This casual neighborhood tavern really impressed us from start to finish. We stopped by for a relaxing afternoon and ended up having such a great time that it’s made our list of places to return. The service was outstanding—our waitress was clearly juggling a lot but never missed a beat. She was friendly, helpful with recommendations, and even happily crafted a drink when I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Truly above and beyond! We grabbed a seat outside and enjoyed watching the place fill up as the day went on. Despite the crowd, our food and drinks came out fast and fresh. The burger? Easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The fries were impossible to stop eating—especially dipped in their homemade ranch (they offer several flavors!). The Hand-Dipped Chicken Fingers were equally tasty, and the portion was generous. Oh, and don’t miss the Bloody Mary's—they’re practically a meal on their own! Inside you can find live music, TVs with sports, and a laid-back, friendly vibe that makes you feel right at home. Parking can be a bit tricky depending on the time, but it’s well worth the effort. Can’t wait to come back!

Loved the complete experience. Been here a few times before but hadn't had a lunch here ever. The server Bryan was the worst in all the best ways possible (kidding, kidding - what I mean is he could "keep up with our vibe” and it was perfect). Anytime I see a Reuben on a menu l have to try it (usually unless there's a food competition of another fave of mine) - solid 10/10 and the tots were amazing - perfectly hot and crisp. No complaints here. Expect a dark lit bar space but with the windows and day light it creates the best ambience. Clean. Prompt service. Blah blah blah it was great just try it out and you'll love it too! OH and that Bloody Mary - no words can describe how much I liked it. It was also 10/10. 10/10 experience. You get the gist, right? Just go. Copy me and order exactly what I did. Or don't. Either way, you won't be disappointed.

Caught a bite to eat here before heading downtown to Pacers watch party! So good! Our waitress was adorable, and the other patrons were so friendly! Very casual,laid-back vibe! The food was very tasty and served in good portions! I had the BBQ pulled pork! Yum! Served with reasonably priced, very cold beer! Great lunch brunch spot!

Great staff. If you're in the area looking for somewhere to eat, food prices very reasonable. The pork tenderloin is huge! Chicken nachos could have used more cheese.

The atmosphere was horrible and lacked excitement. The male bartender had a great personality, but the drinks were terrible and way overpriced.

We first stopped in a few weeks back on St. Patrick’s Day and it was packed. We took a chance and still ordered some food and could not believe how good it was and it was served quickly and it was hot! We decided to go back today and try it again as it was was great. I had the steak burger and one of their iconic Bloody Mary’s. My husband had the tenderloin and onion rings. We both thought they were really good. This place will definitely be in our rotation. Keep up the great work!!

If you're looking for a chiller vibe with dim lighting, this is your spot! Friendly staff, friendly regulars to talk to, and very reasonably priced food options.

It's places like this that make me wish I lived on the East side. It would be fabulous to live in an area where you had a market, restaurant, park and bar within walking distance! Tick Tock Lounge is lovely bar with a nice selection of bourbons! And lots of other hard to find liquors, even Malort! Yuck! The atmosphere is comfortable, trendy and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely little lunch of a burger and fries and hubs had a a sandwich ( I forgot which one) . I decided to get their Bloody Mary which had lots of little goodies garnishing the top. That could have been my lunch, there was so much! We will definitely return to the Tick Tock!

How have I nor reviewed this place? I've been here plenty of times. It's a nice clean yet homey hole in the wall. Just changed ownership, but menu remains the same. Especially the Bloody Mary, it is their signature for the Sunday brunch and a small meal in itself. Picture cheese cubes, slices of pepperoni, olives, tater tots and a nice thick slice of bacon atop a spicy Bloody Mary... oh yeah the celery stick, yes they got that too. Too make it even better, it is always picture perfect and ready for your Instagram. Don't like Bloody Mary's? Try their $5 mimosas, of if you like go for the bottle of Bubbly and a carafe of orange juice and mix your own. The omelets are so delicious here also. Actually my guests were so impressed with the food, they all vowed to come back for more. I tried the fish and chips this time since I just wasn't in the mood for breakfast. I got 2 nice size pieces of fish along with coleslaw and fries, tartar sauce included. Fish was a bit on the dry side, but nice and flaky and the coating nice and crispy. Check it out... don't let the address scare you, it is so worth a visit.

