Excellent Asian food! We are from Austin, Texas. All of the dishes were so flavorful. It is family owned and they are all so kind.

Kay was an amazing server! Had an amazing Vietnamese Pork Sandwich with beautiful patio views of Bisbee. A must if you love this type of cuisine!

This is the spot for Vietnamese cuisine & that only, with the star meal being Pho. I tried their small Chicken Pho & my partner had the large one, although comparing their sizes, it really didn't feel like that much of a difference. They serve the bean sprouts on the side, and I chose to mix them into the soup because that's my favorite part. The service was good & fast, had to be with the location being crowded indoors & outdoors. Unfortunately, this made me feel a bit rushed, so I tried eating faster than I normally do so I didn't inconvenience others. This is a normal expectation for a small place serving in the early afternoon (12-2pm), so it's not like I criticize them for it, but if I'm going by personal experience, I have to take in account of how I felt in the moment. I would still recommend this place for those looking for a light meal. You can get full off big portions without eating unhealthy. The crowds can't be helped since this is a popular spot, but that being said, I suggest you come in VERY hungry.

It's our first time here in Bisbee and we are so glad we found this restaurant! The fresh young coconut water, chicken curry, and beef pho were all delicious! We felt re-energized after eating the food. The servers were very patient with us. The owner came out several times to introduce the menu to us and check on us about our experience. I also love the beautiful tall trees in the outdoor patio seating area. Five stars all around!!!

Outstanding. The beef pho is loaded with meat, and interestingly it's not the tendon-loaded stuff we usually encounter at Vietnamese joints. Instead it seemed to be higher grade and more tender. The service was perfect, this is the kind of place where the owner/chef comes to make sure you're happy with your experience.

Delicious food, wonderful service, beautiful ambience, and dog friendly! Enjoyed the pho ga and veggie summer rolls today.

The service here is great! Definitely one of the better pho places around the area. The broth was delicious and very savory with some small differences to the original pho broth I’m used to. The bowls came loaded with noodles and meat so you definitely get what you pay for taste and portion wise. I will be visiting this place again.

So, I've been here several times......but this grilled pork vermicelli salad is beyond compare! It's got a great patio that is dog-approved......the service is usually busting it to keep up, but gets it done. The limeade is going to need to be experienced too! This is my go-to Asian spot in the entire 50mi area.....so I'm glad it's a good as it is. The curry also looks amazing, so I'll try to update, if I can pry myself from the vermicelli.

For being a vietnamese foodie place in the middle of nowhere, its great. Staff is nice - smallish place but stiff very appealing for peace love and pho. Coworker had the pho and I the curry, well, its as food as you'd get anywhere - i highly recommend!

I believe the kids are saying GOATed. This is a stellar spot for Bisbee. Is it the best Vietnamese food ever? No, but for a tiny old mining town WOW! It was so satisfying and delicious. The ambience and out side area are just gorgeous, and well shaded too. The staff were so so so so friendly, and the prices very fair. I wanted to go back again and again. My only complaint is I wish they were open more days and earlier! Definitely worth shaking up the usual Bisbee food of American and Mexican with some tasty Vietnamese food! Yum!

Delicious!! We couldn't keep ourselves from eating all of it. In fact, we ate too much... I recommend the small instead of the large pho for one person.. trust me. Spring rolls were amazing and the curry was so flavorful. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back.

Such a cute place and really an experience. The ambience is relaxing with indoor or outdoor options (recommend outdoor). The food was tasty and the 6 of us finished it all. Wait staff are amazing, friendly and hardworking.

What a jewel! We have been in Bisbee nearly a month. We have eaten here many times. Super nice people. Delicious food. Our favorites are the Caramelized catfish, vegan curry and vegan fresh roll.

Bisbee is stunning, but I was really craving good pho, so I was incredibly grateful to find Thuys Noodle Shop. As soon as I parked, I knew I was going to love it. The vibe and ambiance felt homey and calm. The staff was kind and checked on us frequently. The pork noodle salad practically called to me from the menu, and it was absolutely worth it. I considered getting pho, but after walking so much, the noodle salad was perfect to cool me down and provide a great meal. Thank you, Bisbee, and this wonderful establishment for offering a chance to relax after my first few exams of the semester. I ESPECIALLY needed this considering I definitely didn't do well on my immunology exam these noodles made my exam feel like it was a thing of the past.

