I decided to give this restaurant another shot (in 2025) and it ended up being okay - I was not too impressed nor too disappointed. I doubt if I wanna come back again tho. Service was really nice. My experience in 2021 or 2022: Ordered from Ubereats this evening, they missed one of our aloo chops(they supposed to give us four but they only gave us three), and they also only gave us half serve of the kukhura ko tihun(the chicken curry). Here’s a picture in which you can see why I said they only gave us half serve. Taste: aloo chops were really salty, but curries taste good I have to admit that. I’m just really disappointed with the missing items. Honestly I don’t recommend this place at all.

We visited Tibetan Kitchen a few years ago & were not impressed as food wasn't authentic. It obviously has new management now because the food was amazing. Loved everything about the place, the service, the authenticity & the atmosphere. I've travelled & trekked in the Himalayas many times & it was like a blast from the past for me. We ordered the alloo chop, the Kathmandu chicken & kauliko takari. All perfectly spiced & cooked to perfection on the spot. We will definitely return thankyou.

The food was delicious as always and it's such a blessing to have dishes that our tastebuds are familiar to when away from home. But the staff seemed to be new and not as experienced. We would have loved if all our orders had come together, but we ended up waiting for each item to come one by one. Also, they got one of our orders wrong (got chicken Chow Chow instead of veg. Chow chow), which took another 10 minutes or so. One person could only start when the rest of us were almost done with our meal. The place was busier than the last time we went there, but still, that isn't a good enough excuse for the staff to not be proactive or even look proactive.

The place opens in the evenings and largely caters to a fine Dine section. We spent more than an hour to enjoy our meal. We picked the combo worth 19$ from the entree section. We could select 4 appetizers. The food was served after 20 mins but the heat level was very low and the food seemed pretty cold. Momos were not even steamed well. Onion bhaji seemed to be fried twice was it had excess residue of oil. The samosa chat too could have been better. The chutneys were not very authentic too. The portion size was low too. Tibetan bun was crisp, Hot and cheesy. But this lacked althe punch and felt incomplete. Chicken curry was decent and goes well with steamed rice. The curry had boneless chicken pieces. Overall Verdict : For the price charged I do Not find value in the meals or food served here.

Truly delicious food and calming environment. 6 years in Australia, and this is the first time I'm wowed by Nepalese Cuisine. 💯 Recommended.

I just ordered this Lamb Saag from Tibetan Kitchen…. Check this photo, the amount of oil in this dish will definitely kill you. It is literally like drinking a glass full of oil. What customer would appreciate this level of unhealthy food for eating, no matter how tasty it is. I already feel like puking. Tibetan Kitchen, please consider. Thanks

Ordered namche ko momo, samosa chat and thukpa from Uber eats. Momo was really salty but I finished it. Thukpa and samosa chat were disgusting, only tasted once and all went to bin. Attached pictures are after I’m done eating. That much of food went to bin. This my first ever google review after being for five years in Australia. You can say how disgusted I am.

Delicious curries! Speedy service and a very nice atmosphere for a date night. The Sherpa Chicken was the highlight. Beef curry was also great but that Sherpa Chicken blew us away!