This local bar is such a cool spot for simple but delicious food and killer Bloody Mary's. It was a perfect balance of spiciness and tang. The garnish was such a great touch! The service was great too, even when it was busy, they remember to check on us often! I highly recommend the chili also!

Came for Bloody Mary's, this is our favorite place in town for Bloody's. Our server Shelby was great and quick with service and very friendly. I got the bowl of cream of broccoli soup and the triple grilled cheese and hubs got the fish sandwich. We both enjoyed our food. It's in a not so great part of town but the inside is clean and decorated cute. Every time we have went there has been a nice crowd of people.

This will be a place I continue to return to. It's incredibly clean, affordable, excellent service, and has delicious food. We were a large group, and got bigger than we expected during lunch on a Saturday. We were kindly accommodated, and that was so nice!!

The only way to start a Sunday is with Indy's best bloody marry, excellent as always!!! I also ordered the double steak burger with smoked Gouda cheese and tots. This is hands down one of the best burgers in Indy! Definitely a must try burger! Stop in and give it a try.

First of all: No kids allowed. Tick Tock Lounge took a page from Michael Jordan's book and said, "Eff them kids!" (Just kidding. I saw them turn away a young family very politely.) But seriously, it's 21+ only. Too bad, kids. You're missing out on a great double burger and fries here. Tick Tock Lounge has one of the best smash burgers in Indy, and it seems to be a well-kept secret because I don't hardly see Tick Tock on any of those "best burger" lists. But now you know: You can get an excellent burger here at Tick Tock Lounge. I also got the pulled pork nachos, and they were fine. I am on a tortilla chip kick right now, so these called to me from the menu. But there was a lot of barbecue sauce on these nachos, which wasn't my thing, really. And the pork was a little dry. What I should have gotten is something I saw written on the specials board as I was eating my nachos: the chicken velvet soup. They sell chicken velvet soup here! For those who don't know: Chicken velvet is an Indianapolis specialty. I usually only see it here and there around town, and usually only during the winter, so I try to order it when I can. Before I visited, I thought Tick Tock Lounge was a dive bar, but it's not really. It has lots of tables and an enclosed patio area. It's good for just popping by for a lunch or dinner (as long as you're over 21). I'd like to come back and try one of Tick Tock Lounge's famous Bloody Marys. From the photos I've seen, they look comically big and topped with crazy things like tater tots and bread sticks.

Best Bloody Mary in Indianapolis. House made infused vodka/ bacon and jalapeño! This is a destination when visiting the city!

Went there on a Sunday early afternoon. We heard that the bloody Mary's were really good. There were six of us so we got the bloody Mary's. They were quite tasty. They had tater tots, pepperoni, olives, cheese, celery. You could have them spicy or not. And for $3.00 more you could chase it with a beer so I got Busted Knuckle Porter. We didn't eat but our friend got the Loaded breakfast tots. Next time trying the smash burger. Our waiter was so nice and friendly. Had a great time.

What a great neighborhood spot on the east side. It's been around for awhile but under new ownership since May this year. It's very casual and laid back. Multiple T.V's so perfect place to watch your favorite game. They also have a nice outdoor seating area so plenty of space. I'd never been before but went with a group that knew all about the Bloody Mary. Once I saw a pic I was in! Breakfast on your glass. We actually went for brunch and there are plenty of options such as omelets, biscuits & gravy , loaded tater tots and also a regular menu. Lots of burgers, fish & chips, pizza's and even salads. Everyone was happy with their meal and you won't leave hungry. Back to the Bloody Mary.... the vodka is infused with bacon and the drink has just the right kick. I can't wait to go back. Just a tip...Amelia's is just a few blocks away.