I returned to Bisbee Arizona to complete a mural. I was working on in town. And once again found myself eating here several times a day. The food is that delicious and fresh. I cannot get over how good the food is here. The service is warm and the atmosphere is clean unique. I look forward to returning to Bisbee and I am certain I will definitely be eating here again. It is a small place so storage is limited for them to have a large menu but I think it works all that works in Thuy's favor because the dishes they have are excellent. Everything was 5 stars that I had. Pho' places I go to that have a big menu the quality suffers. And the food is nowhere near as good as Thuy's. This place is a must try if you are in the area!!!!!

I don't like giving a low star review, but there really isn't any other way to rate our experience here on Jan 2. After choosing to sit outside, we were all but neglected by the staff. When they did come by, there was one error after another. First our drink order was forgotten and we had to remind the server only after our (partial) dishes began to arrive. Then it was another long wait before our drinks arrived. There were two of us, and one of our orders came ten minutes before the other. It was the Chicken Lemongrass, but they did not bring the jasmine rice as advertised. By the time my companion's dish came out, mine was finished (we shared). Hers was also incomplete, missing half of the dish! The server said they were finishing the rest and would bring it out shortly. That was the last we saw of the server. Finally, at about an hour since we arrived, we got up and went inside. Once inside, we were asked if we were ready for the bill. "We haven't even been served all our food" I said. I volunteered that we would take what was owed to us to go, and then was told that they were in fact unable to make it at that time. They offered a substitution amounting to half of what was missing. One fresh roll in place of a fried roll, and no rice. In the interest of time we agreed, but no sincere effort was made to apologize for all their missteps and no credit was given for the missing food. If you want to pay full price for half meals and then have them delivered at long intervals. This is the place for you.

I just had the most epic banh mi sandwich at Thuy's! Have been craving one for a while and finally got over there and ordered with extra veg. It was probably the best one I have ever had there and I have been a customer from the beginning. Thuy does it right! Thank you as always for the best meal!

We had to wait a while, but it was well worth it. My mom had the lemongrass chicken, my husband had the chicken curry, and I had the noodle salad with fresh rolls. All were delicious!! The staff was so nice, apologetic for the wait, even though they were working like crazy. Nice, cozy little place.

Oh my gosh!!! This place absolutely is mind blowing. The ambiance is clean and inviting. Big flavor in a small town. The service was friendly and informative good energy and polite. Now the Beef noodle soup is the best I've had anywhere including. Los Angeles and San Francisco who food usually tops anywhere else. The broth is what really what sets it apart. You can taste it's authenticity and freshness. A must try. Also tbe fresh limeade was a nice treat. I'm here for 3 days this trip i will be here all 3 days. The place to eat while in Bisbee

We try to come here every time we are in town. We split the Vegan Spring rolls and the Vegan Curry. It's plenty for both of us and it is really good. It's always consistent and there is a nice place to sit outside.

Soooooo good! So glad a friend that works nearby told us to keep traveling to the top of the hill! I'm from California- where there are a lot of Vietnamese spots to choose from, so when I heard there was a restaurant in Bisbee- I had major doubts about how good it would be. I was wrong! I caught a clue from the patron that was literally slurping his grilled pork bowl! I got the chicken curry, one friend got the pho, and the other got the grilled pork- all Bomb! If and when I'm back- I'm definitely making a stop here!!

This was a nice little shop, the staff were very sweet and the food was quite good. My partner had the beef pho bowl which was excellent; I had the chicken pho and the chicken was a little tough but overall it was a very tasty soup. I would return (and have something different).

We came here for lunch on Sat Oct 1st. I LOVED the coconut juice so we ordered a second one. Ben liked the iced coffee drink but thought it was too sweet so if ordering again would ask for it less sweet. We liked the vegan fresh rolls and preferred the chicken curry over the carmelized catfish.

I was NOT expecting to have top notch Pho down in Bisbee, but not only was I wrong about that but we had amazing curry, too! The Pho was fresh and seasoned beautifully, and the curry was hot, bubbling, and also fresh as heck. Everyone working there was super friendly, and I think 5 regulars came in while we ate so they clearly have a lot of local love. Highly recommended!

