If you’re looking for an authentic Chinese tea ceremony with a warm atmosphere and perfect English communication, I can’t recommend Eternitea enough! 🌿✨ Located on the ground floor, this little tea shop is absolutely charming. The presentation of the teas was not only beautiful but also very educational – we learned so much while enjoying different flavors. The host is incredibly kind, welcoming, and speaks excellent English, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Truly one of the highlights of our visit – thank you for the hospitality and unforgettable tea journey! 🍵💚

My go to place to get tea pots, cups, sets & accessories @ 2nd level. My favourite store has the contemporary glass ware & traditional tea sampling sets that cost 1/3 of what you see at the malls or outside shops. 1st level covers all the teas, from individual tea bags, loose teas and tea cakes of 10 years & above white tea, red teas & black teas. There are two blocks of building, the lower building on the left (fm main gate), is where the best shops are. I discovered a shop on this visit & decided to take a break sampling the teas offered. The lady boss was very knowledgable & efficiently brewing the teas as we chatted. The 14-yr white tea was light & developed slowly to sweet by the third cup, a variety you can drink everyday, the whole day! We had the matured pu-er and the young pu-er, which was an interesting contrast with different properties, one more beneficial to seniors on a daily consumption. The oolong was much better than I had else where, it was strong, robust & will go very well with meaty dishes. All in, my extra time spent here was much more enjoyable & educational.

There's several floors of tea shops and it's a great place to get your fill of tea and stock up on tea, pots, cups and whatever you need. Be prepared to spend several hours here enjoying and chatting. It's not as busy as expected and I was told that this is more common recently. Still lots of stalls open on a Sunday so I recommend coming here rather than a standalone shop.

We were looking for good tea and came across the reviews about the shop 2105. Chenzhifeng is a very nice guy with lots of knowledge about tea and the different sorts. We got to try a variety of sorts including Pu‘er tea. Also he explained to us the difference in quality and taste. We found good tea to take home and would recommend him and his lovely shop definitely again.

A must-visit hidden gem in Shanghai for the most authentic tea experience. Make sure to find the shops of Ye Yuanqing - the sisters welcomed me to try their tea and we ended up spending almost two hours tasting, chatting and learning about Chinese tea. 💛

Store 2105 in Tianshan Cha Cheng. Store owner is very nice to us. He patiently explained the sources of the tea leaves and generously let us try the different sort of teas. He is also very knowledgeable in tea and explain the way to make it in detail, and the various grades of tea. He is friendly and chat with us too, highly recommended ! 😍

Highly recommend Susie's Shop. Enjoyable experience with tea ceremony and got to experience the different types of tea. Was not pressured to buy, so only bought the ones that I enjoyed. Enter " 古树寮茶 " in ride hailing app should get you to the Northeast Gate. After entering, walk the lane on the right. You should see the shop on the right with a red sign.

I recently visited Tianshan Tea City to buy quality tea. Out of all beautiful stores, I visited shop 1262 (Susie's store - Tea of Ancient Trees) (it is on the ground floor right outside of the main building on Zhongshan Road 520). Just like wine tasting, Susie kindly walked us through various kinds of tea, their origins, and methods of production while enjoying hours long tea ceremony. It was definitely the best experience I had in Shanghai! We ended up buying 5 different kinds of tea to bring back home. Prices are very reasonable for exceptional quality. I highly recommend all tea enthusiasts to visit Susie's shop!