The Tick Tock is a diamond in the rough on the near East Side. Sit on the patio for great people watching opportunities!! This place is typically packed, especially during the brunch crowd. Wonderful Bloody Mary's, get em topless or they're a meal by themselves! The menu is small but packed with flavor! They have some of the best smash burgers in the City, crispy and well seasoned! A favorite of mine are the hand breaded chicken tenders, always cooked perfectly and juicy! The service can be slow when they are busy so be patient, it's worth the wait!!

Went for Sunday Brunch having not been here for quite some time. They are under new ownership as of May and the place looked great! Not busy at 11:30 - clean and several TVs going with varied Olympic coverage. Our server was actually one of the owners - being short handed - and she was friendly and explained menu items as needed. I was not in the mood for breakfast and ordered the single burger with fries and a mimosa - it was yummy !! Smash burger style with great flavor! The rest of the group and breakfast items and one the fish and chips - all were very happy with their choices - including their famous Bloody Mary ! Wish it were a closer drive for me - but I will be returning ! Nice indoor and outdoor seating as well !

Free standing building w plenty of parking. As soon as you walk in,u get a cozy feeling. The bar is small with locals. We sat at the bar & had one of their delicious bloody Mary's. The food was incredible made to order the place is clean. The people are friendly.

Been wanting to try this place and decided to get out of our neighborhood and go to another and check out a bar.... Tick Tock had a new fan, ME! Chelsea was awesome, informative and friendly as was the vibe and other guests. Cheers-style! I could sit here for hours day after day. Great Beer Selections, Hand crafted vodkas and hear a great bloody! Food- homemade smoked fish dip, smash burgers, tater tots, pizza, numerous sandos... Had pizza and a Double cheese....yes and yes...pizza was bar pizza...I ate 2/3 of the large, 'nuf said....DC was one of the best around. Surprisingly hardly ever mentioned in best burgers in Indy...will be back to try Chicken Velvet soup(all souos homemade) and Fish Dip amongst other items... A hidden Gem Eat Local. Shop Local. Place is hopping! Sunday afternoon. Ordered a beer and bloody. Toppings had tater tots which were crispy, hot and tasted excellent. Also another stick of cheese, olives, and pepperoni, accompanied by a stalk of celery. The bloody was made with infused vodka of bacon and also a jalapeño mix. Nice cocktail! Cold beer! We have a winner! My dinner was the special which was the spicy bbq double steak burger with grilled onions and fries and slaw. It was a winner! The fries were extra crispy but soft on the inside. Slaw was very good and was mayonnaise as the base and the burger was very tasty. Only drawback was the pan it's served in using a wax paper liner. Easy to cut and add to your bite. Lost a star for the plating.

Good friends meeting for lunch before the holiday rush. We decided on the Tick Tock lounge. Bryan our server was really good, allowing us extra time to catch up before ordering. Nicely decorated for the holidays, we had to get a holiday photo ... thank Bryan. Food came out fast. Water glasses kept full. We did linger and it was all ok! We will meet there again.

Tick Tock Lounge has some of the best food in town. I always enjoy their salads, smash burgers, and especially their brunch on Sundays. Their breakfast specials and mimosas are always delicious! Staff and vibe is great.

Visiting some friends in Indy and this is their local bar. The service is good the food is great. One of the best fried pork sandwiches I ever had. Watched some college basketball. People were very friendly Could stay here all day

My husband and I heard the Bloody Marys here were some of the best in Indy. So, we had to check it out and find out for ourselves! Wow! These Bloody Marys come loaded with tots, bacon, cheese, pepperoni and celery. And they're loaded with flavor! So tasty! Tick Tock has definitely earned its reputation! Next, we ordered the Loaded Breakfast Tots and a couple PBRs. I love my craft beer, but any place that serves PBR good in my book! The Loaded Breakfast Tots came smothered in gravy and cheese and topped with scrambled eggs and bacon. They were delicious! To top off the tasty food, we sat at the bar and had excellent service. Our bartender was friendly and attentive. I can't wait to go back!

