress were beautifully finished. I was very impressed. Using Thuma for a new apartment project. I would like the side tables to be higher.

Since I'm looking to furnish my place, I had to check this place out because I've seen the IG ads that have popped up. So excited to have been able to check them out in person. I need to feel them furniture up before purchasing anything especially at this price point. The pieces do seem to be high quality to me but I dont know if I can still justify it yet. Love that it uses Japanese joinery. I don't need to buy a power drill! The place is beautiful! Has a cafe in the front with some home goods for purchase. Staff here have been friendly and answered all my silly lil questions. I also was able to bring home some wood and fabric samples too!
