Hidden gem! A beautiful coffee spot tucked inside an interior design store. You sit on a high-quality sofa, sipping tea, chatting with friends — and all you can think about is how much you want to buy that sofa. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, everything feels curated with care. Love the place!

The staff member in charge of the café seemed impatient, and the sales clerk’s attitude wasn’t very good either. Earlier, I had asked where I could dine, and was told “anywhere is fine.” Later, when I was holding a cup of matcha, I was told that only the front area is for dine-in. It left me feeling a bit uncomfortable.

Worst customer service. I do not recommend buying anything from them. NO phone number. Every day an email from a different concierge to try and resolve but seemingly no accountability. You can always tell the true value of a company by how they approach service issues. This company has failed in that regard. Also beware: if you need to return something because of damage they won’t issue a full refund.

Beautiful showroom. Came here a few times already to check out the furniture, especially the popular bed. I got fabric swatches and wood samples along with a mini demo of how to build the bed. Service was great too.

Sharing my thoughts on the delivery process. We ordered our bed with a headboard + cushion and received it in 6days. Looking forward to setting it up. I’ll suggest calling them to verify their stock which could affect delivery time. Good luck!

No phone number for customer service. Using the Premium Delivery makes the process actively worse since they ship some parts to you and some via them - no coordination and when something is forgotten (like the felt bins for us) it's left to you to try and resolve. Skip this company if you want a low stress experience.

I loved the store layout, with a cafe area upfront. It's like a little oasis in Soho where you can relax, browse Thuma's amazing new products, and enjoy a delicious croissant and iced chocolate. The cafe offerings were particularly impressive!

Since I'm looking to furnish my place, I had to check this place out because I've seen the IG ads that have popped up. So excited to have been able to check them out in person. I need to feel them furniture up before purchasing anything especially at this price point. The pieces do seem to be high quality to me but I dont know if I can still justify it yet. Love that it uses Japanese joinery. I don't need to buy a power drill! The place is beautiful! Has a cafe in the front with some home goods for purchase. Staff here have been friendly and answered all my silly lil questions. I also was able to bring home some wood and fabric samples too!

Delivery I 48 hrs. Workmanship excellent Very easy to set up. Even the slats for the mattress were beautifully finished. I was very impressed. Using Thuma for a new apartment project. I would like the side tables to be higher.