Started with their delicious Bloody Mary and continued our @TickTock visit with a tasty and spicy starter, Firecracker Chicken Bacon Bites. Clean and welcoming bar with outdoor patios too. The bartenders are friendly and super efficient. They have a variety of starters, sandwiches, salads and pizza. The tater tots are crisp, hot and tasty!

One of my favorite local haunts. My husband and I discovered this place when we first moved to Indy 4 years ago. We stumbled upon it one night and love coming back for brunch, football games, and late night snacks. Obviously the bloody Mary's are the main draw and wow oh wow!!! They're the best bloody Mary's I've ever had, honestly. Spicy, thick, fun toppings, the works. The food is also really good! The brunch is super yummy and unique, but I personally love the tomato soup abs grilled cheese. All around a great place to hang out with a group of friends. The staff is great and the wait times are usually pretty short.

Tick Tock is a neighborhood essential. Great bar food, lots of local drafts, and even decent cocktails. Not a huge bloody Mary fan but the whole meal they put on top of it makes it worth it! The vibe here is very specific, but if you know what you're in for, it's a good time!

As a die hard Bloody Mary lover, this place has been on my bucket list forever! Their infamous bloody comes topped with bacon, tater tots, cheese, pepperoni, and celery - I mean, what more could you even want?! And no, they don't skimp on the alcohol either. Easily the best I've had here in Indy. For food we ordered the double smash burger and the veggie omelet with home fries, and both exceeded our expectations. The crispy edges on the smashed burger patties and the homemade pickles put it up there with one of the best burgers I've had recently. Outdoor seating was nice touch and they had live music on Sunday afternoon when we visited!

I love the TT lounge. It's a causal place that has great service and awesome options. This past Sunday I decided that I wanted to check out their brunch. It was surprisingly packed just after they opened; but I take that as a good sign of good food. The service was also speedy even with all of the people. I had a naked Bloody Mary, which is a tasty Bloody Mary with out all of the wild fixings that TT is known for. I love the flavor! For brunch I had the biscuits and gravy that were very tasty! Next time I'll get a half order because that's a lot of food, and they came with a side of home fries. Delicious and filling! Check this place out if you are in the area!

A Tick Tock Bloody Mary had been on my bucket list for a while, so I finally stopped in on NYE Day to try one. The bar has chill, laidback vibes and seemed to be full of regulars. The two bartenders were extremely friendly and efficient, even though they were tending to several customers. The Bloody Mary was good, topped with tater tots, cheese cubes, green olives, bacon, and pepperoni (I think, but could've been salami since I gave all the meat to my husband). It was a good drink and reminded me of the outrageous Bloodys I've had in Milwaukee. Tick Tick's food menu looked good, so we'll definitely be back to try the food at some point. This is such a fun neighborhood bar!

We came to Tick Tock on a Sunday from brunch, which was recommended by a friend. It was very busy so we sat on the patio. Service was extremely slow. It took over an hour from sit down to food. My husbands food came out and the server told me, they dropped my plate of food and are remaking it. Another 30 minutes went by and we were about to leave when they brought out my food. I ordered a garden omelet. The veggies in the omelet were raw, like they threw pizza toppings under eggs. At that point, I asked for a box and left. We may try this place again for a bar snack but brunch left much to be desired.

Walking in you just feel comfortable. The place is great for lunch or a bender on A Friday night! Cheeseburgers are terrific, pork is great. Bartenders and servers are all cool and work hard to make sure you are comfortable and not thirsty. Great spot

Nice bar with good food and friendly staff. Those 3 things seem basic but most spots can't pull it off. I don't eat pork anymore but when I did I loved the tenderloin sandwich. This is an excellent spot for a Sunday funday, because it appeals to many different types of people. The bloody marries are great.

