I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience using this company. I paid extra for their protection plan specifically to safeguard against unexpected life events, but when I had to cancel due to mandatory work obligations, my refund request was denied.
As someone who was required to report to work unexpectedly, I had no control over the situation — exactly the kind of circumstance the protection plan is supposed to cover. Yet instead of honoring that coverage, the company forced me to go through a frustrating and invasive process, demanding highly personal documentation just to justify a refund.
It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way. The protection plan offered a false sense of security — in reality, it feels like a money grab. Customers shouldn’t have to surrender their privacy or beg for fairness when they’ve done everything right and paid for extra protection.
This experience was not only stressful, it was incredibly disappointing. I won’t be using this company again, and I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.
UPDATE : No they didn’t help Sarah from Ticketon replied to us and she wouldn’t do anything about our refund she told us we should try and sell the tickets , and they pay people for good reviews every time they get a bad one they have people spam 5 stars don’t use this company for tickets they are absolutely terrible.