Beautiful patio in the shade and wonderful food. Some of the best Vietnamese food I've had in the Southwest. Far better than any of the restaurants in Tucson and on par with what I consider great in Albuquerque... The curry was better than anything I've ever had... Wonderful service and ample parking and seating... A+++

My wife and I went to Thuys after calling them and being assured they had vegan items on the menu. When we got there the menu had a separate small section called Vegan Options. The Vegan Noodle Salad looked good and featured "vegan fried rolls". It took an unusually long time to get our food, considering that a couple of parties that came in after already had gotten served. But we could live with that, even though we had a memorial service to get to. First the server brought out 2 small dishes of fish sauce. I was surprised. I told him "We are vegan. We don't eat fish." He looked confused and took the sauce back. This was the same server we had asked about the vegan menu items. Then the dish with the 4 large wraps came. After the first bite I noticed something wasn't right. I looked at the wrap and it had a thick layer of egg embedded in it. I was shocked since we clearly had ordered (and confirmed beforehand) a vegan meal. I went to the front counter and told them that this was not vegan and the cook told me "I know the menu is confusing. If you look further down (where there are other dishes with rolls) it it lists ingredients. But we were ordering from the vegan options, which clearly stated "vegan fried rolls"! He apologized but madfe no attempt to remedy it. We ate about 10% of the dish because we were hungry and short on time. Nobody ever checked on us. When we were ready to leave I went to the front counter and said, in a calm voice, "You really shouldn't charge us or, at least give us a discount because the food was not what was stated on the menu and we couldn't eat most of it. He said he'd talk to the owner. He came back and charged us the full amount! I was again shocked. We have had restaurants make mistakes but they always tried to remedy it, either by rushing a new order or not charging us. No attempt was made to remedy anything. A non-veghgan dish should not be advertise on the menu as vegan. As they knew of this error they could have changed it or, at leat told their servers to warn anyone ordering the dish. It was in Vegan Options! Any establishent that thinks so littyle of customer swervice, especially the owmer, should not get any business. We felt like we were lied to and ripped off.

The food is fantastic at Thuy's! My favorite is the noodle salad with 2 large pork and shrimp fried rolls! The salad is always very fresh and complements the fresh rice noodles piled in the center. Recently we discovered the new vegan fried rolls that were so tasty and crisp and featured sweet potato, tofu and vegetables. Great option for dipping in the sweet/spicy chili sauce!

So we land in Bisbee, a nice mountain town in Southern Arizona ten miles from the Mexico border. What do we find but one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I have ever been to. One fresh roll and chicken phœ later and we are convinced we may not find better anywhere. Very Covid compliant so they do take-away and patio dining only. Bathrooms are inside and they were immaculate. Thanks for that. We met Thuy and she is as elegant as her food. She is ably assisted by her husband Tom.

Thuy's is amazing! This should be a stop while visiting Bisbee. The food is great! The service , is awesome, all the staff is welcoming and the owner is alway greeting you with a warm smile!

I love this place! A decent variety of food and drinks. I especially love the lime soda. It's so fresh tasting. I have had the beef Pho on two separate occasions and it was delicious both times. Other restaurants quality has gone downhill over time. Not so here at Thuy's. Keep up the great work! PS - the patio is wonderful.

We spent a few days in Bisbee and ate here twice, it was that good. A cute little place where everything is made fresh. Seriously the best fresh spring rolls I have had. My pork noodle salad was delicious too. 5 out of 5 stars.

What a spot! Tucked away in my hometown of Bisbee in southeastern Arizona, my first visit was nothing less than impressive. The food and the service is five star. Greeted by the owner and staff with a welcoming hello, quickly seated and menus delivered to begin our mouthwatering journey. We ordered a fresh roll and two fried rolls followed by beef pho, chicken pho, and chicken curry, which came out hot and bubbly, and everything was terrific. Two sodas and a jasmine iced tea too. A must while visiting charming Bisbee. PS the chicken curry is THE BEST!!!