Out of town a bit but worth the trip. Went for the Bloodies and stayed for the brunch. The food is good, bloodies are tasty but the bartenders/servers make this place. Funny stories and great hospitality. The bloodies are great on their own but topped off with some delicious bacon, roni and tater tots, it's a solid win. Great beer selection too. Nice crowd for a Saturday morning and the small kitchen did a great job on keeping up. Tip: pretty residential area of the city but take a walk down the block for some great beers at 18th street brewery.

On the way to Woodruff Place annual flea market, one block off Rural street, we saw Tick Tock and decided to stop. They have umbrellas out front and better yet a covered patio with ceiling fans. First thing - I saw a scrumptious Bloody Mary and ordered mine. Covered with goodies, tater tots, bacon, olives, peperoni and cheese. Both main courses tested our endurance. Wife enjoyed the chicken fingers and I had the pulled pork. Like I said endurance is needed with full size entries.

The food was delicious! The onion rings were some of the best we've ever had! In my opinion tater tot's should be crispy & these were perfect! The firecracker chicken bites were also good! Last but not least, the blood Mary was amazing! Their infused vodka was great too!

Decided to meet up here with a couple friends for lunch on a Sunday. There was a game that day, so the place was pretty packed, but we were able to snag one of the 2 tables still open. 3 servers working the floor, and our server was also bartending, so it was totally understandable that it might take a few minutes to be waited on. However, 20+ minutes later, as we were discussing where else to go, she came and took our food and first drink order. To her credit, our drinks came out only a minute later. I ordered from their brunch menu: biscuits & gravy with home fries and a side of sausage. The food came out about 45 minutes later, not super hot, but warm enough if you ate it right away. They gave me tater tots instead of the advertised home fries --which was a bummer, since they looked really good. One of my other friends had also ordered breakfast, but it came out several minutes after everyone else's, as our server let us know she had put it in wrong. She also apologized for how much waiting we had already done, and offered us all another round of drinks on her to make up for it. I got the the pineapple martini. Thought it was pretty cool that their flavored vodkas are house infused with real fruit. You could definitely tell it was not artificial! Overall I think we just went on a rough day. Would give it another try, but probably not for a while.

This is a haven from the chaos going on right outside. You come into tick tock and it's your average neighborhood bar... Only not that average! They have some really good bar food... Nachos, pulled pork nachos, pork tenderloin, onion rings... They make their own ranch and horseradish mayo... You get the stuff you'd expect to see on a bar menu only really good! For drinks, you can get a nice selection of cocktails, spirits and local beers. But their signature things are made with their house infused vodkas! A crazy loaded bloody Mary...I mean there's tater tots on it! A pineapple martini... Great outdoor seating. Parking in back. A neighborhood gem.

First time here after recommended by a friend, and I absolutely loved it! Main thing i want to mention here is their pricing is reasonable and affordable. I had a bowl of beef chili for $6 which had a lot of meat in it. A side of tots was so big I wouldn't even call it a "side"! Nice. Friends got BBQ pork nachos and it was a lot for the price. They had many Burger options and they were between $9-13 I think. I'll try a sand icy next time. The server was so friendly and attentive, I just felt so cozy here on a cold day. They played some old songs from 10-15 years ago and which I loved too!

Love the atmosphere of this place. It has a modern dive bar feel. The building is nice and very spacious with friendly staff, good drinks and food, which gives you that local bar feel. They infuse their own vodka for some of their signature cocktails- the pineapple martini is fantastic, I could taste the fresh pineapple it was infused it. They have limited parking but it's right by a neighborhood you could find street parking at. They have a small patio as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the bathroom was relatively dirty and had flies

