Tickle Pink Inn

We stayed at Tickle Pink Inn for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect! The staff was so kind and attentive, welcoming us with champagne upon arrival and making us feel celebrated. Our room had an incredible view of the ocean, and everything about the inn created a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. Each afternoon we enjoyed the wine and cheese pairing, and the breakfast each morning was delicious—especially since it could be delivered right to our room. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved the cozy robes and slippers. The property also has a spa overlooking the ocean, firepits, and plenty of spots to sit, sip wine, and take in the views. They even had a nice gym on site, so everything we needed was right there. Tickle Pink Inn made our honeymoon unforgettable, and we couldn’t recommend it more for a romantic getaway!

Located in the shadows of Highlands Inn The Tickle Pink Inn is a charming and quaint inn (motel). The view from all the rooms are beautiful captures of the Monterey coast - they are very welcoming in - a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate truffles were delievred to our room - complimentary. There is a wine and cheese tasting at 4:30 and complimentary breakfast - more than just the standard continental or make it yourself waffles. |Parking in very tight and some of the staff was very sensitive to our group speaking too loud at 9:15pm - "It's bed time!" But this was an exception to an outwise charming visit and Debbie was especially welcoming and gracious.|I would deffinitely go back - maybe just a little more quiet.

We have been coming here for 10 years now. We've stayed in different rooms every time. We love the rooms 31-33 We recently stayed in 21 and saw the view with a different perspective and it was lovely:) We love putting our order in the night before to have it delivered in the morning. I love the new breakfast / wine and cheese room, its fantastic, we also really enjoyed the new spa overlooking the beautiful coast. We travel a lot...but we really love to unwind here and we will always come back! Love us some Tickle Pink!!!!

We chose the Tickle Pink Inn for the ocean views, and it delivered on that—and so much more. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff stood out. The service was exceptional, and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay made it clear this place is something special. We especially loved the complimentary wine and cheese happy hour, which felt like a perfect way to enjoy the stunning coastal views. The included continental breakfast was beautifully done and a great start to each day. This was the best hotel experience we’ve had in a long time. We knew right away that we’d be coming back—and that’s how we know we’ve found a truly memorable place.

My partner and I just returned from an extended weekend getaway to Carmel Highlands and stayed at Tickle Pink Inn. Every aspect of our experience at this property was wonderful. From the moment we checked in with the attentive and friendly front desk staff, to our last evening spending time on the outdoor deck/terrace - we received excellent, personalized service. The views are spectacular and we love that the hotel is off the beaten path - yet a short drive to the downtown Carmel by the Sea shops and restaurants. A special shout out to Mr. Martinez for helping make our anniversary evening by the fire so lovely. We look forward to returning!

We stayed 4 nights at the end of our 3 week holiday in California to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary. Tickle Pink Inn was a lovely place to relax in, after a very busy trip. |All the staff were helpful, and we appreciated all the little extras, such as the bubbly, chocolates, and the cheese and wine reception. |The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Carmel, and we enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching the waves. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the Pacific Edge restaurant, just 100 yards down the hill.|I would definitely recommend this inn. Our only regret is that we are unlikely to be able to return to this little piece of paradise as we're from England!

Wow, do not hesitate and book your room at the Tickle Pink Inn. You will not regret it. Rarely does an inn live up to the pictures and description but boy does this place ever! It was our first time there and will not be our last! They anticipate your every need - water and ice dispenser near the parking lot for your hikes, charger plugs galore, comfy chairs for stunning ocean views, a TV that swivels from the living room to the bed - you name it! A gorgeous deck with fire pits, and so much fun to mingle with the other guests who were all so fun and nice. Front desk staff was helpful and nice, and a special thank you to Edmundo (I believe was his name?) who kept our food delivery in the fridge for us while we were out and brought it to our room with napkins! He also brought us a half bottle of champagne upon arrival to help celebrate my birthday, which was presented beautifully. Thank you Tickle Pink Inn for being such a comfortable, friendly, and absolutely stunning place to celebrate my 50th birthday. I will always remember these memories and will be back soon! We stayed in Room 31 and had a phenomenal, unobstructed view of the hillside, rocks, ocean, overlooking the beautiful Senator's Cottage. ||Our only disappointment was a lack of plant-based/non-dairy options for the breakfast milks and yogurts and wine and cheese hour. We brought our own and shared with another guest that was dairy-free, but it would be more inclusive to have dairy-free options for those of us who can't have it. Thank you!

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. The property is gorgeous and the wine and cheese nights were a fabulous touch. Highly recommend this hidden gem.