Food-wise, Thuy's has absolutely excellent, delicious and authentic pho, noodles and egg rolls. Service-wise, this place is chaotic and an absolute mess. My family and I recently stopped by Thuy's last Saturday for lunch. It was a cold day and they had plenty of tables available inside and out. We sat down and were immediately given menus. The menu had no prices listed, which I thought was odd. After around 15 minutes they finally took our orders. I ordered the chicken pho for me and another one for my daughter, and my husband ordered the pork bun. We also had my sister and her friend there with us and they both ordered pho. All of our dishes came out at different times, I was the last to be served pho after an hour of being at the restaurant. I know for a fact that pho broth is already to go, they literally just have to pour the broth over noodles. An hour wait for my dish is absolutely ridiculous. Overall it was chaotic, the servers all seemed to just go to whatever table they want to serve and we never had the same server twice come to our table. It was incredible disorganized, we couldn't get anyone to help us several times, never had our water filled and trust me I will not be back. It's really a shame because the food was delicious but it was not a good experience.

This place is amazing. I highly recommend. The fried and fresh rolls are amazing. We tried the chicken, vegetarian and beef pho. The limeade is so freah tasting. We came back twice during our stay.

The food was excellent (vegan curry, vegan soup) and the only complaint I have is the portions were so large no one at the table could finish their dinner! Fortunately, we were able to save the leftovers and have a full dinner the next night, too! The service was a little slow. The food came out hot, albeit a little haphazardly, but the wait staff was very polite and accommodating.

I've been there three times, always with friends. Each time I had high hopes for something that was very flavorful and rich with spices. Each time I've been disappointed. The food (and I've tasted the dishes my friends ordered) was basically bland and lacking flavor. I wish we had a solid Thai restaurant in town (sadly, we don't). Thuy's, I'm sorry to say, definitely does not fill that void. I'd recommend at the least kicking up the spices and flavorings to make the food "pop" as Asian food typically does. Till then, I'm not going back.

A taste of variety in this small town. We had the fried roll filled with shrimp and pork, caramelized catfish, grilled pork with vermicelli noodles, lemongrass chicken, and a small bowl of beef broth pho. All were pretty good. My only complaint is the lemongrass chicken lacked seasoning. It was probably on purpose because the sauce had a hint of fish sauce, which could be salty. The catfish was prepared in a clay pot which maintained the heat throughout. We had fresh coconut juice and limeade, which were refreshing.

Delicious vegan curry with rice! If you are not a noodle fan, you can also get rice They need to power wash the front area for a clean New Year. Great indoors or out. Wonderful owner! Interesting staff as in most Bisbee restaurants.

The BEST Vietnamese food in the state. In my Opinion. We drive down from Tucson every couple weeks and eat a ridiculous amount of food here and take some to go also. I recommend the lemongrass ginger chicken, that is my favorite item. But really EVERYTHING is on point and Amazing. Be sure to call ahead and make sure they are open, we have had a few surprises driving down without calling first.

We had a wonderful meal at Thuy's Noodle Shop while on vacation in Bisbee. The curry chicken and chicken pho were both delicious with great flavors and large quantities. Service was top notch as well. I highly recommend Thuy's.

I got takeout from here for lunch on a Wednesday. My food was ready about 25 minutes after my order. When I placed my order, the gave me an accurate estimate of when my order would be ready, which was good! It's nice when I show up just as my order is finishing up. I ordered the vegetarian pho and the vegetarian fried egg roll. The fried egg roll was huge - the biggest one I've ever had. It was very good. It was fried to a nice crisp without being overdone, and stuffed with veggies. The pho came with the noodles and greens separate from the broth. Together, they made a very tasty pho. It was flavorful and filled with veggies. I had the large, and the portion was indeed quite large. I was able to get full meals out of my order.

From a couple of restaurants offering vegan/plant based options in Bisbee, Arizona, we decided to try Vietnamese food today. The food tasted okay, but none of the dishes we ordered had the ingredients/flavors/textures the menu listed. The vegan Pho came with carrots and broccoli instead of daikon,chayote, jicama and mushrooms. The vegan curry didn't have broccoli nor mushrooms. The vegan fresh rolls didn't have cucumbers. Disappointing! Edible... but not what we ordered or paid for.