THIS PLACE IS TRUELY A HIDDEN GEM i've been here twice now and each time, the homey & cozy service is impeccable. I feel like i'm home when i'm here. all of the staff is amazing and so friendly. you can tell they all have MAD love for each other. The food - AMAZING. (didn't remember to take pictures of my food cause i was too hungry. oops) I can't remember what I ordered before but it was amazing. this time I got their hand battered chicken tenders and a side salad. I was so excited to eat the tenders that I dropped one on the ground. they pleasantly surprised me with two new fresh ones, FREE OF CHARGE! THE NICEST SHIT EVER. I should also add that their sauces are mostly homemade. they have a homemade ranch that's to die for. honestly. I could drench my whole life in it. the drinks - I usually get my go-to cran-vodka. I asked for extra limes and they hooked me THE FUCK UP. I got their house vodka and it's surprisingly delicious. plus the drinks are super reasonable. ALL IN ALL -- this is such an amazing place to stumble upon for lunch or for dinner. 10/10 experience. I will coming back again and again.

It makes me so sad to write these kinds of reviews. We've lived in the neighborhood for 3 years and have enjoyed the drinks, outdoor seating, food, and occasional live music that Tick Tock has to offer. We've brought house guests to this place, proudly proclaiming it is a gem of the east side. Sadly, something's changed in the last 6 months. It started with charges for ice and soda (a single tall means you pay for the little bit of extra soda). Tonight, we came in to a busy restaurant. Tables weren't cleaned. No worries... we wiped them up. Halfway through our meal, though, we realized the vent was leaking water from the ceiling... straight onto our food. When my partner told the waitress, she responded, "yeah, we know." And then said, "are you all done with your food because it got dripped on?" Umm... yeah. No sorries... no moving of the table to avoid it. It seemed like they couldn't care less. Very sad. Are they under new ownership? It's gone downhill.

First time there..we got a table right away. Glad we got there when we did since it filled up fast on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone enjoyed their meal/drinks. I had a great breaded tenderloin. We will be back!

Great hole in the wall down the road from our AirBnB with great food! We got the tenderloin sandwich and double smash burger with tater tots and onion rings. The tenderloin was big, which usually is dry when it's that big, but this was juicy and tender! Definitely big enough for leftovers the next day (get a bun to go!). The smash burger was good but not great. Just like any other burger with toppings. Onion rings were good and huge! We tried the Bloody Mary because I saw it on Yelp and it didn't disappoint! It was very good and the toppings just added to it's deliciousness. Would like to go back to try an appetizer and their cod sandwich. Definitely recommend this place!

I met some friends at Tick Tock Lounge for dinner and drinks, and was pleasantly surprised with how it looked and their menu. The craft beer list was decent, but nothing to write home about to be honest with you. The atmosphere was OK and modern, but definitely not what was I expecting given the name. It was definitely a lounge type setting, but the decor was different and somewhat eclectic in my opinion. I ordered the hand dipped tenderloin and could not believe how large it was when it arrived. It was fresh and tasted wonderful! I was very impressed with the tenderloin! The tater tots and coleslaw were very good as well. The service was OK, but very slow. Our server was very pleasant and kind and did take care of us, but as the restaurant became busy, she was not available most of the time. Other than that, this is a great place for a meal and drinks. The bloody Mary is supposedly what Tick Tock Lounge is well known for, so I would give this a try if you come here for brunch on the weekend. It is a good place to unwind and relax with a group of friends.

Wow, this bar has some amazing food! I finally got to try the famous Indiana Tenderloin Sandwich. It was awesome. The service here is good and prices reasonable. Will definitely be coming back.

Stopped in for some drinks and to watch the Colts game. Hadn't eaten so decided to get lunch. I come here often but typically stick to pork nachos or the pulled pork sandwich. Today was tenderloin. It's really great. One of the best is the area. Hand breaded and fried. I had the tater tots. Get a side of jalapeño ranch. The stuff is amazing. Good place to watch a game if you are in the neighborhood and don't have to drive home.

The chicken jalapeño bacon bites are Dynamite moist hot and succulent! I simply cannot break free of their gravitational pull!ranch and blue cheeses dressings are de riguer!

Rated best Bloody Mary in Indianapolis. I would have to agree. Great place for a late breakfast or lunch.
